I hope that this kind of hotels not to be listed under 3 starts, pictures were different than reality. So bad experience

Nothing, only the staff were kind. We asked for refund and they understood the situation and they agreed.

So bad , tooooo dirty I have never ever had such this experience in my whole life, bad smell in the rooms, so much dust and there are blood spots on the bed sheets. Bathrooms were dirty,

Poor service.

Close to subway station.

I don’t like the front desk guy’s. The old man called a taxi for us who charged us kr 60,000.Way to much because when we get a taxi by our own it’s only kr 9,000 for the same distance..The younger guy can’t speak/understand English well, rude and always using his phone even you are talking to him.

Lovely clean and neat room. Easy to find, surrounded by restaurants, 3 minute walk from the train

the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room was more spacious than I expected. The staff were lovely and helpful

Big room, close to subway.

Room smelled sigaretts even though hotel is supposedly non-smoking. Bedding was dirty at one of the beds. Towels smelled like chlorox. Lighing switch didn't work properly. Location is at the noisy street with lots of bars and restaurants - don't expect quite night.

Great value huge rooms with surprising amenities

Convenient as it was kinda near to the airport. Arriving at midnight with no public transport it helps to stay nearby.

The surrounding area was mainly bars and pubs which would be great for solo travelers. It was overall very convenient with 24hr marts and noodle shops.

Good

The location, near to airport 10 mins drive. Near to subway, exit no 1 then walk 10-15 mins arrive hotel. We asked help from counter staff to call taxi for us at 330 am to go to airport. We pay one taxi 11,000kW ride to airport.

Check in process took long time because staff not really understand english. But not really a big problem.

Overall, a restful stay even at just a short time.

Location was in the city center. The room was simple but I was provided good amenities. For people who want to have a staycation, the TV in the room was fairly large.

The name listed is inconsistent with the name in front of the hotel (DK Hotel) so it was confusing at first but the pictures provided in the hotel information was same as the hotel front.

Good location but no free shuttle - extra $ to be spend to go to Airport.

The location is great near to many wonderful restaurants. Staff there are very friendly and helpful.

They stopped offering shuttle service to the terminal so what is the point? We had to call a taxi at 3:30am and the driver charged extra and ended up paying usd20 for a quick drive to the airport. Unless it offers a free shuttle bus again it is better to stay in a nice hotel paying more which offers a free shuttle. The driver for the taxi - we did not like the driver as he was asking too many unnecessary questions and also asked us to pay cash.

Fabulous

Very convenient to the airport has its own shuttle. This was a one night layover for my family. it was very inexpensive. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

An ideal place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. Excellent value and a free shuttle.

We chose the Airtel simply because of its proximity to Incheon Airport . . . but it turned out that it was a great hotel in its own right! It is clean, comfortable and right next to local shops, bars and restaurants. It is so convenient for the station at Unseo (which provides easy access to Seoul and beyond) and the Airtel also offers an amazing FREE shuttle right to the terminal. Given that the hotel is excellent value anyway, this is a big bonus!
