Amazing staff and great location for golfers

Pools, activities, restaurants, staff, very comfortable bed, multiple golf high quality courses nearby

It is really huge “factory” so if you search more quiet/relaxing place, this is not right choice.

Wonderful time in October !

It is great place for family vacation in October ! Friendly and very helpful staff : Always ready to provide any kind of support and services . Special thanks to Aliya and Ramazan for every day support and help There are Many activities on resort for children as well as for adults. Good variety of restaurants , nice food , good services in the restaurants Land of the Legends is only 10 minutes from hotel by comfortable hotel’s bus . Nice place for children and parents . We liked every day we spent on resort and we plan to come again ! Weather was superb as well as sea water ! 27-28 C both ! Much appreciated to hotel management and all services teams !

Очень красивый отель, большая зеленая территория, красивая крытая улица с магазинами. Несмотря на то, что отель был полный, везде было вполне свободно. На кухне есть отдельная удобная зона для детей с большим выбором разных блюд и рыбных, и овощных, даже детское питание в баночках предлагается. Очень приятный персонал. Все очень внимательные, всегда предлагали свою помощь и старались решить любые вопросы. Очень удобная коммуникация через WhatsApp с личным помощником. Первый раз такое встретила. В детском клубе все работало, что не мало важно не в сезон (хотя были странные активности, например, nerf пострелять выдали один на 20 человек, и ребенок просто сидел в очереди). Трансфер в The Land of Legends очень удобный (хотя расписание мероприятий в приложении не обновлено, нужно уточнять отдельно).

У нас была вилла, и бассейн достаточно шумный ночью, нужно пару ночей чтобы привыкнуть и не просыпаться. Пол в вилле плиточный, и так как сейчас не сезон и достаточно прохладно, то по полу не приятно ходить даже в тапках. Я очень надеялась на спа и крытый бассейн, но дня нас с детьми он оказался очень холодный, что вода, что само помещение внутри. На улице бассейн тоже для нас холодный. Мы не плавали. В общем если вы не закаленные и не пьяные))), то поплавать в апреле не получиться. Планировка спа тоже не удобная, сауны в одном зале, а бассейн в другом, приходилось ходить через ресепшен. Запах в парной был не очень, видимо что-то с фильтрами. Кухня нам не очень понравилась: много блюд из турецкой кухни, и все что на гриле готовилось обгорелое и сухое. Еще музыка в баре у бассейна на мой вкус ужасна. Мне кажется она должна быть ненавязчивой и атмосферной. А там включено что-то не понятное, но на всю громкость.

Great holiday !! Wonderful experience!!

Really good service and food at the Italian and Pan Asian restaurants . Marvel at the Pan Asian restaurant really looked after us during our meal . Staff are all very polite and helpful . The beach bar was fantastic as were the kids club and activities . Godiva cafe is a fantastic feature !!

The booking system for the Al a carte restaurants really needs to improve, they’re booked up within minutes of the start of booking time (10 am ) with no spaces left anywhere !!!

Большая площадь отеля, очень любезный персонал, практически отсутствие языкового барьера, так много персонала рускоговорящего. Персональный менеджер с 08.00 до 24.00, (огромное спасибо Алие и Татьяне за поддержку во время нашего пребывания, Вы большие молодцы) персональная группа в Вацап, реглярное информирование обо всех активностях в отеле. Отличная вечерняя развлекательная программа. Для родителей с детьми, спец условия, большой игровой центр с воспитателями, которые постоянно работают с детьми. Детей оттуда крайне сложно вытащить. Зато у родителей появляется масса свободного времени для отдыха и участия во множестве развлекательных активностей которые предлагает отель. По всей территории расположены бары, холодильники с водой и напитками.

منتجع فاخر جداً و اقامة ممتعة جداً بصراحة كل شئ جميل في المنتجع الموقع والشاطئ و المطاعم والمقاهي والخدمة فاخرة جداً الجميع يريد خدمتك و وجود مساعدين شخصيين يتكلمون بلغتك على مدار الساعة يتواصل معك من خلال ( الواتساب ) يرسلك الفعاليات اليومية ويخدمك و يساعدك ويسهل كل امورك ويتأكد انك مرتاح ، شكراً ( نوف و سمية و سردار). والشكل لادارة المنتجع وجميع العاملين فيه. المطاعم : يوجد بوفية مفتوح كبير جداً وفاخر لثلاث وجبات ، اضافة الى مطعم ايطالي واسيوي و تركي و استيك و مطعم عالمي اضافة الى عدة مقاهي ومنها ستاربكس كلها فاخرة ، جميع المطاعم والمقاهي مجانية مشمولة في الاقامة الشاملة، صالة جيم و ملاعب تنس و بولنج والعاب اكترونية وسينما. كان الحجز غرفة مطلة على البحر لكن وصولي باكراً ( الساعة 8 صباحاً ) ولم تكن الغرفة جاهزة و عشان ما نطول في الانتظار تم ترقية الحجز الى جناح غرفتين مطله على المسبح وكانت افضل بكثير من الغرف. ملاحظة : المنتجع وجميع المنتجعات في انطاليا لا تناسب العوائل المسلمة المحافظة.

