After reading all the wonderful reviews. We were left disappointed. We thought it was very average and expensive given the small gloomy room and general amenities on offer. Good area and handy for the town and beach but £155 room only without any housekeeping, seems excessive. This was the most expensive accommodation on a recent trip and was the worst by far. Slightly institutional feel to the place, noisy plumbing and paper thin walls.

This hotel is in a quiet residential area , still just a stone away from the centre of Cromer. Large car park, extremely friendly and helpful staff. No lift.

Well presented hotel with great breakfast, good shower, nice fresh bedding and towels. Great location to access cromer town and seafront.
Accommodating to personal requests too!

Felt overpriced, all things considered. Staff were great, premises was homely, although room was small and WiFi was inconsistent. If breakfast was included in price would have made it better value for money.
It’s in a great location for beach and town centre - but there’s not much to do in the evening. While the hotel bar shuts at 8pm other local hotels had restaurants and bars opening late.

A quiet, clean and conveniently situated B & B was all we wanted and this hit the right notes for us.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and were made very welcome upon arrival. COVID rules were explained clearly but pleasantly e.g. wearing mask around hotel. During our stay we felt safe and the hotel was kept very clean. Breakfast choice was good and food tasty.
The hotel is in a great location for beach walks and exploring along the coastline.
We look forward to returning in the future and enjoying more of the great hospitality

Lovely hotel situated a short walk from the town centre and the beach. Friendly helpful staff. Finding somewhere to eat was a problem as the hotel restaurant was closed apart from breakfast. The room we had was very small and in need of some minor repairs, slightly overpriced. In view of this, in all, a good stay.

Very comfortable and furnished very well. Front of house chap was lovely.
Over priced though. £185 with breakfast. Worth £120 with breakfast.

Lovely bright, clean and friendly place to stay! The staff are courteous and friendly and also unobtrusive, which sounds like a bit of a contradiction but it really works! The location is great and a walk along the cliffs to the lighthouse is a must!! Will definitely revisit!! 😊

As long as you can get over the ludicrous breakfast rules here this is a very nice place to stay. There is fruit yoghurt (which I don't eat) and cereal on the "help yourself" table, but if you want plain yoghurt or porridge (both a special order) you are not allowed anything cooked as well. At £140 per night I expect to be allowed at least an egg on toast as well as a bowl of plain yoghurt! I had to resort to bringing my own yoghurt in so that I could have something cooked as well! The staff did not deal very well with our complaint regarding this meanness. Breakfast to one side, we had a very pleasant room, there is free sherry & cake each afternoon, the location on a quiet street was brilliant being only 10 minutes walk into town.

Paid for breakfast but was told on arrival breakfast starts at 08/00 . Was told they would leave cereal and milk in the breakfast room .Abd that’s all they left no bread no toaster no fruit , a plate of cereal before a days work not great .
