Beautiful home, peaceful location, comfortable beds. The AC was already on when we arrived, very appreciated on a hot August day. The hot tub under the stars was a nice treat to finish our days. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

We loved our cabin in Baring! The cabin is cozy and had everything we needed. The cabin was very clean and we were provided with everything we needed to clean clothes and dishes. The backyard is the perfect place to have your morning coffee. Beautiful view of the mountains from the front yard. The beds were comfortable and we loved having a jacuzzi tub. We would definitely stay here again and considered it our home away from home.

We were looking for a little place to disappear to for a while and it was a calm relaxing stay with the fire and the hot tub! We would come here again!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, lake is within walking distance, a very peaceful area, other trails within a short drive, and perfect place to stay when visiting Stevens Pass. The cabin is very clean, and very spacious. The hot tub is a plus for a nice soak after our long hike. We didn’t want to leave, but we had to return to our normal lives.

This was the perfect spot to have a relaxing quiet time away. Enjoyed the cabin feel, with a warm fire going while reading a book. Got to enjoy walking around the quiet neighborhood while it snowed.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was amazing and clean, but there are no windows in the main living area which was a bummer .

Perfect little cabin for a weekend away to Stevens, close enough to restaurants while still being close to the mountains for snowboarding! Super clean and had anything we’d need!

Very nice cabin in Baring where we stayed to do some hiking in the area. Very quiet area. Property was sufficient for our family of 5. Nice beds, plenty of towels for showers and hot tub, nice kitchen area. No cell internet service so Wifi is necessary. Wifi works well when connected, but must re-connect to it each day. No shower in master bath. Furniture is well-used. Property manager was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Would stay there again.

Clean and well stocked rental. We loved the light from the skylight in the bedroom. Good amount of shade in the backyard during the warmer part of the day which made relaxing at the picnic table and making dinner on the bbq more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I'll start with the cabin was great. Only complaint was the fridge and microwave hadn't been wiped out and housekeeping was still there cleaning until 4:15. So not terrible. All in all it was a great stay. It had all the accommodations we wanted/needed. The scenery of the surround are is gorgeous! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed 5 nights in the cabin and loved everything about it: the nature setting, the quietness, the nearby river. It was clean and had everything we needed. From reading some past reviews, I was wondering if there would be enough dishes and towels, as well as If the cabin would be clean. I was so pleased to find it very clean with PLENTY of towels as well as dishes. Everything we needed was there for cooking. The only thing I might've needed was a small/medium baking dish. There was a 9×13. Kind of large for just two of us. Loved the peaceful backyard. We ate some meals out at the small table as well as played some games. Sat in the yard and read a book. The ac kept it cool. Highly recommend! Would work great for families, too.

The cabin has all the basics and is sufficient for two couples.

The cabin is as advertised. The surroundings are beautiful. The cabin well furnished, with all you could need. I would suggest to bring your aluminum foil and kitchen film for packing sandwiches, which you can usually find in other cabins, but not here. Upon arrival, there was no propane for grilling, but the issue was solved quickly after contacting the management. Two bedrooms and a loft so enough privacy for couples. The access to the river a little walk away. Go! I can recommend it to anyone.

Quiet and wonderful
Our stay was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked, hot tub was wonderful, the fireplace was our favorite. Despite rainy weather we were cozy and comfortable. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the jacuzzi tub was what I looked forward to most (I'm pregnant and cannot use the hot tub), however, the jets didn't work and were taped off. Because of that, there was some black stuff that did come from the jets sitting. But again, everything else was wonderful!

Ski cabin
Cute cabin convenient to Stevens Pass ski area. Perfect for our family, with a nice loft area for the grandkids.

