We had a great time. We loved opening the big doors and sitting on the couch till the sun went down. Close to stores and a great bakery. Recommend 100%.

We stayed here before our Tahiti cruise and loved it. The location was great: right on the beach, walking distance to grocery store, great restaurant-Rudy's, small cafe for breakfast, and even a little shopping. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. The home was "tahitian open" so the wind brought in not only cool air, but dust as well, but a sweep here and there was all it needed!

Beautiful traditional Tahitian home! Open air, outdoor living, comfortable! Pool was perfect during windy weather! Private beach for snorkeling, swimming and kayaking! Great location for grocery and restaurants. Incredible bakery one block away. Two bedrooms and two and a half baths downstairs. Master has outdoor shower. Large loft with 2 queen beds but stairs are a little steep but beautiful wood. Property manager, Clement, was wonderful! Communicated with us quickly when little issues came up and fixed them fast. He arranged our taxi’s for us to and from the ferry. There are several good restaurants within walking distance and we would highly recommend Rudy’s for a special, renowned dish of Parrot fish. Reservations are a must.

We just spent eight glorious nights at this beautiful pool and beach villa. The moment we walked into the true Polynesian style house, we knew we were in tropical paradise. The amazing view from the house of the infinity pool, beach, and azure waters beyond took our breath away. The place was just right for my son, daughter-in-law, and myself. Both bedrooms on the main level were well appointed with very comfortable beds. There are more beds in the loft for additional guests, but the beautifully carved but precarious stairs are challenging. Anais from Enjoy Villas did an exceptional job from arranging our arrival to meeting with us before our departure day. The location of the villa in Maharepa with shopping and restaurants nearby was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the beautiful island of Mo’orea, but we always looked forward to returning to our resort style vila for a swim in the pool and relaxing on the beach. In the mornings, we usually walked across the street to Carameline’s for their delicious croissants and ate them on our deck while taking in the gorgeous view. We can’t wait to return to this marvelous Mo’orea villa.

My wife and I, along with another married couple with whom we are close friends, had the opportunity to stay at Enjoy Villas Pool and Beach in Maharepa for three days in September 2023. Our time there was wonderful from beginning to end.
The arrival and departure process with Anais is simple. The property is secure, beautiful and quiet while still being ideally positioned for shopping and dining. The living room area has large folding doors which easily open to create an indoor / outdoor space allowing for maximum enjoyment of the amazing lagoon view, infinity pool, private beach and outdoor dining area. The two downstairs bedrooms and the en suite bathrooms which we used were comfortable, well-appointed and had very effective air conditioning. The mango tree in the front yard which supplied more ripe fruit than we could possibly eat was an unexpected bonus.
We really could not have asked for anything more and would love to have the opportunity to stay at the property in the future.

We were very happy to have found this VRBO rental property on Moorea. We really enjoyed the French Polynesia feel of the house / property, the infinity pool and the use of the kayaks. Walking distance for groceries, great restaurants, pastries and smoothies.

We had four great nights in Maharepa. This was our second time to Moorea, and again we found the perfect house with pool, direct beach access and convenient shopping/eating.
It can be difficult picking the right location in Moorea but Maharepa is great because you can walk to bakery, grocery store, pearl shops and Moorea Beach Cafe. We really enjoyed not having to drive for the majority of activities.
House was perfect for our family of 5 plus 2 friends, but the stairs to the attic and the upstairs sleeping area are tight, fine for our teenagers but something to consider. Outside eating area and pool were great. Host was very gracious with damage done to the paddle board...

Great vacation
We had a very nice stay at the villa. The villa is very spacious, built in a beautiful Tahitian style, and has everything you need. Both bedrooms on the lower level is air conditioned, and the ocean breeze cools the rest of the house. The view is magnificent. We spent a lot of time on the big porch which opens to the ocean breeze and stays cool even in the hottest part of a day. Pool is very nice. We took kayaks for multiple rides and snorkelled right off the beach. The communication with the management team was great. Anais met us at the villa, showed us around and gave many helpful recommendations. She is very knowledgeable, answered quickly if we had any questions, and just has a very friendly and pleasant personality. We had a great experience and will definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Paradise
This Villa is very private, comfortable and well equipped, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The view, pool and beach are beyond compare. Kayak, swimming and snorkeling from our private beach was fantastic. We walked to lunch and dinner and ate every breakfast across the street at Caramalines - best croissant and pastries on the island. Anais and Clement were on the spot whenever we called for help with dinner reservations, taxis, and general tourist questions. We’re looking forward to returning again to enjoy sitting on the deck and watching the beautiful sunsets!

