Buena elección

Hotel confortable, bien cuidado en una zona tranquila y a la vez cercana a Ciudadela y playas bonitas. Atendieron a nuestras peticiones. Estancia con dos pisos, planta baja con camas cómodas y baño. Seguna planta con cocina-comedor, dos terrazas, una de ellas frente la piscina i vistas al mar, la otra dava a la parte trasera y puesta de sol lo que permitia una buena ventilación. Menaje de cocina completo. Buen servicio de limpieza. Actividades para no aburrirse. En resumen, contentos con la elección.

Tranquilidad y muy buena ubicación

El hotel se encuentra en una urbanización muy tranquila i a 4 minutos a pie de cala Son Xoriguer. La piscina es muy amplia y puedes acceder a ella las 24h del dia. El apartamento dónde nos alojamos era un dúplex, nos pareció un poco desconcertante la organización de la estancia, ya que el dormitorio y el baño se encontraban en la planta baja y la cocina y sala de estar en la primera planta junto a una terraza con vistas a la piscina. Todo esto sin ascensor, ya que nuestro apartamento se encontraba en la parte de arriba. No obstante, el personal del hotel ha sido muy agradable en todo momento y el último dia pudimos dejar las maletas y utilizar la ducha del spa antes de irnos, además de todas las instalaciones del hotel. En general la estancia ha sido muy agradable y confortante.

Cuándo llegamos no teníamos tenedores ni kit de limpieza, el cual es obligatorio en todos los apartamentos. No obstante, lo solucionaron de inmediato. También comentar que al ser un dúplex y que además tengas que subir sin ascensor nos pareció un poco precario si te encuentras en situación de movilidad reducida (no era nuestro caso), creo que deberían que especificarlo cuándo eliges el apartamento, ya que las fotos son siempre las mismas e indica que todo esta en una planta.

This hotel exceeded our expectations.

Excellent breakfast and location. Very helpful staff.

Soundproofing between rooms, we could hear noisy moving of furniture, English TV channels were intermittent, bathrooms could do with updating.

lovely in May!

we went in mid May when it was quiet and had a wonderful stay - often had the enormous pool to ourselves, lovely and peaceful on patio, able to hire bikes when we wanted, no queues at (fabulous) breakfast. Whether it would be same in high season I don’t know as it is quite a big hotel!

Exceptional! Five stars.

The property is beautiful and quiet; and the garden is really well cared and delightful. It’s near to the best beaches and great places to eat, too. The apartment was really clean, comfortable and it had everything that we need. The breakfast is exceptional - it has a really good quality and variety. All staff was really friendly and made all efforts to made us feel welcome. We recommend this hotel a lot, and we will be back as soon as possible.

A big family get together. Couldn't have been better

Great resort-like hotel, good value!

We went to Menorca off season and it was a great experience: good temperature, less people! This hotel looks like a resort. Located in a urbanization with plenty of other hotels, it has a big swimming pool and an inner one with spa. Our room was clean an cozy, with fresh towels daily (even beach towels). Breakfast was amazing with lots of sweet and salty options. Nice staff too. Free parking spots just in front the hotel.

They don't have double beds, so the only similar option would be two individual beds put one next to the other. Wifi worked so-so the first day (I think it may be because our room was far away from the reception) but then it improved.

Great for a first time family trip

Perfect place to take a little person

Beds were a little uncomfortable and although a large selection of food was available, it became a bit samey on the half board deal. We ate out a couple of times though, and that was nice.

Fabulous Family Friendly Resort with amazing facilities

The hotel is in a beautiful location and the rooms are superb. The buffet was delicious with lots of options for all the family. My 8 year old loved the choice and self service. Staff were lovely and so attentive. The hotel grounds are excellent

It is in a very quiet location and being the end of the season, there were very little restaurants or supermarkets open. The Gym was far to warm and whilst there was a air-con unit it was not very efficient. The equipment was good but needs more weights. its quite far from the airport.

The pool area was lovely and the apartment was very comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

It's a short walk to the beach, but about 20 minutes away in Cala en Bosch is a stunning beach..

We were really satisfied with services provided by the hotel personell, especially in the hotel restaurant during breakfast and dinner. Our room was quite and comfortable. Both pools and the gym were quite new but the gym could be equiped better. Food was delicious and a large selection of dishes either for breakfast or for dinner.

Great hotel well worth a visit.

Well exceeded our expectations. Very pleased that the hotel were able to accommodate our wishes with regards to the location of our apartment. The staff were helpful and caring quick check in and check out. Maid service was excellent. Pool and pool bar very well run and reasonably bar prices. We had half board great value for money and the food and service was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend and return again next year. P. S Fantastic evening entertainment.

Only 2 uk channels on the TV. Perhaps you could look into also providing ITV and Sky news. The 2 available uk channels BBC 1 and BBC 2 became unavailable around 6.30pm each evening which was a shame.

Superb

Great location, quiet, close to trails, nearby beach with clear water, Supermarket, restaurant. Great hotel, Nice apartment, spacious, very Nice breakfast. Really enjoyed the Stay. Would come back!

Did not have iron or ironing board, Booked a massage at the spa, that massage was not worth its price, definitely. It's the one thing I regret and was really disapointed about.

We are very fond of Playa Club and enjoy every aspect of it. Looking forward to getting back to it next year.

The Pool is very good with a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Calm, green, relaxing

We love our stay - great location, garden, pool, food. Calm, nice place with polite and relaxed (in a good way) personnel. Guys even took care and sent my husband a birthday cake. Tasty, by the way. Thank you! It is literally quite a peaceful/ not noisy hotel (no crazy pool music and animation), they have it, but very light version. It might make sense of adding some creativity / diversity into mini disco… We had a car for a few days, checked out other beaches around. And honestly, the nearby beach is really good, with some restaurants and shops available.
