The staff were amazing. They couldn’t do enough for us. The Villa was lovely, very clean and spacious. The whole place has a very relaxed atmosphere and in a perfect location on a lovely beach.
Nothing.

Staff was very gentle, helpful and welcoming.
Very very nice location (recently renewed) sorrounded by green and with direct access to the beach.
The island and his beaches....
An old man from the staff (probably the owner) wandering around with a bad attitude.

We were upgraded on arrival from 2 to 3 bedrooms, which was lovely. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with lovely inside and outside spaces. We especially like the large shady terrace - a perfect place to eat and relax. The view was great across green gardens to the sea. The nearby beach was sandy and well serviced with loungers and shade, and a drinks service. The water sports centre on the beach had a great range of options.
Minor gripes: The kitchen units were a bit ‘tired’ at the end of the season, needing redecorating and there weren’t enough sockets for the many appliances. There are a few mosquitos around so buy some room spray and bite cream - but not a big problem.

We booked our stay with the confidence of a good review on Booking.com and we did not really know what to expect when we arrived… It took us just one day to realize how amazingly beautiful this spot is! And only two days to realize how special is the whole family that has been running Skiathos Holidays since 1979. They are always there ready to help in any question/request/challenge or unexpected issue you may have during your stay at Skiathos… making us feel as if we had not only booked a place in a natural paradise, but also a private/personal travel concierge service. They have helped us from downloading cartoon films on a pen-drive for our son, to booking all kinds of services (restaurants, boat trips, etc) or helping us with deliveries of food from the town.
The place is magic and the pictures here are not showing how special this hotel really is! The place is literally in front of the beach. Breakfast is really nice, with traditionally Greek produce and fruit that is always fresh. The common area and terrace is simply magical. The beach is super beautiful and you will not have to worry about getting a sun bed, since the hotel has its own beds always ready/available for you.
Personally I feel that, more than a review, this is a only fair tribute and something we owe to Christos and his family… we have travelled a lot (… a lot means a lot…) but certainly have never found such a customer-oriented family that is fully dedicated to make your holidays and stay unforgetable. A simple proof of that is that most of the guests we spoke with, they have been repeating for years… some of them for decades! And we will certainly be back next year!
NOTHING! While it’s not a perfectly luxurious place at first sight, it becomes perfect within just 24 hours!!!

Accommodating host, friendly staff, simple but well renovated rooms and … stunning breakfast. All this at a slipper walk to the beach

This was the best place we could wish for. Great decor, walking distance to the beach with hotel service available, amazing breakfast and, the best part of it, amazing staff. I got sick one of our 2 nights there and Christos, the host and owner, was as caring and available as anybody can be. It was heartwarming. The rest of the staff was also amazing. At the end, Christos even offered us a couple of salads we had had, since we weren't able to fully enjoy our stay to the fullest due to me being sick. How amazing customer service is that?! I recommend EVERYONE with all ages to stay here. You will not regret it! Incredible vibe for families, couples or even solo travelers.

I wouldn’t write this review if that would help keeping this place to myself :) — but I know that’s not the case because everyone seems to love it and keeps coming back… I love Greece, I’ve seen most of it, spent entire summers island hopping and tried all sorts of accommodations; this place is truly the essence of what Greece has to offer at its best. It’s ran by a family passionate about what they do and it’s obvious they pour their hearts into every little detail. The architecture of the villas draws a lot of inspiration from traditional Greek houses but it’s also quite modern though not to the extent where it looks like yet another resort; you get large sliding doors onto ample terraces facing the sea and smaller windows on the hill side, which increases the airflow and renders AC (otherwise present in every room) obsolete. The garden is very large and well kept and at the end of it there’s a sandy beach… it doesn’t get better than that. I have a hard time keeping this review short and concise but this place is absolutely amazing and deserves high praise! They will give you a list of recommendations for places to eat — try to get to as many as possible, they’re top notch and it just goes to show how carefully these guys do their job.
Initially I thought the name of the place is a bit uninspired :) but now I like because in my opinion it proves that you can name your hotel after the island you’re on and still thrive if you’re doing everything just perfectly!

Was bang on a nice beach, with a very good Taverna on the beach.

Wonderful location: you can benefit from your own courtyard, then a beautiful garden, and then the beach, hidden by the trees; and let's not forget the forest, with many birds performing concerts for free.
Staff very friendly; special thanks to Christos for advice and support.
The place was perfect for relaxing, far from traffic noise and crowds.
You can enjoy the sunset from the beach. Great place for swimming.
You can even make your own barbecue, without disturbing anybody; the staff will provide the tools, the rest is up to you.
On a walking distance towards the town, you can find a tavern with great local food.
Due to pandemic restrictions, and subsequently a certain lack of tourists, many taverns were closed, or not serving food (such was the case with the tavern on the beach), but delivery is working very well (just ask Christos), if you do not want to stroll around.

Christos was a super host and we would gladly go back for another holiday to his place. Communicating with him was very easy from the beginning as he was very prompt in responding to our messages (though we booked Skiathos Holidays just 2 days before our arrival because we had some problems with our previous rental). As we got there, he provided us with all the information we needed for our stay (good restaurants on the island, PCR test needed for going back home, map of the island etc) and made himself available for any other information. At some point, as our kid got sick, he offered to buy from the pharmacy the needed medication and also got us some bottled water (as the tap water is not ok for drinking). The entire staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs. For me the cleanliness is super important, so I was impressed that the rooms were cleaned every two days, even the day before our departure. Christos also arranged the transfer for us (which we highly recommend if you don't rent a car, as the roads in Skiathos are not really designed for walking). The design of the entire place and the atmosphere is very cosy and we really felt amazing. The beach is super close and the garden is ideal for children to play, while parents can enjoy some drinks at the bar. Thank you so much for making our holiday a great one!