Best villa
We just got back from our fabulous trip to moorea staying at the pool and beach villa. This villa is perfect and in a perfect location. We rent vacation rentals 2-3 times per year and this was our favorite so far. Clement and Anais were the best hosts way before we arrived in Moorea, answering my many questions. We had to cut our trip short 1 day because of the limited flights which was no problem for Clement. We also arrived early, no problem again and checked out late, no problem again. Anais met us upon arrival and was very detailed about the villa. She answered our many questions during our stay. They were both so helpful and professional. They are the best!
And the villa what a gem. We had everything we needed . Do not hesitate to book this villa it is perfect and so are Clement and Anais. Thank you for an awesome vacation. We are looking at dates to return.

Absolutely amazing!!
From the communication before we arrived all the through our visit, everything was absolutely wonderful. The location was nothing short if ideal with the proximity to the little town, the private beach, and the private pool. We enjoyed walking over to breakfast every morning at Clementine’s, snorkeling right outside of the house, and swimming every day. I can’t recommend this place or location enough. Thank you for a wonderful trip and we will definitely be back again!

Location could not have been better
Given it was our first time on Moorea booking anything was a bit of a crap shoot...
Well, we feel we got lucky. The house was great, older and showing signs that it had been a rental for a while, but great.
We had a few issues that the property manager took care of quickly but overall it was good.
What was really great was location - grocery store, French bakery, restaurants... all supper close walking distance. That made it for us.
Would we stay here again? - Yes, but only in the dry season... the bugs were pretty annoying and most the house can’t be sealed.

What a perfect place !
We loved this property, from how we were greeted by Anais, and walked in a looked out at the view, WOW! We loved the location to restaurants and the local market. The interior and exterior was so comfortable and relaxing, it truly felt like a resort. We loved kayaking every morning right from the beach. We loved everything about this place and look forward to returning soon!
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful holiday home!!!

Great Location and service.
Clement was a super host with ideas and suggestions of how to enjoy the island. He coordinated a taxi pick up and drop off to the airport. One less thing for us to think about. He was very easy to communicate with. The house and beach are beautiful. We really enjoyed our time in Mo’orea.
Thank you

This property is even better than the pictures show. The attention to detail & use of local artists has led to an immaculate property. Probably best suited to two couples who would make use of the two full en-suite bathrooms, but there is an upstairs loft up steep locally manufactured stairs and a separate downstairs toilet. Large bifolds open up the living area into a shaded deck & infinity pool. The kitchen has all appliances you could possibly need. Total privacy in the property & pool and only a stones-throw from a plethora of shops, restaurants & well-stocked supermarket.Unfortunately, the reef close to the house is silted up, but the two provided kayaks can take you across the channel towards the shallows on the lagoon side of the fringe reef where the coral growth is a little better and a variety of tropical reef fishes can be seen (& a turtle or two). We even saw spinner dolphins coming past the house on morning! Clement & Anais are to be commended on how the property is maintained & their communications. We will be back ! Mauruuru

How can I begin? From the reservation, communication, check in, accommodation, location, service, awesome view......what else can I list? We had the most fabulous time of our lives. The house was a perfect Polynesian experience and we enjoyed it for 5 wonderful nights. From the privacy, the sunsets, the pool, swimming and kayaking off into the beautiful blue bay, it was the perfect first time to French Polynesia! Clement, the property manager, provided everything we asked for. He was there at our beckon call and arranged all our excursions, transfers from the port to the airport, the electric bikes and the Polynesian feast. We had a few minor issues and he was there the next day to fix them and make sure all was perfect for us. Anais, his partner, gave us a wonderful tour of the home on our arrival and was super through on everything we needed to know about our stay. The only thing I would give as a consideration was we had 3 couples that stayed and the house only has 2 real bedrooms that is completely explained in the description so it was no surprise. I just loved the house so much that it was not going to hinder our decision to stay there. The third area to sleep is in a loft that has a beautiful staircase made entirely of a coconut tree. It is really tricky going up and down the steps. Once up there, it was delightful to sleep but just a warning for those who are not so graceful or lack in balance! I would say it was so worth the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful home!Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful authentic island home that was so close to everything you could possibly need. Just walk! Carmelines was at our back door for a wonderful breakfast of croissants jambon and fromage and a full box of French pastries to take home for dessert each night. Moorea Beach Café was a great water side spot to enjoy a nice meal! Several nights we just went to the market and brought home fresh tuna and grilled on the BBQ, made a salad with a couple of fresh baguettes and enjoyed the seaside sunset! The whole trip was so wonderful that I really can't sum it up with words. We are already planning trip #2 with in the next 5 years. Big thanks to Clement and Anais for making our stay perfect! Or as you say Mauruuru!

