Comfortable, calming, relaxing.

My husband and I stayed at this property over a long weekend, so we could celebrate his 50th birthday. The property is exceptional. It is large with a modern fitted kitchen and furnishings. It was spotlessly clean and has everything you could ever need for your stay there. The whole apartment is bright and airy, with lots of natural light flooding in. The main living, kitchen and bedroom areas are large and have plenty of room to move around easily, even if you use a wheelchair or walker. The sofa is really large with plenty of pillows, which I like and can easily sit 4-5 people. The bed was big and very comfortable. There are also spare pillows and bedding in the bedroom cupboards if needed. The shower was easy to use and had a good water pressure. There is a lovely little courtyard garden which the main living area looks out onto, that is a real little sun trap. But for those of you who don’t love the sun like I do, parts of the courtyard are in the shade. Just inside there is a cupboard filled with all the items you would need for a beach day including buckets, spades, beach chairs, towels and more. My daughter and her husband brought our granbabies for one of the days of our stay, so we took full advantage of all the beach items and spend a lovely day making memories by the sea together. The location is amazing, it is set right between Skegness and Ingoldmells. The beach is literally a five minute walk away, however, there is also a small car park by the beach if you have any mobility issues. There is a bus stop at the end of the street which allows you to travel around all day for around £2 per person. There is off road parking for one car and plenty of room on the road directly in front of the property for extra vehicles if need be. This property is great value for money. I highly recommend staying here. I know I will be returning. The host is extremely friendly and welcoming and is there to help if you have any questions.

Perfect for families

We had a fantastic stay it was spotless, the beds were really comfortable, 5 mins walk to the beach and Catherine was lovely and very helpful. Would definitely come back to stay in the future!

Good location

The location was perfect and the apartment was very clean throughout. The host was very helpful and had thought of everything you could possibly need. There was even milk and squash in the fridge.

It was a little noisy sleeping near the open plan kitchen and dining area because the bed was close to the fridge and the bed was a little uncomfortable but thats my personal taste.

Great value modern apartment.

Fantastic property with a friendly hostess. You want for nothing in this self contained apartment which is a short walk from the beach and town centre. Easily access for those who struggle with steps or require a scooter and parking is available on site.

Nothing. The property was great value for money. Once given the keys, our host left us be for the weekend and we enjoyed every moment.

Beautiful place to stay . Everything was perfect . Catherine the host was so lovely and welcoming.

Very enjoyable and would defiantly recommend this property to friends and family.

Location was great. Within an easy walk to everything we needed. Lovely quiet road. Catherine - the owner showed us how everything worked and is so lovely. Has a washer, dryer, dvd's for children. Milk upon arrival, juice etc. Could not fault the set up at all.

Perfect in every way

There was nothing not to like it was perfect ! Every minor detail was covered even had buckets and spades for the kids to take to the beach !! Catherine greeted us on arrival ... and was the perfect host ! Highly recommend will defo be returning

We had a great few days at this beautiful lodge. We would highly recommend.

We loved how the lodge felt like a little villa in Spain. We also loved the open plan kitchen/lounge. The lodge was very close walking distance to the seafront. Catherine, our host, was very welcoming. Thank you.

Beautiful accommodation only 5 minutes from the beach. It was perfect for a family holiday

Quiet, well maintained residential area. 5 mins from beach. The accommodation was faultless and stylish. The host (Catherine) was helpful and full of local knowledge. We had a wonderful time. Couldn’t have wished for better accommodation. It was outstanding.

Catherine the property owner went above and beyond the make our stay very enjoyable thank you.

Great lodge little extra touches like coffee tea milk squash in fridge. Ice maker and ever thing that you could possible need for your use. Beach at end of the road and Catherine could not be more helpful providing info and help in a lovely friendly manner. Thank you
