The location is great and having the Taproom Bar and Restaurant right downstairs was so convenient when you were tired after a day at the slopes and didn’t feel like venturing out. The food was amazing! The staff were so lovely and helpful.
Nothing. It was great.

The hotel is very near Happo One and close to Iwatake if one were interested in hiking or seeing the sights there. Also close to some fantastic restaurants and the area itself is very scenic, with beautiful tiny bridges and spectacular view of the mountains. Taproom is also very nice and staff were very helpful, even driving us to a wonderful izakaya.

Nothing
The female receptionist had extremely bad attitude to foreign guests.
There was no air conditioner in the room. We opened the windows all night but we couldn't sleep as it was too hot.
Elevator was out of services for 2 days. Had to use stairs.

Breakfast was excellent a great start to a days skiing and a beer and burger (especially if everyone is a bit to tired to go out again) in the Tap Room was a great way to end . Pick up for the mountain everyday was awesome with the kids. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was great and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The shuttle driver was wonderful, the onsen area was nice, and we appreciated the microwave in the main hallway.
Rooms were too warm, taproom didn't open until 4pm

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The view of the mountains from the room was fantastic. The staff were casual and friendly.
The limited choice of cooked food which was quite greasy. Rice and miso soup seemed available only during the weekend.
