Calidad-Precio muy mejorable

La ubicación es buenisima y la recepción al llegar al piso fue adecuada y rápida. La cocina estaba bien equipada.

El piso tiene muy mal aislamiento auditivo, se oía a los vecinos tanto por arriba como por el lado. Vecinos ruidosos que molestan al intentar descansar. La ducha bastante mejorable, la presión del agua es mala y la cama no sería tan cómoda si no fuese porque estábamos cansadisimos. Lámparas sin poderse enchufar o sin bombilla y el dormitorio no tenía luz. Bolsas de basura,estropajo, etc de muy mala calidad. Se nota que se gastan lo mínimo. El apartamento estaría bien si no valiese tanto. La relación calidad-precio es lo peor.

Lovely modern fully equipped apartment in a fantastic central location in Toledo.

Modern well equipped apartment in a fantastic location in Toledo . close to the market, cathedral , and lots of cafes & restaurants . Walking distance to the Plaza, buses to the railway station and the escalator. Very quiet & private. Staff were very helpful & responded quickly to any problems we encountered.

We could not access any hot water for showers on our first night. We contacted staff the next morning & they solved the issue fir us.

three cultures collide in an interesting city

the attention by staff when there was a hot water problem , we were moved twice to very large, nice places. staff did everything for us even a taxi to our new place. as well they kept in contact to see if we were satisfied. we were!

we did not realize that at all apartments it would be noisey.. It is not the fault of the host it is just the nature of Toledo the historic centre. we were there during the off season but it was busy.

Apartment location, size and equipment (asuming all working properly). Communication with host very good :-)

no pillowcases for sofá bed. many things broken. missig dishes, no coffee cups (on AP4), etc needs urgent maintenace and someone the check the apartmente before guests check in and on check out poor breakfast ...

Toledo what's a great City but I would never use this company again.

The location was great and that was all.

The kitchen utensils were dirty as well as the pots and pans. There were sewer flies flying around the whole time we were there. The floors were filthy and my feet were black after walking on them. The worst part was my concerns were addressed with will tell management which means they'll do nothing about it.

its close to the tourist spots. i like it they have netflix

blower isn’t working we need it as its winter ❄️ there is no soap for the dishwasher the toilet is not that clean. we expected to be clean because of pandemic. the bed is not comfortable we used coach to sleep😭😭😭

Superb

Excellent apartment, spacious, clean, good spare room to chill after one day walking in the town. the owner very friendly. I highly recommend rent an apartment rather than room in Old refurbished house! I have both experience and I definitely will back to Patio Apto

Very comfortable, great location, easy to check in.

Breakfast was included, but only enough coffee for one person for one day, not 3 people for two days. Shower was a little small but had nice amenities.

A place, where you want to go back

Great apartment! Perfect location in the old city near Catedral and other attractions. Rooms are spacious, cozy and very quiet. The kitchen equipped with everything you need and even more. And the hostess is very friendly.

Stay Toledo

Everything was good and just about 5-10 minutes walk All requirements including washing machine is there There is a super market in the mercado nearby The address should be having No 11 of the building which was missing They also have a whatsapp Number which is useful Rachel was a wonderful young lady and helpful but speaks only Spanish She needs to be contacted for her to come and give you the keys It was worth it I called Radio Taxi and they promptly came to pick up for the rail station I was waiting with my luggage outside on the street for the taxi to help him find address but the number is important

I cant say i did not like but the break fast consists of more than adequate quantity of bread croissants cake milk orange juice with butter and jam packs also nescafe espresso packs and These are kept in the fridge Finding address was difficult as Booking.com does not put the door number I repeat it is 11 and all odd numbers on street are one side and even on the other Actually there is nothing I did not like The TV does not have any channels subscribed