Excellent 5 star all inclusive vacation; best resort I’ve stayed at hands down

Absolutely fantastic; truly all inclusive. Usually when a place says all inclusive there’s still lots to pay for, not here. Even the land of legends access comes with a fast track pass. A most memorable experience

تجربه جميله ومنتجع راقي جداً موضفين راقين وبشوشين وبالاخص الاخت نوف والاخت سميه متعاونات ومنسقين الاقامه بشكل مميز ومرتب. الخدمات ممتازه وبجودة عاليه جداً. الفعاليات متنوعه وكثيره تلبي كل الفئات العمريه. الغرف والمسابح وكل مرافق المنتجع نظيفه جداً. ارض الاساطير كانت تجربه فريده اللعاب متنوعه لجميع الاعمار بالاضافه الى ممشى واسواق راقيه والدخول طبعاً مجاناً. الاكل موفرين افضل المطاعم عالمياً وتنوع يرضي جميع الاذواق ومتوفر على مدار الساعه. منتجع مناسب للعوائل والاطفال، لديهم نادي للاطفال وصاله العاب داخل المنتجع. منتجع يستحق الزياره كل سنه..

The staff were incredible!!!!! Absolutely the best we’ve ever experienced. The facilities were phenomenal. We loved Starbucks and Godiva in particular, on tap! Also, the kids facilities were the best, we had 4 under 4s and every single one of them enjoyed themselves.

Lack of signage to know where to go, although after day one/two it becomes very easy to navigate around the property.

“Top-notch” can be applied to pretty much everything, to name a few things: - food: mind-blowing variety of foods in the main restaurant, we’ve never seen that many choices of everything, a foody is going to be delighted. a la carte restaurants were also fantastic. the cherry on top was the Godiva cafe with cakes at the level of best French bakeries like La Durre. - service: perfect, all of our asks got addressed, the system with personal assistants is a killer. cleaning was smooth - happened when we were away so that we don’t even notice it. same about the service in the restaurants. Worth mentioning that we asked for a late check out (5h later) and got it absolutely free of charge! - entertainment: no chances to get bored, the program is packed with fun activities, evening shows were highest quality ever - literally at the level of Cirque du Soleil. - kids entertainment: rixy club - tons of fun activities for all ages, no need to book anything. the game club with machines and bowling are so much fun not only for kids, for adults too - territory: huge territory, no need to leave the hotel, really self-sufficient: pools, gardens, beach workout ground, playgrounds, shops etc. - photosession: though felts like local photographers are a bit too pushy trying to sell you a photosession, after giving it a try ended up having hundreds of great pictures and a magnificent photo album, so we never forget this phenomenal vacation - attention to detail: welcome plate, beach bag, chocolate in the evening and many other small things that makes the experience so flawless and enjoyable. This is the second time for us staying in this hotel, we were impressed with the hotel 3 years ago, but this time it’s just the next level. We were genuinely impressed and pleased. Thank you so much Rixos Premium Belek! We’d love to come again in the future.

I’d say “Nothing” really, but as there is always room for improvement, a couple nitpicks to point out: - pillows - too big for us, usually in luxury hotels you have two a puffy one and a slimmer one, in this case both were really puffy - a couple maintenance bits in the bathroom - there is a small leak in the bathroom, the shower door wouldn’t close completely so water would get to the bathroom floor when taking shower

The property was well organized and contain all needs. No need to leave the resort, if you dont have to. It fits all categories, both adults and kids. Everything for everyone. Very impressed with the staff, all with no exception! Highly recommended for a short retreat and switch-off

if you are looking for a luxury hotel to care about every single details and also about their guests you should visit the Rixos premium Belek . the food experience was phenomenon because they have 4 different All a card restaurants that you can enjoy . the sport experience was also perfect due to the fact that they have great facilities and professional couches . rooms also are really high quality and we had chance that our supervisor ( miss Nadia ) upgrade our room to a better location and floor . visiting land of legend was really fun too .

I wish for future they add the all inclusive for land of legend as well and also have more buses for taking people to the Land of legend and back and also more fun programs for adults .

Great hotel, friendly staff

Staff were very friendly and nice. We really enjoyed to stay Rixos Premium Belek. All facilities were great. GR agents Handan and Kaan were helpful and they answered all questions and requests very quickly. Special thanks to Türkan Kurt who has been working in housekeeping department.

Highly recommended for a family vacation.

I cannot express enough how amazing our experience was. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, the impeccable service provided by Nouf from Guest Relations made our trip truly unforgettable. Her coordination skills and dedication to ensuring our family had a seamless experience. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Thank you to Reda as well, before we stepped foot in the hotel, Nouf and Reda created a dedicated WhatsApp group for our family for communication to keep us informed about the resort's activities, restaurant reservations, and any other updates we needed to be aware of and ensured that our needs were met promptly and efficiently. We want to also thank Ali for his contribution, and was always ready to assist us. The resort itself was beautiful, with luxurious amenities, lots and lots of activities that you’ll never get bored, a stunning beachfront location, and ultra-all inclusive. Highly recommended for a family vacation.
