A great place to stay and a great host I couldn’t of been happier staying here 😊 thank you for letting us stay!

I stayed at Home Farm Cottage whilst I was visiting my friends who lived close by. I was so pleased with the accommodation and the host Tanya was amazing, so friendly and made you feel comfortable. She was great with my three children also very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and the room was clean and tidy. Perfect for me and my three children. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit my friend. Thank you so much 😊

wonderful HOST and smashing breakfast

The flexible hospitality of the owner was exemplary and helped us so much in preparation for a nearby wedding. Nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of parking, spacious family room and bathroom, quiet venue and location. Great overnight stay for weddings at Oxnead hall, as lovely 30 min walk in morning to collect car.

No blackout blinds so room was very bright indeed early morning .You will need eye mask if you stay in family room. Would also recommend mirror over dressing table so can dry/curl hair ; the full length one was too far away from a socket. I used my ipad propped up on bedside table.

Relaxed,refreshed and homely guest house

Tanya was very accommodating throughout our stay,nothing is too much trouble,she is very friendly and it was nice to stand and have a chat about her guest house.highly recommend this place👍

Delightful host, room and atmosphere

Everything lovely, only smaller shower than used to but I have big shower. Hence 9 not 10 rating. Definitely go back if staying for a night or two in the Norwich area. Thanks for making my Birthday great!

Little Gem

We have stay with Tanya before, it's ideal for us meeting up with family and for going exploring. There are some beautiful area's around . If your walking the village at night, take a torch as there is no street lights in Buxton. There is a shop not far away and a fish and chip shop. Tanya makes you extremely welcome , the room is a good size and you get a lovely breakfast. We will be back next year.

Lovely warm welcome, friendly proprietor and great value for money.

From ringing with a pre-booking enquiry re parking, to arrival and my stay, the proprietor could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. I was made to feel valued as a guest and would not hesitate in recommending this venue to other travellers. As for value for money, it beat other properties on the site hands down. A warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, lovely room and a really nice breakfast.
