Aufgrund der Lage, der Sauberkeit und des freundlichen Personals würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen, jedoch nicht zu dem

Die Lage war i. O. Rund 12 Minuten zu Fuß zur Shibuya Station. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Yoyogi Park. Nur 1 Station mit der U-Bahn nach Harajuku Station. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im selben Gebäude gibt es ein chinesisches Restaurant, in dem man als Hotelgast Rabatt bekommt. Allerdings gibt es hier für Veganer keine Optionen :-( Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es einen Family Mart, was sehr praktisch ist!

Für den gebotenen Standard war das Hotelzimmer eindeutig zu teuer: alter total unattraktiver Teppichboden, Mini Badezimmer, in meinem ersten Zimmer extremer Abflussgeruch … weshalb ich das Zimmer wechseln musste, kein Stauraum für Bekleidung, lediglich 2 Haken an der Wand mit 4 Bügeln. Großer Spalt unter der Tür zum Flur. Innerhalb des Hotels extrem hellhörig. Es gab keine Möglichkeit in Hotel zu frühstücken.

Decent one-night stay near Shibuya

The hotel is across the street from Yoyogi Park and a 10 minute walk away from Shibuya Station. In that regard, the location is great. The room is quite spacious with the usual amenities you'd expect from a Japanese hotel (toothbrush, toothpaste, pyjamas, slippers, mini fridge, TV, AC/Heater, desk with chair, mirror, complimentary bottle of water, green tea). The room was quite clean except for one point detailed below. Since I reserved the room quite late, I guess the price was alright for Tokyo. 24hr staff at the reception is great if you need late check-ins/early check-outs.

Minor inconvenience: You have to leave your room key at the reception every time you leave the hotel and pick it up when you return. Major inconveniences: The door has a huge gape at the bottom so the cold air from the hall seeps into the room. I plugged it with the pyjamas they provided since there wasn't anything else that could fit. The windows are quite old and if there's strong wind they make a noise. The shower curtain had a mold stain on it. The mattress was quite soft and since I have back problems I couldn't sleep on the bed and ended up sleeping on the floor.

Not as pictured. Do not book.

Smelled bad. Carpet was dirty. Stains on walls. No way to get luggage up stairs to elevator on second floor. Staff did not explain procedures well.

Very good

I really enjoyed the stay, good location, the staff were very friendly available 24 hours a day.

It wasn't the cleanest place. The ventilation on the ceiling was very dirty and the air conditioning wasnt cleaned.

Enjoyed my stay overall for sure - the staff were amazingly friendly, thank you for the hospitality!

Great location, out of the chaos that is Shibuya, but close enough to fully enjoy everything around.

Perhaps just the speed of the WiFi available.

Location and size of the room. Good house keeping and good front desk.

No laundry service, no drinking water, no coffee and no heater in the room Building was very old, the life was tight.

Okay if you are not too tall.

Very friendly and polite staff. Not too expensive.

You don't have to be taller than 1.60 m (5'4'') because otherwise you will not be able to stand in the shower. My neighbor was snoring and I could hear him as if he was sleeping in my room.

If you look for a place on work triip, this is a good one. Not fancy, but quiet with a good WiFi.

Very quiet place. A little old but reasonably clean. Staff was helpful. Price was reasonable given proximity to Shibuya and transport.

Super conveniently located in a great neighborhood.

Very confortable and spacious Japanese style room . The staff were very professional and someone was always at the counter 24 hours. The area has many wonderful cafes, bars and restaurants and it is very quiet at night. Yoyogi park is a short walking distance from the hotel.

Trustworthy staff, good location and value for money!

THE SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE! We booked the hotel because its near our event but since it’s right within everything, it got easily booked so we got two different bookings. The staff was so helpful to transfer all of our stuff from one room to another. It was seamless and well-arranged. Thumbs up to the staff from reception to the housekeeping.
