Lovely Stay in a Beautiful Place

The staff was excellent; it was like waking up to family every morning. Very kind group that was willing to make your stay as lovely as possible. The rooms are a perfect size, and you control your own A/C which is a big plus for me. The location is a 1 minute walk to the main square.. easy access to restaurants, taxis, etc... I will certainly be staying here again. Can't beat it for the price too!

There are some stairs to reach the reception. It will be difficult for them with big luggage.

Very disappointed.

The hotel definitely is a nice place to stay.

However, my stay there was ruined by an act of complete absence of professionalism from the Hotel's side. Kindly, they organized a taxis transfer for me from Ravello to Napoli airport. After arrival there, the driver told me I would receive a receipt document for the fair of €150 by email. Unfortunately, this never happened and the hotel never forwarded any conact details of the taxi company to me as I requested from them. Consequently, my employer refuses to refund the money and it will be me to bear this cost. Very unprofessional, very sad.

Ravello is beautiful and Hotel Toro is perfect to enjoy and explore that lovely town.

I liked the most the feeling that I m at home. Rosario and its staff do everything in order to have the perfect holiday.

The absence of frige. Nothing more.

Fantastic hotel perfectly located.

Perfect location seconds walk from the square. very clean hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful, 24 hour reception which was handy for returning late from a wedding.

Very good

Location. Location. Location! People complaining can put a wine cork in it! This is a great alternative for a centrally located budget hotel. Step right out onto the shopping street with only 50 meters from the square.

Classic Southern hospitality

This is a quaint hotel situated right in the town center. It was spotless! The decor is typical amalfi coast, bed was comfortable and rooms are quiet.

Reachable only on foot and there is no elevator, 2 flights of stairs to get to the reception.

Really kind hosts!

Clean and comfortable. Cot and highchair arranged easily. Hosts went the extra mile arranging early breakfast and a taxi for us. Thank you so much.

Two flights of steps up from the street level- this was a little challenging with a buggy but fairly representative of Ravello!

Apart from missing a few basic facilities, the hotel and staff were charming and would recommend!

Location was ideal, right off the main square. Reception staff were totally charming :)

Room facilities were lacking (wouldn't take a standard EU adapter so we couldn't charge our phones, no tea/coffee machine, thin cloth towels)