Where to start?
Our trip to Moorea was decades in the making. What a way to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Our host Clement was incredibly helpful in arranging activities, totally responsive. Not to mention being a very nice person. Swimming with whales was truly a once in a life experience. The villa was very comfortable and truly conveniently located. Pastries from Carmeline became a daily ritual. Super Marche down the street and local restaurants made everything convenient.
Our 12 night first visit to Moorea, finding this particular villa with Clement as our host made our anniversary everything we could have wished for.
See you soon Clement

Best beach on Moorea
This house has an amazing indoor/outdoor feel with a back accordion style glass door which opens to a nice big covered patio, which then becomes an infinity pool, then a nice soft sandy beach and then the ocean.
Our family of 6 stayed in it comfortably with my teenage boys sleeping up in the loft. You wouldn’t want young kids staying up there as the stairs a steep and narrow but my boys liked having their own space and in July the temperature was nice so they were fine without ac up there.
There is only one indoor shower. The shower off the master is outside but seemed private so my wife and I used it all week.
Bring bug repellent as misquotes do get in the house.
Clement is amazing. He always answered my emails before the trip. He met us at the ferry to help us get our luggage to the house. He responded to all our needs during the week. And he helped us get all our luggage back to the ferry at the end of the week.
I would highly recommend this property.
About Moorea:
Even though English is not the language spoken, everyone was very friendly and most spoke enough English that nothing was difficult.
Scuba diving and snorkeling were amazing.
If you get motion sick, take Dramamine before the ferry ride to and from Tahiti.
Most places will take the US dollar which was nice and all the stores and restaurants took credit cards with a minimum purchase of usually around $25.
Food is expensive especially at restaurants. There is a grocery store within walking distance of the house although we usually drove.
You need type c adapters for US appliances at the house.

Privacy, great amenities, best location
We recently spent 6 days on Moorea; 4 days at Clement’s villa, and the last 2 in an overwater bungalow at Sofitel. I am SO glad we split it up that way, and wouldn’t have done it any differently. Clement picked us up at the ferry terminal and was a phenomenal host throughout the stay. He gave us lots of local recommendations, called in reservations for us at Tiki Village and got us booked on a sold out tour with Francky Franck- all were awesome!!!! For the house itself, we spent all our time in the outdoor pool which is perfect. I love the folding doors that turn the whole space into an outdoor living area (but don’t forget that mosquito spray!) The house is in walking distance to the supermarket which we enjoyed, and made our own food most of the time which once you see the food prices throughout French Polynesia you’ll appreciate. The air conditioner worked great in the two “master suites” but all other beds are unairconditioned. This was fine for just the two of us, but something to note if you’re trying to put a lot of people in the house. We were sad to leave the house for the Sofitel after 4 days. While the overwater bungalows are a unique experience you should do once in French Polynesia you don’t get the same service, remoteness, privacy or accessibility at the big resorts. If we come back to Moorea we will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Clement, for all your work making our stay fantastic!

Polynesian Paradise
A fantastic place with its own infinity pool and beach on the lagoon. French doors create enjoyable indoor outdoor ambience. A few steps to downtown Maharepa which was a huge plus. Manager Clemente met us on arrival, saw us off when we left, and gave us good recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Very flexible on checkin and checkout. Only downside, steps to loft were beautiful but tricky, replace? This home was all we hoped for and we would re-book in a second. David and Shelly

Perfect Villa
We were so glad we chose this villa for our stay, as we learned how rare of a place it is on Moorea: traditional construction, with pool, on the beach, and close enough to town to walk to breakfast, dinner, grocery, etc. Plus air conditioned bedrooms for good sleeping! If you want a car for a day to explore the island (which I recommend) the rental place is a short walk away. Amazing views, kayaking at dawn - and very helpful owners. Don't hesitate.

This is the one!
If you are looking to rent a house in Moorea, or even trying to decide between a resort and a house, don't look any further. This place is everything you could hope for and is even better in person than in the pictures. The location is great - walking distance to shops and great restaurants, car rental facility and resort down the street. We stayed for 4 nights and rented a car one day, and just spent the rest of time at the house enjoying the pool and beach. We made use of the kayak and paddle board and snorkeled every morning. Very cordial host - offered pickup and return to the airport. Great communication before and during our trip.

