About this house rental
This gorgeous 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom lodge sleeps 16 in beds and in addition has a crib. The house is 500 feet from our own sandy beach on Tupper Lake which can be accessed by our foot path or a private road. Our beach features a large fire pit, a grill and a large lean-to with picnic table, beach chairs and life jackets and a small parking area. Our lodge has all of the comforts one would want in a vacation: a gourmet kitchen, jacuzzi, radiant heated floors throughout, ductless air conditioning, a home theater, a large great room with a wood-burning fireplace, a sun room, an exercise room, a game room, a children's play room, very comfortable bedrooms, an expansive deck with another charcoal grill offering amazing views of Tupper Lake and the mountains.

On the lake, one can enjoy paddling, water skiing, fishing and ice skating. Renters have full access to our (2) canoes and (2) kayaks and paddle boat. Boating is available on our property between May1st and October 31st unless water temperatures are unsafe.
For rental of more non-motorized boats, Racquette River outfitters is located at 1754 State Rt 30, 1.3 miles from the house. One can rent a small motorized boat at Blue Jay Campsite for $80 a day or a larger motorized boat at Saranac Lake Marina. Saranac Lake Marina will deliver and pick up a boat for $100 round trip. The Public boat launch is 2.1 miles from the house and one can dock a boat overnight on our very large dock. We do allow renters to use our fishing gear poles.
You can enjoy the Wild Center in any season at 45 Museum Drive, 5.4 miles from the house. You can hike, snow shoe, cross country ski, or snowmobile some of the many trails in our area. Contact the chamber of Commerce of Tupper Lake for the specifics on those trails.
There are cross-country skiing trails in and around Tupper Lake, however you will need to provide your own skis. The closest downhill skiing is available at Mt. Pisgah in Saranac Lake, they are located 37 minutes from our lodge. They have lessons available, as well as tubing. There is a lodge but there are no rentals available. A bit further out is Titus Mountain , they are located 1 hr 6min from our lodge. They offer ski rentals, dining, and are a full service ski area.
Tupper Lake is a 40 minute drive to Saranac Lake and Lake Placid.
Internet speed is 400 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload.
We do not rent to individuals under the age of 28 unless accompanied by family. We do not host Prom Parties or Parties of any sort.
Cameras are used outside the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the premises.

The house was well equipped and laid out well. The two laundry closets were very helpful. The waterfront is spectacular. The only thing I wish was different was the walk down to the beach. You can drive down, walk on a path through the woods or walk down a gravel lane. The waterfront makes up for the short walk down. My family had a wonderful time.

We typically stay in the 1000 Islands area, but decided to try the Adirondacks this year! It was a great decision and we had an excellent stay!
The house is amazing with space for everyone. At night the adults would be upstairs and the kids took over the theatre room.
Kitchen had everything you needed, and pancakes on the The “private beach”was just a short walk, and appreciated the chairs, kayaks, canoes and life vests for us. Kids loved the floating dock to swim out to.

Beautiful and spacious house. We shared this rental between multiple families and there was plenty of space for all of us comfortably together. Great amenities and great location, was quick to get to town but was a peaceful place. Great place for families traveling with kids of all ages.

This rental is just as listed. It’s a beautiful home with spectacular views, and was the perfect setting for our winter family weekend in the Adirondacks. Our daughter and son-in-law were married in a private family ceremony on the deck overlooking Tupper lake. There was a sprinkling of snow the night before which made for the most beautiful picturesque setting. The home is spacious and clean. The playroom was perfect for our grandchildren. The home theater was fun on our rainy day. The kitchen was great. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were just as listed. The hot tub was a fun bonus! Huda was a wonderful and responsive hostess who answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. We can’t thank her enough for sharing this beautiful property. Our family will treasure the memories we made here forever!

It was great! Our extended family stayed at the lake house. We were ages from 18-90. Everyone enjoyed this trip. The house is wonderful! There is a good space to all be together as a group and there are private spaces for work, quiet and relaxation. We loved spending time on the lake and enjoyed the fire-pit and the boats. We were able to prepare and enjoy family meals as the kitchen is very well equipped. We even enjoyed the rainy days in the house-puzzles, game, movies! Happiness.

Huda’s fabulous ADK house was the perfect place to call home for a week. The kids had a blast on the boats and swimming in the lake. The hot tub met all our needs, young and old. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pans and spices. The media room was terrific!
The house itself is a beautiful example of the storied ADK great camps with modern conveniences. Lastly,
Huda was very quickly responsive to all my questions.

This was a great property to stay on. Lots of room inside the house with all the amenities you could ask for. We were on the private beach everyday, the kids loves playing in the sand/water while the adults hung out in the dock. The kayaks were put to good use as well as the fire pit by the lake. Lots of activities nearby, we did the science center which is 7 minutes away, went on a few hikes, and got ice cream a bunch of times. Definitely a great place to stay!

This property was absolutely beatiful, with a ton of room for guests and various amounts of amenities to keep you occupied throughout your stay. The property owners were also very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to escape to the Adirondacks!

The house was fabulous! Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had all the cooking items and supplies we needed. Loved the spot by the lake with the lean-to and picnic table as well as the kayaks and canoes. Great place to spend time with our friends! Host was very responsive to the questions we had.

A lovely getaway
The property is beautiful and the house has all the amenities -- plus more! We really enjoyed our stay! The lake is a short climb down the hill which the elders in ohr group found a bit challenging, but there is a parking spot to drive down to the lake. The house is spacious and very beautiful... a great place for a family vacation!

