We had a great stay. We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. The rooms were beautiful, beds comfortable, and yard was wonderful. We used the spa a few times which was very relaxing in the late evening. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large party. The property manager was prompt when we had a water heater issue.

We had a great time at this cabin. The farm it's on is tranquil and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. The owners were very responsive to all our questions.

Luxurious, peaceful escape from the city. We stayed during Spring break and the kids enjoyed the snow, the movie nights on the projector screen and the space to explore. The parents enjoyed the comfortable beds and the hot tub. The grandparents loved the private apartment and the beautiful views. We all want to come again to experience summer and autumn because this place truly has it all.

An absolute gorgeous property. The property and views are amazing. The house is very comfortable and lots of seating areas. The drop down projector screen TV was a great bonus. The outdoor patio was great to sit and enjoy morning coffee and at night to watch the sunset over the mountains. A great property and we look forward to retuning in the near future.

This place is amazing!
Six of us stayed here for a week of skiing in Park City. The house is immaculate, the property is stunning, and the owner is responsive.
All the bedrooms have very comfortable beds and clean sheets. The living room is ideal for watching movies after a long day of skiing with the choice of a flat screen TV or a projector with a retractable screen.
The kitchen is well-stocked with a massive refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, oven, range and plenty of utensils.
You're also very close to the Woodland Biscuity Company, which I highly recommend for breakfast. Ask for David, he's awesome.
I would 100% stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking to ski Park City but doesn't want to stay in the city. We loved being greeted by the bison every evening as we drove back.

This place is beautiful inside and out. Tons of room, well decorated and the landscaping is superb. Sit in the hot tub or by the fire and listen to the babbling creek while watching hundreds of buffalo. Thanks for making a place like this available! We cannot wait for our next visit.

This is the second time our family has reserved the Buffalo Run cabin for our yearly fall retreat. The cabin is beautifully furnished and landscaped with a luxurious hot tub, ample parking, en suite baths in all bedrooms, and a separate apartment off the third car garage. The kitchen is nicely stocked with professional appliances. The large gathering room is perfectly situated to provide plenty of room for dining, game playing, and TV watching for your group/family.
Keep in mind that the cabin is located on a working buffalo ranch, so there are flies. Lots of flies. This shouldn't be a reason not to book as the managers have placed fly traps throughout the cabin, and while annoying, it wasn't a big deal.
The property is managed by Evolve. We had a terrible time communicating with them. We needed to make an adjustment in our reservation due to a family member needing a surgical procedure. It took Evolve TWO MONTHS to respond to my emails. We have had similar issues with Evolve on other properties we've booked, so I know it's not just related to this particular location. Be wary of Evolve. While we love this cabin, I'm not certain we'd book again due to the communication issues we experienced.

This is our second stay at the Buffalo Run cabin. It is set in a beautiful landscape with all the amenities you'll need to have a comfortable stay with your family or group. Large gathering areas, professional appliances, luxurious hot tub, and a separate apartment off the third car garage. There is ample parking. It has been beautifully decorated and landscaped.
One thing to keep in mind is that this restored pioneer cabin is situated on a working buffalo ranch. That means flies. So. Many. Flies. That is out of control of the owner, and it shouldn't be a reason not to book. They have taken care to mediate the problem with fly traps throughout the cabin. The trade off is relaxing in the hot tub watching the buffalo graze just over the fence.
Another consideration is that Evolve Management is difficult to communicate with. We needed to make an adjustment to our reservation dates and Evolve did not respond for TWO MONTHS. At that point, changing our reserved dates was not possible. We ultimately had to make do with the original reservation, but it did mean that some of our family members could not join us for the trip which is disappointing. While Evolve is tough, the caretakers who live adjacent to the property are wonderful.

Well kept and maintain. The porch, patios and yard were very nice also. We will likely return to this property in the future.

Fun weekend playing games with friends!
This property was an amazing place for our small group of friends to get away and hang out for a weekend. The huge table and all the comfortable seating were perfect for playing games. The hot tub, fire pit, and kitchen area were great for hanging out the rest of the time. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location is lovely and private. Highly recommend!

Pennsylvania/Cali Joint Family Vacay
Immaculate spacious property with full amenities to take the stress out of packing. Kitchen was stocked with ample spices & cook wears to prep just about any meal. Massive fridge & separate beer/wine fridge in wet bar. Heated garages for up to 3 cars. We enjoyed soaking in the outdoor hot tub after a long day of exploring the beauties of UTAH. Every room is equipped with massive big screen Tvs! We will definitely return to this same property when we visit Utah again!

Our stay at the Buffalo Cabin was absolutely perfect! The amenities were top notch and the cabin had everything we needed for our family Christmas gathering. I highly recommend staying here. It's a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life where you can relax and unwind.

Wonderful Property
We've stayed at many VRBO cabins, and this is our favorite. High end furnishings, radiant heat flooring, well-stocked kitchen, separate apartment, and hot tub. There is attention to detail and it's clear the hosts intend for their guests to have a comfortable stay. Thoughtful details like spa towels and comfortable bedding. The great room is huge with several seating areas and a large dining table. Highly recommend!

The cabin is beautiful and in an excellent location. The fall leaves were starting to change. The place was immaculate and tidy and had everything we needed. Our stay was delightful. The hot tub was a big hit. The check-in process was straightforward. We are planning to stay there again next year.

Beautiful Luxury
This cabin had everything you need, except for A/C, so heads up if you stay in the summer. But it was beautiful grounds, just what we wanted to relax and escape the city. Nice and cool at night and fun to see the Buffalo near by. Had electric skillet, rice cooker, insta pot, kuerig, basically all kitchen stuff you need. Really close drive to Jordanelle and Deer Creek Reservoir. Loved it!

Perfect
This house is perfect! It was originally an old log cabin which was renovated. Everything was done first class. The kitchen was done with top end appliances and is well stocked with all kinds of serving dishes, utensils and small appliances. My husband asked me for a rolling pen. I said surely they do not have one. I was wrong. We were able to prepare our Holiday Meals perfectly. Even used the Instant Pot. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The living area was fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone. The dining table seats 10. The house is an easy 25 minute drive to Park City. We plan on coming back!!

Beautiful and Relaxing!
We loved our stay here! The property looks even better than the beautiful pictures, and the location is far enough away from neighbors to feel very private and relaxing while still being close to civilization. Check-in was very easy and straightforward, and it was easy to communicate with the responsive owners. There is lots of space for people to spread out and do their own thing but still be part of the group. We loved this place, and we hope to be able to stay here again!

Very Relaxing Stay at Extremely Comfortable and Peaceful Home
Our family just completed a Labor Day weekend stay at the Kamas Buffalo Run "Cabin". It definitely exceeded our expectations. The home is a remodeled older home on a scenic ranch property. The remodel and how it is equipped is first class. We were not lacking for anything. It felt more like someone's home than a rental property. It was perfectly designed for a relaxing time for family or friends. The location was peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed the convenient access to the Uinta Mountains with all its beauty and amazing hikes and picnic spots.
If you are looking for spa treatments and shopping this is probably not the place to come. But if you want a quiet spot to relax away from the rat race, this is perfect.
The hot tub, fire pit, and professionally landscaped area were great for socializing. The leaves were just starting to change, making for incredible views. The TV's and projector were first rate. Since Covid-19 is still going on, this was a perfect location for a safe and secluded family time together.
We definitely plan to return!
