With all new, high end furniture and completely remodeled. It is located close to the down town Fort Myers waterway river district, (Caloosahatchee River) the Thomas Edison Estate and Henry Ford winter estate, Edison shopping Mall, and just a stone throw away from the Fort Myers Country Club Golf Course. We didn't end up staying at the property, it didn't feel safe when we arrived! People were partying all over the place and the 4 locks and metal grated door was at least nerve-wracking with little kids. I contacted the owner to let her know we didn't stay and crickets!

When we very first arrived there was a couple staying on vacation having an aggressive argument and screaming very loud. One dog that barked a couple times. But overall it was very quite. The people were respectful and Kate provided us with everything we need including soaps, cleaning supplies, towels, cooking supplies and spices etc. Didn’t see a single bug it was very nice and clean.

The unit was super clean and even bigger than I was expecting. The pool was nice, and everything was where the owner said it would be. I had a difficult time finding the unit originally, however it was the middle of the night and very dark when I arrived from the airport. I would stay here again for sure.

Very clean inside. Adequate amenities. Area was disappointing - a bit “rough.” OK for us guys fishing. Probably not good for family. No working smoke detectors. I bought one at Walmart for temp use during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It worked perfectly for our small family. The pool was lovely and very conveniently located just around the corner. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay.

Property was very nice and clean. Very comfy livingroom with 2 sofas. Beds comfy. Had everything we needed and host supplied us with a blender as requested. Pool and pool area was nice but was NOT HEATED and was very cold...listing said heated pool. No communication with host during our stay and could not ask questions on VRBO site once our stay started. But we enjoyed our time in fort myers and surrounding areas.

The blind in the living room didn't open. TV reception was terrible and there was little to watch - few channels. No laundry in condo - had to use common laundry. There should have been some type of guide from the owner about amenities. Kitchen faucet is backwards - hot water to right, not left. Kitchen had minimal dishes, flatware, etc. No teaspoons. Should have been more information prior about assigned parking spot and where unit was in the building.

Kitchen was very under stocked with cooking utensils , and, for paying the large amount for cleaning they should at least clean better. It was pretty cold when we were there and had to use the furnace and when we did it stunk so bad had to buy candles.

I was surprised by what was included. Beach towels, ziploc bags, and a few other things that I could use and not have to go to the store and purchase. Glad to have had the extra bedroom my spouse was so tired he was snoring up a storm so I moved in there. Easy to find laundry and pool and great directions and communication with the owner. The only down side was someone kept parking in our parking spot. Owner said she would have it towed but I didn't want a person to pay that kind of money during the holidays. Probably just needs a post it note stuck to his window to not park there. This was my first time at this property but my husbands second, I would definitely use again.

We enjoyed the privacy of location! Stayed there due to a wedding. Enjoyed the pool, separate bathrooms, and friendly people. The only thing I would recommend for the owner is a better wifi connection. We will definitely use this VRBO rental if we are going back to FL!

The property was perfectly fine for our stay and it was nice there are 2 separate bathrooms. My only thing was where the GPS was having me look for a parking spot... It's actually around back of the condos. You would think sometimes staying in a condo with assigned parking that you would have an issue when others know people do not stay at the address consistently, but I never had an issue with someone being in the assigned slot. Those that I talked to in the complex were friendly and helpful when asking about local restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Had to do a quick clean of kitchen cabinets and frig before putting the things we brought in them. There were some issues with plumbing, screen porch, towel bar and closet rod. Kate was quick to have them fixed. The rate was reasonable.

No workout facility and only Roku for entertainment. Those were not deal breakers. Virbo was clean and that’s important. Good communication with owner. Safe parking. Overall, just what we needed.

My husband myself and my teenage son went down for hurricane relief for friends and family. The apartment was perfect for what we needed bathrooms were spotless kitchen was well equipped. Living room was very comfortable. Only complaint is it only has antenna TV which does not come in very well and a Roku that is not working properly. But that is a very minor complaint. It was just what we needed

In general the condo was fine. It was quiet and the pool was good. The appliances were problematic. The dishwasher broke,the broiler heated unevenly and the toaster didn’t work properly. We had to buy several kitchen items including a broiler pan. The cable package had very few relevant channels and the TV sound at times was almost impossible to hear. I think this can be a good place to stay but the owner needs to upgrade a number of things.

We were not impressed with the metal door and wood paneling front door. The wood paneling was peeling off the front door. The inside was very neat and clean. However, the condo smelled musty and all the linen however clean appeared very old and worn. We could also hear our neighbors through the walls. We ended up not staying and leaving for another hotel. We hate to be rude but between the two front doors looking in bad shape and hearing our neighbors through the walls our guts were going off and we left. Tenant was very nice and it was very clean just not honeymoon worthy.

We were central to everything we wanted. We were worried when we first arrived. It was dark and not well marked. Once in we were pleasantly surprised. It appeared as recent updates have been made to the unit. Everyone we encountered at the condo complex were very friendly. We were the only ones we ever saw in the pool/ area. Once we figured out parking and location of the condo, we had a good stay. The only small complaint is have is that they unit isn't very "sound proof", so we did hear outside noise occasionally. Overall it was a good affordable place to stay. Especially since we decided to go a month prior and a spring break weak.

We had no complaints with the owner. She was very kind and helpful with any questions we had. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the area is scary. We did not go out during the dark. It didn’t feel safe. We didn’t have to drive far to feel safer but only during daylight. We left the property to go to the beach everyday so we weren’t at the condo. The pool itself looked clean, the outside area was just unkept. Again, the condo itself was fine. We made sure we locked the several locks on the doors at all times. I hate to give a bad review because the owner was so good to us. But I had to keep in mind that we’d have wanted this information before booking.

We rented this place for the WHOLE month of February 2021. (she later changed our days because we left early!) To us, this property was not in the safest of areas. While the place was basically clean the fans above our heads could definitely have been much cleaner. Silverware provided was pretty poor. The Lanai gets almost no sun and there is absolutely no view (except the parking lot and bushes). Parking was kinda scary at night as it was in the back of a poorly lit area.But the reason we left early was because my husband took our laundry down to the laundry room and while our clothes were still damp someone opened the door and took 1/2 of our clothes! We had been there 4 days! When we contacted Kate and told her we weren't happy this happened she basically called us a liar! "I do not believe your story" then she questioned us as to why we were even doing laundry when we had only been there 3 days! I explained that while that was none of her business it did take us 3 days to get down there! I never heard back from her!! All we expected at best was a geez, sorry that happened to you. I'll have someone keep and eye out. But we got NOTHING! We packed our things up and left the next day. Yes this was our choice so we don’t expect anything back from her. We went and stayed with friends and the next night we went back and got the rest of our food and turned in the key. I now see she changed the length of our stay to 6 days and has it back on the market. This cost us a great deal of money. We know we will get nothing back from her but perhaps this post will help other people save their money. We just didn't feel safe there. Someone also took our parking spot which was clearly marked but we were to afraid to tell anyone! Go someplace else if possible.