Amazing Vacation - Perfect
We just got back from an amazing 8 days in Moorea (one day in Tahati) - I took all of my kids (ages 13 to 34), plus 2 grandkids (3 and 5 months). This was the perfect house for all 8 of us! (plus one infant). It is truly a beautiful house with all of the ammenities you need. Clement was wonderfuly and took care of all of our requests. I can't wait to go back, I will definately be using the house again. (great price too!)

Exceeds High Expectations!
This private villa on the beach was the perfect spot to finish our week-long FP vacation. Clean and bright, with indoor/outdoor spaces, an infinity pool and the turquoise waters of the lagoon just steps away. The owner, Clement, is intent on making your stay the best it can be and was incredibly helpful and friendly upon arrival and departure.
The location is convenient to a grocery store, breakfast croissants at Carmeline's and several dining options in the village of Maharepa. The muted crashing of waves along the distant reef is your soundtrack while watching the sunset from the open living room/pool deck.
A magical place at a fair price with excellent attention to detail by the owners!

The villa was in a perfect location, on the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants
If location, location, location are important to you, this villa is perfect. It is on the beach and within walking distance of basic shopping and several good restaurants. The property is situated behind a wall and gate, making it a quiet, secluded and private place to hide away. We spent hours in the infinity pool with it's privacy and great views of the ocean, sunrise and sunset. The property managers, Clement and Anais are very accommodating and go out of their way to make your stay a success. Although the property is in a great location and visually appealing, it does need some updating and maintenance to make it even better. The villa is listed to accommodate eight people - that is a stretch. Only two bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning. The other two beds on the upper loft are not private and have no air conditioning or bathroom facilities on that level. We highly recommend this property for up to four people to enjoy an outstanding get away.

Perfection ……. Book this one FAST before someone else gets it !!
Everything we had hoped it would be. Booked for several nights before our cruise. Easy to get to from Papeete, picked up by Clement, who was as helpful as he was handsome : ) Location a BIG plus … short walk to Pearl Resort (great dive shop, paddle boards, boats, cars, jet skis, island tours, etc) and small town with a not to be missed restaurant called The Moorea Beach Club (Ocean front). The Villa is impressive with a wonderful island feel and beautiful views across the infinity pool, white sand beach, to the always blue sea. Great for both families or a romantic getaway for one or two couples.

Great Tahitian villa rental
We rented this house on Moorea because we wanted a different kind of vacation than the one we would experience in Bora Bora, where we would be staying in a luxury overwater bungalow and not leaving the resort. In Moorea, we wanted a more relaxed, rustic, local feel, and this is exactly what we got. The home is very Tahitian looking, indoor/outdoor living. We loved having our own pool overlooking the water. We rented a car for the week, and everyday we would spend time relaxing at the villa and driving around exploring the island. We could walk across the street to a nice little cafe for breakfast or lunch, and drive to dinners. I felt it was a great location. And the owner was super nice and helped us with whatever we needed.

NZ family meeting up with US family staying at the Pearl Resort
We loved the unique character of the villa - had a fun tropical feel to it with beautiful picturesque views of the pool and beach. As a family of five with older children there was ample room for us to spread out with plenty of seating, sun loungers etc. Kitchen was well equipped which made meal preparation easy. Having kayaks and free Wi-Fi was a plus. Great location to the village and Pearl Resort. Clement our host was a fun, helpful and accommodating person who was readily available if we needed him. Clement picked us up from the ferry and returned us on our departure for no additional cost. We would definitely recommend this Villa when not wanting to stay at one of the larger resorts.

Excellent Property in the Perfect Location.
We stayed at the Pool & Beach Villa in June 2015. All of our expectations were met by Clement & Denis - they were very easy to work with and very accommodating to all of our needs and questions. The pool was well-used by our children and the beautiful beach was just a few steps from the villa. The villa itself was large and comfortable and very clean upon arrival. I would strongly recommend this villa to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Moorea.

CHRISTMAS IN TAHITI
We were amazed at the beautiful location and setting of this stunning beachfront villa when we arrived. The property was exactly how it shows on the website which was great!!! It had all the amenities you would need for a family of four…from the beautiful infinity pool, to your own beach, several lounge chairs to relax in and a full kitchen to cook meals. We enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurants which were fabulous. We especially liked Rudys. Clement was our contact person and was always willing to help us in any way we needed it…He picked us up from the dock and brought us back as well. Very pleasant vacation and we would definitely consider returning to this property in the near future.
