Wish we stayed somewhere else

The mattresses were made of foam. The property advertised having a swim up bar which was not functional. There was a black out and the property refused to put on the generator until 4pm meaning there was no electricity, wifi access or air conditioning for hours which is appalling. The pool turned patches of our white swimsuits orange. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Water pressure was minimal. Amenities provided were minimal. Bottled water in the fridge was overpriced and limited. Reception closed early and we were unable to buy more water from the bar as they had closed the till early and refused to open it. It was one inconvenience after another staying here and we will not return.

La proximidad al aeropuerto, los camareros.

Habitación llena de mosquitos, un hormiguero en el baño, el retrete no funcionaba y teníamos que limpiarlo con cubos de agua, negaron cambio de habitación. Poca presión del agua, recepcionistas antipáticas.

Ein perfektes Hotel zum erholen und ausspannen!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gut informiert. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber das Zentrum ist leicht mit einem Trycikle erreichbar!

Leider gibt es keinen Strand in der Nähe des Hotels, wäre aber mit einem Trycikle in Reichweite.

A good value for the money if you are looking for a quick stay in Puerto Princesa while waiting for your flight.

It was secluded and silent. Mitch was very jolly and patient.

The water pressure is not that good.

It was ok.

The pool was amazing!

There's a water leak in between tile gaps, might cause a little accident. Food isn't good. Loved the carinderias nearby, cheaper and much, much better. There is no electricity from 8am - 11:30am. No mirror inside the room aside from the one in the bathroom. Game room under renovation. Jacuzzi isn't working.

I like the warm pool water, the only creepy thing is Budha under water haha I was so terrified when I saw it at the time we arrived around 5pm we wanted to enjoy the warm pool water but i saw Budha at the end of the pool hahahaha

The room we stayed in had water leakage from the gap of tiles and wood I am afraid that my momma will get slipped on the floor

Lovely staff. This is a great place to stay. It is so relaxing and peacful. Staff are friemdly amd couldnt do enough to help you.

Several days of comfort and friendly staff.

The property was full of character. The rooms were centred around the pool.

wasn’t much really. The window was boarded up in our room. I would have loved a real coffee in the morning. See….nothing really to complain about!

they have their own cafe and pool and a couple of friendly dogs that we took on walks

Nice location not too far from the airport

Very unique location, great for families with kids because of the pool, and also for groups of friends. Quiet place surrounded by nature. Good kitchen, especially the pasta dishes tasted great.

The mattresses aren't that comfortable as they were too soft for my taste. The rooms are quite basic but that's okay for that price.

spacious rooms, good bed and shower for a reasonable price. swimming pool is available . all employees are very friendly

the foods are not very high quality and the price for food is too high. also that you have to order your drinks separate for the breakfast we didn’t like. we have been here before because of the forest idea we got . unfortunately lots of that disappeared to make more rooms. maintenance fails also very quiet and remote location

Wonderful staff made a difference to our stay

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mitch whom made a difference to our stay. She answered all of our queries, and made suggestions for the tours that would better fit into our schedule. She saved us a lot of time by helping to organise tours and transportation throughout and we didn’t have to waste time bargaining or sourcing for tour providers. One of the receptionist whom I did not get the name also helped us order food via food panda with her own phone as we did not have the app and the kitchen was closed when we got back from our tour. We were so grateful for that! Location was close to the airport so we did not have to rush when we were leaving.

The hotel is basic as per the price. I read reviews that the wifi was unreliable but it was working perfectly when I was there and I did not face any issues with connection nor the speed. Only thing that could be improved was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

Great value at eclectic, artsy facility with pool and nice grounds

The owner is a very artsy, eclectic styled Swiss guy who designed and had many dozens of wood carvings created, They are in every room and all over the grounds. It has a pool and would be a fine location for a smallish convention or club event. My room was large and clean. Poor Wi-Fi but all else worked fine. For only $1150 pesos it was a good deal for what I got. Helpful staff. I went back a few days after my first stay because it was a very god value, south of the airport in Puerto Princesa. Very quiet and peaceful.

Wi-Fi was very weak and not reliable for me.
