Overall a bad experience

Only thing I liked about this property is that it is near to Al Haram

Everything about it is disliked except for location. The staff forced us to wait 4-5 hours before the checkin. Staffs behavior was also not good. They are too arrogant and rude. We asked for a twin room but they gave us two single beds. There were no toiletries except for shampoo and tissue roll. There were no towels , coffee kettle, cups, water etc. The locker was also not working. Their cafe was also overcharging the basic items. They have mentioned the shuttle but they said they have talked about public transport. We wanted to change the sty dates but they refused to make any change .

I spent most of my time in Haram fulfilling Umrah obligations and came to hotel at night to sleep. Overall, I liked the

Nice Hotel close to Haram., they were flexible with late check-out.

Only the bus stop to Haram is front of hotel gate

Initially AC was not working changed room @ 3 am after coming from Umrah. There was no space in room even for prayer mat. Room was toooo small ... was very difficult for children to move... Management behavior was too rude....

Be cautious

I cannot comment as I did not stay here as they had given one of the two rooms I had booked to someone else. It was frustrating but they did walk me to another nearby hotel and I managed to get two rooms there.

Even though my two rooms were booked and confirmed on Booking.com, when I got there, they told me they only had one room available for me. With my family (including a three year old) and being in ihram, it was not a nice experience. But as I mentioned above, they did walk me to another hotel to book two rooms there, rather than leave me on the streets, and for that I have given them 5 out of 10 (otherwise, I would have been in an awkward position with no way of contacting booking.com or booking another hotel). The other hotel was quite reasonable with spacious rooms.

The location is perfect compared to its price / 7 min by taxi to Al masjid Al haram. I would book in it again... Its rating should be higher Rooms & lobby are clean

Over pricing, not clean and no towel at all in the room. Only person who go there is either desperate or have no idea that what is going to happen.

Over pricing. Very small bathroom and everything very congested. Disgusting smell in the reception area, lobby and almost every where in the hotel.

very good value for money would recommend

Very clean hotel for 2 star Decent rooms. Rooms are tidy and bathroom clean with very good shower and fam dries up the bathroom well. Excellent AC and TV fridge kettle provided Hotel management very nice people. Very flexible on check in check out. Hotel has its own grocery store inside open 24hrs. Nice prayer room too Shops next door and opposite road sell clothes and gift. Barbershop nearby. One food shop on left of hotel and few more on opposite side of road; if you keep walking. Mosque next to hotel if you miss it in haram.

Makkah bus outside hotel stops right outside haram. Bus did not working during my stay in ramadan. 15 min walk to haram. Walk to mosque has a difficult uphill for 4 mins. Espcially durinf the sunny period. Night time walk is fine. Walk back is not too bad. There is a shortcut through Hilton hotel to avoid uphill walk-in from haram to hotel. Only flaw is room service. You need to chase the cleaners to clean. Very nice people but lazy and not attentive unless directed. Some days room changed after mindnight; some days no room change. Cleaning manager can be a very difficult rude person.

Good location but facility management can be improved

Location near to Haram

Rooms are not being ready for check in on time. Mentioned parking available. But there was no security available at the road were leading to parking hence, that road was blocked by trespassed vehicle. In fact, parking was the hectic task. Also, check in time mentioned 2.00 PM but even by 4.30 PM room was not ready.