Mountain getaway
It was beautiful home, very well equipped.
Owners were great- no issues. Beach area is a challenge to get to, but didn’t stop the young ones and you could drive to it.

There’s room for everyone!
We had a lovely stay despite rainy weather at this beautiful home. It was so nice to have all the kitchen essentials, plenty of space, and everything was comfortable. We had some technology trouble that Ethan and Huda helped us through which was so very nice of them. Excellent property!

Another great stay!
This is our third time at Huda's house, and it never disappoints! The layout is great, giving space for a large group! Huda is very responsive...she answered some questions I had during our stay right away. There was a snowstorm that weekend as well and she made sure the plow driver came to the house before we checked out.
If you have a family reunion or just several families getting together, this is an amazing house!

Wonderful cabin in the woods
The property is incredible! Can't beat the location, views, and all the space. We had 11 adults so there was plenty of comfortable beds to have our own rooms, enough space to be together or spread out if we needed our alone time. We appreciated that the house is set up for large groups - lots of seating inside and out, extra towels, a huge table so we could all eat together instead of in shifts. When they say the kitchen is fully equipped, they do actually mean it. The area by the lake is charming and we loved the lean-to. The trail down to the lake is a little steep, which we were fine with, but older adults and kids may need to drive down. More detailed directions on how to drive down would be good on the check-in list. We were slightly confused and worried we might be driving on someone else's property. We had a few questions come up during our stay and Huda was quick to respond and resolve our issues. We loved the hot tub, sun room, media room, and really appreciated the extra fridge in the garage. The house is also conveniently located close to Tupper Lake, the Wild Center, and beautiful hiking. We will definitely be back again!

Picture Perfect
This gorgeous property on Tupper Lake was perfect for our family reunion. Sunsets were spectacular, sparkling water invited us to spend afternoons on the dock, and the house was amazing. We couldn't get over how well-stocked it was; there was everything from baby gates to cribs, children's books to toys, birthday candles to beach towels, kayaks to canoes. The hot tub on the deck was an added delight at the end of the day...under a blanket of stars. The town is near by with grocery stores that have anything and everything you need. We were well-fed and apparently, so were the fish...they refused to fall for our bait and lures! A beautiful location, beautiful house, beautiful smiling faces to see after such a long time apart.

Another ADK experience
My family wanted to experience a different area of the ADK. We have no regrets choosing this area and property. The house is beautiful and is true to the description and photos. It was within a reasonable distance of hiking trails and mountains, Saranc, White Face, Ausable Chasm, etc. Huda was great to work and answered any concern immediately. Definitely recommend this property.

Our stay in the Adirondacks
This by far was the best rental we have ever stayed in. Their home was very clean, with everything working as described. The quality of the home was outstanding, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Very Nice
With the COVID-19 restrictions, we were just looking to get away somewhere in the Adirondacks with our family. We choose this lodge and it was AWESOME! Very decorative, clean, roomy and had everything we needed (just needed to bring food & drinks). The fireplace was so relaxing on those cool evenings. Although the lake is a couple hundred feet from the Lodge, the view in the morning and sunsets in the evening were priceless! We also hiked Coney Mountain which is about a 5 mile drive from this Lodge. It is only a 1 mile hike up the mountain and the view was AMAZING! We did not need to communicate with the Lodge Manager much, but Huda always responded to any questions immediately. I would definitely recommend this Lodge!

Lovely winter weekend
We spent the weekend here with a few friends and had an amazing time. The house and property are gorgeous; we had fun cooking WAY too much food and sledding in the back yard. Huda was very accommodating and delightful to interact with. 10/10 would recommend!

When we needed anything the owners were responsive immediately and sent someone over within minutes if needed! There are two TVs in the house- they were a little complicated to figure out. Owner does leave directions - about two pages long. A simple on/off switch would have worked better for us! One TV we couldn’t figure out the whole time we were there. We didn’t mind because we spent very little time watching TV anyways. We had a suburban that was not four wheel drive - we could not make it up the driveway to park outside the house. The other couple we went with had four wheel drive and had no issues. The owner recommends four wheel drive- it is an absolute MUST if you are traveling there in the winter- not only to get to the house but to travel around town. Overall it was great and we look forward to our next trip there soon! We will for sure stay in this house again!!!

Family Christmas ruined
We arrived to a cold house being radiant heat turning on a few hours before arrival heated the basement up and the rest of the floors much less warm as you went up . They agreed to a dog being able to join are family trip , once there was an issue there was no comment on the issues , first comment was did you read the rental agreement we don’t allow dogs . I thought was weird because there is no Neigbor’s . So long story short they have cameras and we’re watching . So the real issues , the oven door wouldn’t close all the way , once in use there was a major gas leak from the very outdated ovan ( along with all other appliances , sub zero fridge replaced with cheap side by side , dishwasher wouldn’t work tried mutiple times . ) the response time to the gas leak issue was not responsive by any means . The fix via a text 2 days later was “with a few taps Of the gas valve it was fixed “ . On to the basement flirting that is coming apart , one of the kids pinched his foot ans in the process got a laminate sliver . No response to that at all . All in all horrible care ans upkeep on the house , it’s a shame it’s another case of nyc people buying up beautiful Adirondack properties and renting them and not putting the money back in the upkeep . They own a few in that area . They also promised a refund and it was far far less than it should me .
