Dobrze ogrzewane. I co chyba najważniejsze bardzo wygodne łóżka.

loved the space, cleanliness, design and pool underground.
the oven is hard to operate (want hot enough). The shower was cold. something to do with the internal light.

. There is a fire place but you cant use it ! It was cold in the apartament and issue with water hot water as there is limited capacity in bolier you need to wait long time its not good when few people want to take shower.....moreover no basic stuff like salt , tea coffe or sugar not good for value of money . INSTEAD OF LIVING 2 SMALL BOTTLES OF WATER FOR 6 PEOPLE INVEST IN BASIC INGRIEDIENTS .
Location its ok however without car its difficult as the key pick up is in different location.

The location was great. Kitchen was equipped pretty good, normal-size fridge. Pretty nice view from the balcony. There was a washing machine and place for drying cloth. Kids loved 2 level-appartment. Heating was well organized, though we visited in summer, it should be warm in winter as well. Roof windows in each room.
The houses are almost at the level of road (not in lowland), So I assume there should be less smog in winter comparing to lower ones.
The most upsetting thing was that the dishwasher was broken (and the dishes were not very clean, which means it was broken for some time). We contacted the reception (in other location) to get it fixed, they said they would find someone to fix it. But, till the end of our stay, nobody shown up. We stayed through weekend and till Wednesday.
Pools work from 17 till 21. Entrance to the pool is through the underground garage and it's a bit chilly to return being wet after swimming.
Also, a bit disappointing was that we saw pictures of beautiful fireplace but it actually is prohibited to use it. Which is kind of logical, but still disappointing.
Small thing, gate remote was pretty old, it was hard to make it actually open the gates, had to click it many times.
There is a garage and outside parking. When we came, we drove into the garage and saw numbers of rooms marked on places. We spent many minutes cruising and then walking, looking for our number and couldn't find it. Numbers were in random order. In the morning, at the reception they said our room doesn't have place there. I think, such things should be communicated in advance, so we wouldn't have to look for it.
Absence of corkscrew was a bummer as well. I thought, drinking wine is a common activity on vacation :)

Big comfortable bed, nice kitchen. Once the heating was on, it became nice and warm. The sauna/steam room/pool area in the basement are good, although was only open from 5pm.
1) There is no reception at the property and unfortunately no communication that we had to drive to a different address to get the key has been provided resulting in 1 hour of us freezing outside.
2) No toilet paper (I thought it was a one-off mistake when reading other people reviews but happened to us too). No toiletries either.
3) The heating including hot water was off originally and we had to ask for someone to come over to have it switched on.
4) No place to store or dry the skies so we had to keep them wet in the car.
5) We had to drive to places to eat and to ski as the residence is a bit remote that can be seen as a good thing..
6) wifi was impossible to use (too slow).
