1) Прекрасный вид из отеля на море, закат, заход в море очень хорошо сделан, плавать очень понравилось, много зелени на территории отеля 2) Прекрасные хозяева, приятно пообщаться, стараются помочь в любом вопросе. 3) Вкусная кухня при отеле. 4) Хороший бассейн. 5) Прекрасный сервис в ресторане 6) До Города ходят автобусы за 12 лир каждый час.15 мин занимает дорога.

1) Очень жесткая кровать, тяжело уснуть. 2) Вино не вкусное, если брать бокал. 3) Завтраки неплохие, но восторга не испытал в сравнении с другими отелями. 4) Выход в море не подойдёт для новичков 5) Хорошая слышимость в номерах Еда в ресторане отеля дороже чем в городе, но это скорее плата за вид на море.

Bed provided was not king/queen size, but 2 beds combined together. That was a problem to sleep together, as eventually you get gap between what is uncomfortable

Quaint, low key Kas paradise

Beautiful spot on the tip of the Kas peninsula. Family run, with smiles and professionalism. Big breakfast. Clear, warm blue Mediterranean seas.

It is a good place to spend the holiday and enjoy the quietness of peninsula.

The access to the sea is the best for this hotel. It seems like a family run hotel and everyone is very friendly. They made some Chinese cuisine for my breakfast which is very kindly though I did not miss Chinese food so much yet.

1. The bed is consists of two single bed which is not very nice to a solo traveller. 2. The swimming pool open hours are too short. I wish I had the time to enjoy it. 3. The dinner is recommended by the staff, main is lamb. It turns out to be 40 euro when I checked out. A little bit too high for me. 4. Not very convenient to the town.

Miss this place and the people who run it

location at end of peninsula - it was fantastic. Osman and the rest of the family are amazing! We had a car, steep old hill to get down, and made it very easy to pop into Kas centre.

One of our favourite hotels we’ve ever stayed in

If you are reading this and wondering (like we were) whether to stay in Kas town or on the Peninsula, definitely stay on the Peninsula and book Sunset Villa Hotel. The sea views from your bed every morning, the private access to the open sea for a morning swim, and the unbeatable sunset location was reason enough to be happy with our decision, but the real special touch here is the staff, service and the food! As a family-run small business, they take pride in everything they do and the attention to detail for the delicious feast of a breakfast, and the wonderful fresh sea bass dinner we had at the hotel restaurant was our favourite dining in Turkey. Onur would take particular consideration to explain the produce, the process of preparing it, and even one morning, served goat and sheep cheese especially for us (as I had mentioned I couldn’t eat cow cheese!). We looked forward to returning to the hotel every day to see the family who were all so warm, friendly and attentive - we were sad to leave and can’t wait to return. We have family and friends visiting in September and have already told them all about Sunset Villa Hotel. We had rented a scooter which we recommend to be able to visit the surrounding areas!

Dinner provided by the hotel is generally very good, but unfortunately on my second night eating dinner at the hotel, I had food poisoning. Food prices are higher than local restaurants in the town centre.

The staff here are brilliant. All of them. Such a friendly and helpful bunch, nothing was too much trouble. They gave us great advice in respect of the locality as well as being wonderful hosts. Food was very good indeed.

The only gripe I would have was that the beds (we had twins) seemed to be smaller than a standard single. That said, the mattress was firm and confortable.

The perfect spot to stay in Kas !

The location is awesome, on the peninsula outside of the touristy center. Facing the sea and the beautiful Meis island. The pool was nice and the direct access to the sea amazing. The only thing better than this was the staff who were incredibly nice to us and to our kid.

Amazing place to relax

Everything was perfect. Perfect location overseeing the Mediterranean sea, Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing with lot of choices. The owner even helped us extend our stay for another day during the peak season and also guided us on sight-seeing options during our stay. Definately recommend this hotel and visit again on our next trip to Kas.

We loved our stay here and although we had high expectations, getting to this beautiful place, meeting the friendly staff, seeing the spacious room, great view over to the sea and Greek islands and amazing breakfast definitely exceeded our expectations. Also relaxing on the sunbeds next to the sea was divine. You could feel how much effort they put in delivering a good service as you would have in a hotel (room was cleaned every day, the way they served at the table, accommodating to your needs etc.) but you could still feel the closeness and authenticity of it being a family run villa. And the gardens are so well maintained and BEAUTIFUL!!

We loved everything. Only thing that could be said is that the wi-fi signal in our room was not great.

Secluded access to the sea, helpful and perceptive personnel, great breakfasts and stunning dinners, everything thought through down to very little details! And of course the sea is nice.

Waves can get big enough to make swimming a bit challenging, but simultaneously more fun if you're up for it!

Best place in Kaş

I really loved this place. My room was modern, well furnished, with an amazing view from the balcony. The villa was a very quite place, located in the middle of gardens and overlooking the sea. The beach was amazing too, there were nice sunbed located on a wooden platform on the rocks, the sea can be reached going down a stone stairs. I can't forget the breakfast, rich and delicious, and the kindness of the people working there. I will certainly come back.

The hotel exceeds expectations, the best holiday experience. Excellent service and attention from the hotel team and Osman. The perfect location of the hotel - the best view on the peninsula, private stay and beach, beautiful sea and the best sunsets! Very tasty food, Turkish style breakfasts, a lot of food and a variety of servings, dinners are an excellent level of cuisine, highly recommended. In general, a very pleasant atmosphere, everyone is very calm and polite. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time!

An INCREDIBLE family run hotel with unrivalled views & swim spots. The BEST in Kas!

The property was incredible, high on the cliff overlooking the amazing ocean, with private access to the water. The calming green property and gorgeous pool give you no reason to ever leave! rooms were perfect, nothing was too much trouble. As for our AMAZING hosts. The family was incredible, so much so we stayed an extra 2 nights! Breakfast was best we had in Turkey and the special lamb and fish were well with Aussie’s recommendation. we can’t wait to come back!

A sanctuary: stunning location, lovely staff and outstanding food.

Everything, it exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond: welcoming/warm hearted and brilliant conversation. The breakfast was outstanding, one of the best I’ve ever had (so much variety), and the views were to die for (as it’s on the peninsular you get a lovely breeze; much cooler than in the town).
