We found the accommodation spotlessly clean. And everything would have been great if we'd eaten out. As it was the range of cookware supplied was limited, and we had to wash several items before we could cook. Also, though we did find the user manual for the oven, this was a bit of a hunt. We left that manual on easy display for the next person. Otherwise...fantastic place!

This little home was ideal for a week away from home. There was every amenity at hand. The location was ideal for my friend and I, as we travelled to Cromer using public transport, so everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Coming back to the house in the evenings was very pleasant, as we were able to relax comfortably after an exhausting day. The little luxury touches did not go unnoticed, like the milk and bottle of wine upon arrival. Overall I would recommend this property as ideal for a couple of friends, even a small family, plenty of room and very comfortable.

Cosy home in great location, just needs some TLC
This is a delightful little home in a great location. The area is very quiet even though close to the fire station! We only heard engine once during week and luckily this was during the day! The seafront is a few minutes walk away and town not much further. Morrisons is also few minutes walk for all your provisions. There is a big car park opposite where we parked for the whole week with no problems. The kitchen is well-equipped but freezer needs defrosting as completely frozen over. There is a downstairs toilet in addition to family bathroom upstairs. The two sofas are really comfy and lovely to snuggle up on in the evenings after long beach walks. There is no Wi-Fi but this actually proved relaxing! There is a small courtyard which is an absolute sun-trap but unfortunately the patio furniture is rusty so not very welcoming. It is full of poppies though so was lovely to watch the bees and butterflies. The double bedroom would benefit from blackout blinds as it is extremely bright, I had very little sleep all week due to this and friend said the front bedroom was the same although she did manage to sleep OK. The bathroom has a lovely shower over the bath, however the non-slip surface is at the opposite end to it so it was very slippery and I did actually fall over, hurting my arm..an extra bath mat would be advisable. The bath is missing the fill handle so you have to use shower to fill it - my friend tried this once but it took so long she had showers rest of week. There was an issue at start of week which was dealt with quickly by Keys, their customer service is excellent! Overall, it was a lovely holiday. The weather was fab and the house easy to pop back to during day. Very good value for money and with a little TLC it would be perfect!

Great location but unfortunately that’s all that’s good
We stayed at this property for a week. On arrival there wasn’t a key in box so had to wait for keys to be delivered and there were no towels. The front entrance was dirty with cobwebs and leaves. Inside the whole place was like living in a goldfish bowl as it’s overlooked front and back with no nets or blinds. The main bedroom has nice white curtains but does little to block out light so we woke every day at 5am! The kitchen is well equipped but the freezer was so badly frosted the drawers wouldn’t open so couldn’t use and the dishwasher doesn’t wash very well.
This was such a shame the location is great but the property was a huge disappointment.

Our Cromer stay
We had a lovely time staying in Cromer at 9 Canada road and just a short walk to the beach was perfect for us.
The only thing I’d suggest is getting WiFi. There’s not many places you’d stay in this day and age that doesn’t have it. Also, the broken shower/bath knob I’d imagine is a quick job which surely could be fixed for the comfort of the guest.

The house perfect location and everything you would need except.
The house lacks a wardrobe .If there was 4 people staying in the house there would be nowhere to hang your clothes had to use clothes airier in spare bedroom.Otherwise loved the house.

clean and comfortable.
House was very clean, beds very comfortable, settees not so much.
on the downside, no parking which was a bit of a problem for elderly and disabled
carrying luggage from the public carpark was a bit of a problem.

We may return!
Good. Missed having wi-fi. Dishwasher functioned better after we'd cleaned the filter. Anxious about front bedroom doors opening out to balcony when children might wander out there overnight. No other ventilation in that room.

A Happy Return
We stayed at 9 Canada Road last year and were so impressed by what the accommodation offered that it is now our "go to" spot in Cromer.
My daughter her husband and I found it to be ideal for our stay, we particularly enjoyed the courtyard garden (although it could do with a tidy up) in the evenings and the overall facilities were first class.
Highly recommended.

Lovely short break
We were very lucky with the weather but also lucky with our choice of accommodation. 9 Canada Road is well appointed, very clean and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower powerful. We parked in the car park opposite and bought a 3 day ticket so we could come and go as we wanted.
All in all an excellent place to stay.

Great location
This house is easy to find and has a great location Very near to the Town centre and beach, and also Morrison’s supermarket, there is a pay and display car park opposite with plenty of spaces.
The house itself is a good size and has plenty of space for two adults and two children. There is no WiFi at the property.
The kitchen has everything you need and the tiled floor downstairs makes it very hygienic.
The carpet upstairs is very stained and really needs replacing. There was a lot of dust in the property and the curtains were very shabby, there were only net curtains in the second bedroom, no proper curtains at all.

Enjoyed are holiday happy with the accommodation.
Really good holiday lovely area close to Morrison’s which was handy, and close to Cromer shops. Only 1 problem the patio door to the balcony didn’t lock but it didn’t bother us much felt like a safe area.

Very nice accommodation and in a good location, but.....
We really liked this place, but it is in need of some TLC. The garden needs attention. The house needs decorating and a very good clean. Why the soft toys?

Good location
Excellent location near to shops in Cromer. Cleanliness ws extremely poor inside bin was still full from previous occupants. Shared most rooms with cobwebs and spiders. I deep cleaned kitchen sides that with the amount of dirt on my cloth hadn't been cleaned for months. Curtain rails very loose on border of hanging off wall. Downstairs toilet was a God send for my wife with mobility problems. If cleaned and some small DIY was done on the property this would be a more than fantastic holiday let.
2.0
Noisy property with very poor sound insulation.
Whilst well stocked and comfortable inside, the outside space was poorly maintained and the balcony unusable due to build up of dirt plus broken chair. But the lack of sound insulation meant we were woken at 7am by the sound coming through from next door. Not a relaxing break.
