Neatness and comfortable beds, good ambiance
Some noise from the kitchen area for the outside room that is near the kitchen.

Also ohne Balkon was mich sehr geärgert hatte. War ein Grund für die Buchung. "Restaurant" ist in einem "Zelt" untergebracht. Komplett ohne Flair. Nebenan gewaltiger Partylärm mit Liveband bis nach 3 Uhr.

The staff is very good and professional.
Peaceful location but closer to the city

Great breakfast, helpful staff.
A bit noisy at night, but probably due to the festive season.

The restaurant served good food (despite the menu limitations).
The electricity barely worked while I was there. The staff kept insisting that it would come on within an hour and gave me inconsistent stories about what was going on. My main reason for coming to Mbrara was for a few hot showers, some charging, and Wi-Fi, so I was quite disappointed.
Because the electricity was out, the restaurant was also limited in what they could serve, but the waitstaff didn't quite know what was available and what wasn't.
Also, there was quite a bit of noise from the courtyard coming into my room at night. Maybe this could have been avoided by requesting a room that didn't face the restaurant.

1. Double bed for 2 people is too too small. I dont recommend 2 people to stay in double bed room
Twin bed room will be OK, But it was not available when we stayed.
2, Dinner took 1,5 hour after order

I arrived later than the check-in time, about 1:30 am. The location is quite close to the city centre. I arrived with the Boda Boda (if you are in Uganda,, you pretty much know what this is ),, and the route was safe, the boda guy stayed to make sure that I was attended to and the security guard was instant and very helpful. The staff and team on the group were very helpful and oh My the breakfast compared to the cost is really a great treat. I am vegan and had great options.
The water heater switch is outside the room. A fact I didn't know was possible. Perhaps for the next guest, let them know especially since i needed a shower after midnight check in :)

Location
Not that good, could have been a great place to stay, very calm, no noise environment. The beds are absolutely horrible, they are made of foam and for heavy and very tall people like me and my buddy terrible to sleep in. The lady behind the reception had ZERO interest in helping us and had a hard time talking to us because she was so bored. Try at least to be friendly next time.

We were just passing through Mbarara and needed a hotel for the night. It was clean and looked to be a nice quiet location. The room was nice and clean and the bed and facilities were comfortable.
Staff were unhelpful. Tried to charge us more for the room than advertised. I had to challenge them and was met with aggression. They even had the price for the room on the wall and still tried to say it was more.
Once we were settled we wanted an early night as it had been a long travel day. In the garden of the hotel other guest we’re playing music so loudly it was like a club in our room until about midnight. once that finished there was music coming from somewhere else in the hotel and that went on until 3am. We got absolutely no sleep. I tried to find someone in the night to complain to but there was no one around anywhere. In the morning I told the lady on reception and was told there was lo music playing at the Hotel it must have been somewhere else. Not even an apology was offered. Was ignored by the breakfast staff and after that we packed and left. Bad service and bad atmosphere.

The location is great because there's no noises around therefore a good place to rest for the night
That the management failed to reserve my room even after booking. I was given a second last room
