Ling Di Long is a stylish property placed in the village of Rhosneigr on the Isle of Anglesey, Discover four bedrooms, made up of a super king-size zip/link, a double with an en-suite, a further double and a twin, with a shower room and a bathroom also, the property can sleep eight people. The interior also comes with an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with an electric fire and a snug room on the upper floor. The exterior offers off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed rear garden with a patio and artificial lawn with furniture and storage. Ling Di Long is a tasteful holiday home in an excellent spot for touring the delights of Anglesey.
Amenities: Oil central heating, Two electric ovens and induction hob, microwave, 2 x fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. 5 x Smart TV, DVD player and a selection of films, WiFi, selection of board games and books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Blackout blinds in all of the bedrooms. Hairdryer. Ample off-road parking for 3 cars and/or boat. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Large outdoor storage shed with range of beach accessories i.e wind breaker, cool box, toys. One well-behaved dog welcome. No smoking. Beach 0.2 miles, shop and pub 0.3 miles. Note: Mind your head at top of stairs to the snug area which has low vaulted ceiling. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £200. Note: Lightweight folding wet room shower seat chair with backrest - adjustable height available for those who require mobility aids. Note: £20 for each dog
