Luxury rat pack den. Second story 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with covered parking in a gated community in Palm Springs and close to everything with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Walking distance to Vons, Trader Joes, Target and Starbucks. 2 pools, hot tub and BBQ. Hiking starts across Palm Canyon Drive. Convenient bike trail and walking distance to golf. Enjoy all the amenities of Palm Springs in a beautiful and comfortable home. TVs in living room and den/2nd bedroom.

Nice property..nice neighbohood,great views good ammenities ..however the unit required a lot if work as basic maintenance was lacking..carpet and furniture old worn, with stains.,several blinds missing,cloggrd bathroom drains,and several chairs were hazardour as they needed attention and balconies needed to be sweot upon arrival..yes place has some potential but first basic maintenance...new caroet and furnture a must

First and foremost the owner was very accommodating, the home was clean, and the pool was 88 degrees. There was fruit available right off the trees. The property is ideally located to all amenities. The condo was large and designed perfectly for friends & family. Would I return? Absolutely!

Condo had lots of street noise! Back balcony had not been cleaned, was full of leaves, branches and dirt! Finish on sofa was flaking off, getting on your clothing.

Planet Claire - Out of this World
From before we arrived until we had returned home, the owner and her concierge were highly responsive to our questions and great to work with.
Planet Claire itself (named for the B-52's hit) was excellent! Well equipped, convenient, in a safe, friendly condo community - it was a super base from which to explore the Palm Springs area. Minor maintenance issues that come with any living space were easily handled.
We are returning for the 2020 season and are happy to do so.

Very much enjoyed our 2 month stay. Yes we had a few minor maintenace issues but these were quickly addressed by the local property manager. Great views and although HWY 111 is in very close proximity it is very easy to ignore the traffic sounds. Great pool area and great neighbors. Can't come back next year but very interested to return in 2020

Attention required, unfortunately.
After staying at this property in Nov 2016, we had no hesitation in booking it for our Nov 2017 trip. We loved the location as it is close to everything we need. While we raved about this property last year, this year's trip had some unexpected issues. 1. On our initial entrance to the condo, the first thing we noticed was the stained carpet from the door way to the kitchen and we could tell that the carpet had not been cleaned in some time. 2. No cable for our entire stay. Owner explained that the cable boxes were delivered to her in northern California and she had not had the opportunity to have them shipped and installed at the condo. The owner did offer to refund a portion of our rental cost. 3. Both bathrooms could do with a little freshening up. 4. Crickets(we think). Never saw any last year but this year , we saw them in the kitchen, master bedroom and ensuite. 5 Parking. for the first 2 days at the condo, other residents were parked in the parking spot reserved for this condo. After leaving note on one car the first day, the second day I tracked down the owner of the 2nd vehicle and had them move. 6. During last week of our stay, we returned to find water cut off notice left on door to condo. Had to contact the friend who was taking care of the condo to ensure it was looked after so it wouldn't be cut off. Many of these unfortunate issues are reflective of the fact that the owner currently did not have a formal property manager looking after the condo and, thus, I cannot give the rave review as I did last year.

"Swanky" NO - "comfortable" YES!
Overall the property is very comfortable; the beds good, the kitchen well appointed, laundry great, living room very nice for entertaining, tastefully decorated - loved the artwork throughout - bathrooms need help - mats need replacing, toilet seats dangerously wobbly and taps in both showers almost impossible to turn on - needed BRUTE STRENGTH! Sweet balcony off living room too noisy (from highway 111) to relax on most of the time. Pool really nice, well appointed but, again - very noisy from the highway. All in all we had a fine time, but the "Swanky" part wasn't a reality!!

Amazing Accommodations!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Planet Clare. The pictures shown are exactly what you get and more. As soon as you enter the complex and walk up to your condo . The beautiful grounds of shrubs and orange trees, humming birds, the swimming pool and hot tub, you know you are on vacation. Inside, the condo has everything you need. Nothing was over looked even things you never expected to be there were. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is decorated tastefully. Plenty of books to read and a nice selection of movies, great fireplace, and a bar area that had everything you need from wine stopper to the glass for your favorite drink. Just outside the complex adjacent to the highway was a walking trail that was absolutely beautiful to walk. The Wi Fi was excellent. Like all reviews had said the pool is right next to this condo. The views from the patios are amazing. Everything was close by. Eve who greeted us upon our arrival was great. Any questions we had or anything we needed she responded within minutes. I could go on for ever about this beautiful spot and that is why we are hoping to returning next year, but for a longer stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Planet Claire! Comfy and Cozy and Super Quiet and quite Spacious!
Planet Claire is very well appointed! Everything you need! The beds, linens, pillows and towels are top notch. We could not have been more comfortable. The WiFi was excellent - super powerful - which was important to us. We had 5 working professionals all on laptops, iPads, etc and the service never wavered. The pool was a central gathering point each day. The location is fantastic. You can walk across the street to a Vons grocery store with a Starbucks inside. There is also a nail salon, a cute gift shop, a gas station and more. You can walk to the Parker Palm Springs hotel to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at the on site restaurant, Norma's, which is de-lish!!
Planet Claire is also filled with great books and movie DVD's.
If you like to walk/run you need only step out the door and there are pathways for miles!
We loved our stay at Planet Claire and will definitely book another stay in the future.

A Gem in the Desert!
This was my first time using HomeAway and I am so excited to share my experience! This condo is 2-bedroom 2-bath and very large with plenty of closet space! Patios are located on the front and back of the condo with wonderful views from each!! The pool closest to the condo is big but not too big and very quiet. My friend and I relished our time at the pool!! The grounds are well kept and gorgeous! There are butterflies and hummingbirds everywhere!! The condo is located close to everything on a major thoroughfare but set far enough back to avoid street noise. There is covered parking which is wonderful to keep the car comfortable! You can enjoy a glass of wine from one of the patios or you can go to the pool to enjoy. This is an unassuming beautiful condo complex with beautiful landscape and friendly people. I just returned home and can't wait to return!!

EXCEEDED EXPECTATION
This was the CUTEST and most comfortable place! It is a lot bigger than we expected. Had everything we need in regards to supplies (cooking utensil, laundry, towels, EVERYTHING: even dental floss lol). The couch was massive and the fire place was LIT literally. We loved this place it was perfect for Coachella. Everything in walking distance. Cant wait for next year to get this place again!!

Fall Getaway
Stayed here for 11 nights. Very well equipped kitchen; very comfortable living room area including gas fire place which we enjoyed; the communal barbeque was clean and operational though there is no lighting overhead and it's dark out by 5 pm or shortly thereafter. The pool was initially heated but was COLD the last day of our visit which made for a refreshing swim! The queen bed in the master is very comfortable though some might wish for a footstool to get on to it as it is quite high. Lots of closets, nice granite countertops in both bathrooms and the kitchen. The unit is adjacent to HWY 111 so this is not the quietest of spots but whatever noise there was became background noise to us; therefore not a real issue. This is a second floor unit with relatively steep stairs so may not be suitable for all. All in all, we were very comfortable here and would consider returning. PS: We were initially met @ the property and shown through the suite by Eva who was very welcoming as well as responsive to a couple of minor concerns we had during our stay.

The condo was spacious and clean.
Had stayed here over fourth of July weekend. The condo was equipped with kitchen tools, towels, washer and dryer. Evetything was very well kept and updated. The weekend was very relaxing, had easy pool access, the grocery store was in walking distance. Very welcoming neighbors.
