Equipamiento excelente

El apartamento está equipado con todo, desde cafetera hasta lavavajillas e incluso bebida en la nevera. Es amplio y el dueño está pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesites

Por gusto personal, está situado en pleno centro neurálgico de bares, karaokes...Aunque el apartamento tiene dobles ventanas y apenas se oye nada de la calle, prefiero estar en sitios más alejados de las actividades hosteleras.

Me ha gustado todo el apartamento, era cómodo tenía de todo, la ubicación era estupenda y el anfitrión Daniel un encanto nos mandó muchas ubicaciones para poder visitar sitios , la verdad lo hemos genial repetiremos.

Perfecto

Está perfecto. No falta nada. Me sentí como en casa. El apartamento está a dos minutos de la playa y en pleno centro de terraceo y restaurantes, pero no se oye ruido porque tiene doble ventana! Muy espacioso, fresco y limpio. Y garaje! Daniel, el anfitrión, y su hermana, muy atentos y agradables. Un diez.

Superb

Great location, everything was within walking distance. Very well equipped kitchen. Spacious and comfortable. Great communication from the owner who gave us clear directions to the location and lots of recommendations for restaurants.

Car park was 10 minutes walk away-- not a problem for us but could be for some.

The highlight of my trip to Spain. Daniel is a great host , well beyound expectaions

Location, loctaion, location. Moore than anything the location right in the center of Almunecar was what I appreciated most. You are only 200 meters or so from restaurants, bars, grocery, fruitshop, meatshop and bakery. And simoly minutes to shopping and beach. And Danile is a great host. His walk around the neighbourhood with us the first day was a nice touch and made us instantly comfortable in the town. Will certainly recommend this spot to friends wanting a nice authentic adventure.

Comfortable apartment in central location

We loved this place! We felt very much at home, with everything we could possibly need provided plus many extras.

The apartment is above a karaoke bar, so there was sometimes a bit of noise during the night, however worth it for such a central location.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Almuñécar!

The location and amenities are great! Easy access to everything in Almuñécar! Daniel is and excellent host who makes sure you have all you need. Ask him about where to eat and you get a long list of very fine recommendations. The restaurants are excellent here!

Very nice stay in Almunecar!

Clean,very good location in the old town, close to the beach, free parking and more than fully equipped. Nice, friendly and very helpful host. We really recommend this appartment.

Excellent apartment, so well equipped with anything you may need. Daniel the owner is very attentive and friendly. The location is brilliant being close to the sea and in the old town. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Apartment with a perfect location and very helpful owner!

The apartment has a fantastic location on a plaza with a few busy bars and restaurants (we couldn't hear any noise from the apartment though which was great!) It's very close to the Old Town, the seafront and our favourite attractions the castle and the archaeological museum. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants, things to do and everything we needed to know to have a great trip. When we return to Almuñécar we will definitely be staying here again!

Very good

What you see is what you get. Super comfortable, in the city center with several commodities around, supermarkets restaurants, etc... The sea is 250 metres away. The owner is super simple, friendly and available, took all my requests to the best of his ability and answered promptly. 5 stars

Unusually Comfortable and Convenient Apartment

My wife and I have stayed in many apartments in many countries, and this apartment in Almunecar is surely one of the most comfortable. Indeed it is comfortable both in the sense that one feels relaxed and "at home" and in the sense that just about everything a visitor could want is available. Let me just note here some of the things we particularly appreciated: • the apartment is very large with well-proportioned rooms. • each room is well designed and properly equipped. • the kitchen is especially well equipped: in addition to a full set of nearly new, high quality appliances (dishwasher, gigantic refrigerator, etc.) there is plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. • the living room is attractively furnished (like most of the other rooms of the apartment, it is both "inviting" and functional) • the master bedroom is attractive and offers an en-suite bathroom, a large flat-screen TV, reading lights and ample space for clothes. • the WiFi works well throughout the apartment • the windows are very well insulated and there are blinds and curtains • the entire apartment is in excellent condition. • a parking space is available at no additional cost • the apartment is not only near to the shore but is also close to a wide range of shops and services • there is a clothes washer, and clotheslines are available • the heating system of the apartment was very effective. (our visit was in January, and the evenings were cold.) We also very much appreciated that the owners provided not only some essentials, such as salt and oil, but also yogurt, fruit and even a bottle of wine. They also made it very easy for us to check in and to check out, and they provided many helpful tips regarding restaurants.

We did not mind at all, but I would like to point out that the parking place available to guests at no charge is in a building a kilometer or so distant. The owners do help guests to park temporarily near the apartment in order to move their luggage from their car to the apartment.

One week is too short for us!

Actually everything! Our host, Daniel, rushed to hand over the keys when we arrived at the meeting point communicated beforehand. Daniel not only showed us the apartment facilities but made an informative introduction to the neighborhood as well. Shops, small and big, restaurants, bars, everything! You deserve a big thank you from us. In addition to the host, the apartment itself is very well located, convenient to everything. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and we feel just like at home.

If the parking garage can be a little closer, it will be much more convenient for daily use.

Excellent location and highest comfort.

Very good location ,lively neighbourhood but quiet in the apartment due to window isolation. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Well equipped with everything you need including drinks, snacks, spices, coffee etc. Roomy and comfortable.

We experienced nothing negative. For some maybe the distance to the garage (about 500m) could be an issue.
