It was a beautiful weekend

The accommodation was very beautiful and spacious..Our geyser had a problem and within 5 minutes of notifying them,,the maintenance guy came and fix it.

The games…I thought there’s horse riding but there’s none..only limited games and very expensive

The Jelez Zebula Moments!!

Activities were good especially quad biking, including the staff who helped us with the activity. The guys at the pool area are also good in offering services

House keeping in our 2 rooms. We were not happy at all as the cleaning is sub-standard. My daughter was forced to sleep on stained sheets for 2 days without being changed. The workers are not giving their all in terms of cleaning the rooms. We were disappointed. Regards

The location and staff were great. Anna at reception was awesome. Took our bags to the room and continued to fetch us for supper and breakfast. The restaurant staff were great as well. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Wifi quality was too weak, couldn't even connect the smart TV to YouTube, or Netflix. The communication can be improved as well, as we didn't have code for the gate and we were made to call reception to get the information. The code for the gate should be communicated before arrival.

Maintenance needs to pay attention to the rooms. Loose tap, cracked tiles and telephone not working.

Exceptional

We got the junior suite and it was very close to the club house. The layout of the room is very close to a master room of a house, a large room and an on suite bathroom so it's very homey like.

There's only enough hot water to fill up roughly 80% of the bath tub then there's no more hot water to shower.

My Family Feedback !!!!

The Food , the room space and the nature feel away from the busy city and cleanliness as wel Special Note: The waitress Valencia is the best very friendly,helpful and knows a how to ensure customers are happy throughout our stay. - the staff could really learn alot from her. Also Jona from the live band was very welcoming and engaging. we enjoyed the interaction with him and everyone who took part in the singing in terms of f song requests and the Karaoke sessions.

Exceptional

Right on the golf course. Large jacuzzi bath was a win. Room was spacious and clean. Bed huge and comfortable. Would be nice if breakfast was open for a bit longer as we didnt quite make it. Also played golf - was great!

Anniversary At Zebula

Nice hotel with great and helpful staff.

Location- scenery- staff- golfcourse

Rooms big and comfortable but dated - lots of conference goers there which resulted in noisy and disrupted evening meals on what should have been a peaceful and stunning terrace .

Was fantastic. Will be coming back.

I am not big on breakfast. So can't really comment. Sorry. But what did see, there was a big variety.

No real wild life other than buck.

A STRESSFULL 2STAR RESORT

Nothing.... it was such a mess

*Check in was a nightmare, noone was available to show us where the rooms were. The rooms were 12mins away from reception. *No back up during loadshedding *Meals at waterberg were terrible *Only 2towels 2tea bags in a luxury room for 2 *The pool is dirty and slippery at the bottom *They poured 2buckets of ice in the Jacuzzi to cool it down because it was too hot. *We didnt have hot water for 2days. Maintenance was done during our stay. The knocked our doors early morning to ask if we now have hot water *The food at the Terrace was ok it takes 1hr20mins ti receive your order * this place is 1star
