The best hotel in Antalya

We stayed at the Kingdom Hotel for 4 nights, and the hotel was absolutely amazing. Location-wise, it's great, it's part of an area that is called the Land of Legends, the Land of Legends park is right in front of the hotel and the entire area has a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff is great, they are very welcoming and always happy to help, some of the room service staff have some issues understanding/talking in English. There is good Wi-Fi in the hotel, and there is also Wi-Fi in the shopping area and the park which are also OK. The cleaning service is great. Regarding the room: While, for some, it might be too colorful or childish, it's still a great room, and you just need to spend there a few hours, most of which, you will probably sleep. I do have one down point for the deluxe room, there is the normal deluxe room with a double bed and a sofa, and the deluxe with 2 kids room that has a king bed, so the down point is that if you have one child you will need to sleep in 2 separated beds, or add about 500 USD for a normal couple bed. Regarding the park: The park is huge, we saw a comment in one of the reviews that considered this place of the Disneyland of Turkey, and I completely agree.

There was a bit of an issue with the spa but nothing that is worth to elaborate too much since it was a specific scenario

Good experience for the kids

1. Specialized for kids. 2. Has access to Rixos resort.

1. Buffet does not have much variety in terms of main dishes/course particularly during lunch. 2. We paid extra to book a suite, and it has 2 bathrooms but one shower 🚿, so our kids and us have take a while for taking a shower. 3. Shampoos are very low quality! 4. TVs are not smart (not connected to Internet) and also PlayStation is not connected to internet. 5. The game rooms downstairs (PlayStation) allow only 1 kid to play at a time though we have 3 kids with a suite booking. 6. The pricing is quite high.

Nice hotel for sun and relaxation, good facilities and mall

The food and sweets selection is exceptional, cleanliness as well. We had our time at theme park as well as hotel guests.

Мы все просто в восторге❤️. Настолько все красиво и эстетично. А световые шоу и представления на воде это что то особенное😍. Вообще все на высшем уровне 👍👍👍 спасибо за замечательный отдых!!!🌸🌸🌸

Бармены в пабе. Всегда разговаривают между собой и на гостей не обращают внимание. Почти все дни когда я ходила к ним, они просто заставляли меня стоять и ждать пока они поговорят между собой(( это не приятно.

منتجع جميل جدا توجد مطاعم متعددة ومقاهي ومحلات كثيرة ذات ماركات عالمية توجد عروض يومية المساء للمرح والتشويق الحدائق جميلة جدا وتوجد بها العاب كثيرة ونشاطات متنوعة

الحجز كان لغرفتين متصلتين لعدد 4 كبار ولدينا طفلين تم فرض رسوم على الطفل الثاني وعمره 5 سنوات عن كل يوم 105 يورو باجمالي ل 3 ليالي 315 يورو.

Прекрасный отель. В любое время года.

Отель прежде всего порадует Семьи с Детьми, также есть развлечения для любого возраста, родители смогут насладится прекрасной инфраструктурой и отдохнуть, в то время как детям есть чем заняться на многих интересных локациях. Сервис, доброжелателтность персонала, индивидуальная ориентированность, наличие парка развлечений, большого колличества уютных кафе и ресторанов , брендовых магазинов и все это в одном Прекрасном месте.

Минусов нет.

The park was good but some staff in park was rude and then we tried make a complain they just said he gave you wrong name but I don't understand why they don't wear name badges.

Staff on reception were really nice.. Guest relationship wasn't as helpful when we made 1 complain about very rude staff member in the park. We got told no fizzy drinks with our halfboard dinner seriously ?

We stayed for three nights and we had 🤩

Very near to attraction and the mall

The bed was uncomfortable and the hotel is very noisy it would be better to separate the kids activity to be away from the room or isolated . All the room are in kids them I would be better to have a class is or modern them for the adults

Not worth for the price they charge for the hotel

It was a different concept for complete relaxation with family. As water park and rides for kids and shopping area for adults.

The property was very much over priced. The hotel rooms are simple nothing special also the food and other thing are very much over prices. As we are from dubai and came especially for the holiday but in half of the price or may be less we can get better than this there. Although now dubai had became one of the costlier countries

An amazing place for families and childrens

All family including kids were enjoyed. Every where ; you will find kids entertainments. It is realy kids world. Open buffet (breakfast and dinner) were perfect.

Fun, yet frustrating

The hotel, the theoretical and whole location is wonderful. Extremely fun experience especially for kids.

The level of service is below what you pay for. (Room service - House keeping - Reception) are not always up to the task. It is totally ok to order in-room dining and not get your food because they forgot about you! Or jump to the shower and realize that house keeping forgot to replenish your shampoo! ... things like that. Annoying little things that should not happen in such an upscale hotel.

Pure joy for the whole family.

Everything. It was pure fun for the whole family. The welcoming, food, activities, and staff were way beyond expectation. Thank you for giving my family a joyful and memorable vacation. Also, the farewell was exceptional. They had clowns playing with my kids and the good bye was just wow. Highly recommend for everyone. I will definitely come back.

Price. But I have to admit that it's good value. You're paying for an exceptional service.

great hotel and great familiy trip experiment

they take care in the details of details to make the kids happy and I think the team who working on this file in the hotel is very great team great thanks for Mr. Guven (words cann't discribe his hospitility and awoseme welcoming to all hotel geusts) and also Ms. Julia for everything great hotel concept for familiies and experince shall be repeated

some of staff members behaviour/dealing need more improvement espically employees who're in direct touch with guest's
