Hele relaxte omgeving en accommodatie was schoon. Personeel was echt top! Super lieve mensen 👌

Host Ahmed was SUPERB. Very helpful and kind, always making sure we are comfortable. Upon arrival I fell in love with this place, it exudes tranquility and I could finally experience having slow days away from city buzz, nearest house was at least a mile away so it’s good if you’re looking for a getaway.
Breakfast was great, probably the best we’ve had in places we stayed in morocco. Though it does get repetitive, but Ahmed always ensures we eat breakfast where we would like to.
He was happy when I offered to help with preparing dinner, despite the language barrier, he showed me the ingredients and steps- a very sincere and earnest host indeed. His wife and daughters are very lovely as well.
When we ran low on cash and opted for one portion less of food for dinner, he said it’s okay and provided us with 2 portions saying “we are friends”. He also helped us out when we got stuck with transport as the nearest bus stop or taxis are 3km away. He is the best and kindest host I’ve met during our trip here in morocco.

Very authentic accommodation in Berber style.
Although an old berber house, it was very nice and modern from the inside. The room we had was very spacious with a nice view and a big bed.
Breakfast and dinner was good. The staff very nice. It was a bit cold due to the time of the year, but we got a little heater, which helped a lot. If you pay a few euros more, take the biggest room (with toilet and shower seperate). It's the nicest.
You can't lock your door properly. From the inside you can lock it with a bar and when you leave you can also just close it with a bar.

The decoration is super pretty. It is exactly how I would love to have my own place here. Minimal, rural, natural pastel tones. The staff is super friendly and caring. The food is great. The breakfast I loved it everyday. It is in a great village called Assfalou, very calm, in the middle of nature. Just what I was looking for. Very safe too.
The water from the tap is salty. But don’t worry, you can shower, clean the teeth, anything! It is not bad for using, it is good! It just tastes a bit salty but it is okay :) totally worth it overall. I will be back for sure many many times. My fav place so far.

You should expect a real berber house. I.e. no luxury. We doubted whether we are at the right spot as the house looks from outside a bit like a ruin.
But don't worry, inside it is perfect. And the host, he is simply excellent. Very good food }best tajine in Morocco), very welcoming.
The accomodationis basic but this is what you shhould expect. A real expirience. I can't recommend it enough!

Charming owner - helpful but not intrusive. Large, comfortable, clean room with good bed and shower. Very nice dinner prepared freshly to order. Superb views north up the valley.

The owner was very nice and the room spacious.
We got a very nice dinner in a good price in 20 minutes from our arrival :)
The room was a bit dusty but probably beacuse of the sandstrom that was outside for the whole day.
There was little furniture in the room and there was no place to put our things.
The bathroom was partly open to our bedroom.

Amazing host who played banjo and sang and together with his friend playing the drum. And that was after a beautiful supper, very tasty tajines (meat and vegetarian) proceded with hearty Moroccan soup. Breakfast was also excellent, open-air table and some freshly baked msemen bread, honey and jam.
It is an excellent, simple but beautiful place a bit on the outside of the main country road that is passing the famous Ksar of Ajt Bin Haddu. You follow a small stony path - easily accesible for any car and at the end of which there is an unassuming dwelling which grows when you see the interior pathio, the rooms and common area - all furnished with gusto. Highly reccomended for anyone looking for beauty in simplcity.

the manager was very nice and discreet
there was no sign to get in , the place was really basic and the bathroom was in poor conditions , water was shut off during the night and the faucet was almost broken . the place would have be ok if the price was much lower ….place looks still under construction

For the price this rustic comfy and welcoming property could not be beaten. Evening meal cooked on the premises for 100DH (€10) Inc soup, bread, chicken or beef tajine, fruit salad and water. Shower was hot, room spacious and simply appointed with a comfy bed and spare blankets. Up a short dirt track, Google maps will take you there. Very good value for money. The host was very kindly.

The room was very nice and clean. The dinner was really good (ca. 10€ pp). We can definitely recommend a stay here.

The host Hamid was super nice and very helpful! We had dinner here and loved it. We had possibly the best tajine here on our whole marocco trip! Friends had some local traditional dish which also tasted amazing. The cook even invited us to help cooking and learn the recipes!
The room was super spacious and simple but beautifully decorated!
The bath-area was only separated by a small wall (which was fine for us, but might not be for others).

Hamid was very welcoming and open to share insights on the Berber culture and the area with us.
The location and house is beautiful and the food, dinner and breakfast was really tasty!
If you are looking for a homestay at a self-build beautiful house with a stunning view, this is it.
The house is hard to find as google maps claims it to be 3 km down the road. Trust the location on booking and in case of doubt simply call Hamid. He is super helpful and responds immediately.

The house itself was superb and nothing we have seen before. Super cosy, colorful and spacious. Lounge was great and the outside view was stunning.
A bit too cold inside in November. The host tried to turn on the heaters but after that we had issues with electricity.

It is in a beautiful location with fantastic views from the terrace, the house and the decoration is very authentic and stylish. The opportunity to learn about cooking tajine and the susprise music on the first night were wonderful! Our host was very welcoming.

Location is quiet, calm and serene. It’s on the cliff edge so you can see the whole village of Ait Benhaddou including the Oued (wadi).
Muhammad and Jamal are exceptional hosts, they did everything and beyond for us. The food was excellent and I even got a lesson in chicken tagine cooking. We had good music and great company.
The whole experience was ethereal.
Doesn’t appear on google maps.