Could of been better.. was the bare minimum.
This place had some potential but wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here unless it was the last option.
Pros:
1. In a nice quiet area with other surrounding neighbors
2. Only 20-25 mins away from Steven pass resort
3. Property manager replies back in a timely manner and helping with any questions you had
4. A lot of accommodation for beddings
Cons
1. When we arrived a lot of the kitchen utensils (pots, pans, cutting board, spoon, fork, etc) we’re all dirty. Either form past guest not cleaning them and the host’s cleaner didn’t bother to check them
2. Dish washer was also gross with still a lot of food bits inside.
3. While there was a lot of accommodations for bedding - they were cheap $1 pillows and blankets
4. Most cabins we stay - the host always provide fire wood. Just wish the listing had explain they don’t offer so we could of planned better ahead
5. The hot tub in the bathroom was jetting out black gunk. So we weren’t able to utilize it
6. Place provided heating but in one room….
Just tips for host/next guest:
1. Bring your own kitchen utensils for cooking
2. Bring your own blanket and pillows for a more comfortable night
3. Bring plenty of firewood to keep the place warm at night
4. The community park that’s down the road on the right leads you to a trail to see the river. That was nice.

Comfortable and quiet cabin in the woods
Loved the back deck with the hot tub. Had some nice mornings with coffee and family. Eating dinners at the picnic table was fun. Loved the strange old evergreen trees. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and nice. It was a very short walk to the river. Made a bunch of great memories. 😃

Cute little getaway property
We were looking for a property between Sultan and Leavenworth for my son’s wedding. They got married in Sultan and we played in Leavenworth the day after with family. The property was just perfect for our adventurous group. Hiking and playing in the river just minutes walking from the property! Perfect weekend getaway! Thanks!

It’s okay
The yard looks abandoned… waist high weeds… you said river access, but hard to find said access. The coffee maker was dirty, toaster oven… yuk! In the instructions we’re told that we should start dishwasher and put sheets in washer… frankly I believe we payed way too much for this rental to have to do your work as well. We’ll not be back and won’t recommend it or vacada. Don’t get me wrong, I’m more mad at myself for not taking more time to do more research. We only used one bedroom, neither one of the tubs and no cooking except coffee

Potential
When we first arrived at the cabin the first thing we noticed was that the dead bolt didn't work and the metal plate covering the hole was easily removable. Once we were inside we noticed that the smoke detector in the master bedroom was not plugged in or there at all. The bed that was advertised was a different one than the one that was there when we arrived. The pillows were the cheap $2 pillows from Walmart as well as the comforter. When we used the toilet you could noticeably see the build up around the rim of the bowl. The room was also dusty and the closet door was missing and could only be covered with a curtain. When in the common area the ceiling fan didn't work so a lot of the heat from cooking stayed in the cabin. The only shower in the room had built up around the drain and all around the shower. The toilet in there was also very dirty and it had a lot of build up. The kitchen does not have the kitchen utensils to cook for more than three people. There was one pan big enough to make eggs and one small one. There was four adults and a teen. It took almost an hour to make breakfast. The hot tub was nice but only half of the jets worked because there was a missing knob that turns them on or off. The over growth of weeds and shrubs could also have been mowed or cut. Overall while this property has a lot of potential to anyone considering renting it, save your money and go somewhere else. For over $700 for three nights and two days it was not worth it. The cleaning fees that are charge for the "maid service" that they use are not doing their job and you can clearly see that the property manager and owners don't care. They just want your money and don't care if they are providing you quality service.

Great Little Cabin
This was a short weekend getaway with my husband and inlaws. We enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood, especially to the little park with River access. The hot tub is great for 3 adults at a time. The property manager is kind and receptive to feedback. Would consider staying here again.

Lovely Stay but amenities could be better
This cabin is beautiful! Accessible for Stevens Pass Skiing and index region hiking.
There was a wood stove but no firewood provided. We had to scour our own wood and kinder to start the fire.
The hot tub in the woods is amazing.
Con: Overpriced. The per night fee is awesome but the extra charges almost double the cost of the stay ( hot tub, cleaning fee, owners fee ). Would hope for all that fee, they would accommodate early checkins/late checkouts but none of that has been happening ( understandably so due to covid but as a consumer I do feel restricted in my purchase and do not feel I get bang for buck ).
Might come back :)

Quite Enjoyable.
Would have given 5 stars but they forgot to clean the jets in the jacuzzi. Had a bit of dirt and clumps of hair from previous guests. We tried to clean it out but never used the tub. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.

Family getaway
I booked for a little family vacation, it was just four of us that included my husband, two kids and myself. We enjoyed it so much, it was quite, clean and comfortable for our family. Asides from the jacuzzi tub spewing black mold, we didn’t turn on the bubbles for it, and completely avoided it. But other than that, it was super enjoyable.
