We asked for towels an fresh sheets an didn't get em till 1030pm-11pm on night no. 2. And the cockroaches, oh and the phone line to call the front desk, or for help for that matter was cut into 2 pieces an taped up but didn't actually work..

Got put in the wrong room the first time pillows and blankets were dirty. Lobby run down some of the staff was helpful tho

Absolutely nothing

There was used condoms in the hallway. Broken hole in glass of the vending machine. It has a towel hanging from the home. People were fighting on the balcony. The walls were paper thin and heard everything.

Not sure if there was a breakfast, my wife and kids would not get out of the car due to the outside appearance. The property was badly run down and there was undesirable activity in the parking lot. I was the only one who stepped foot in the building, though it was cleaner inside, it still was not a place I felt comfortable having my family stay at.

The staff was polite and nice to deal with. The clerk was understanding when I explained my dislike and did not argue when I politely asked for a refund.

Full size fridge, enough towels, felt safe enough with door bolted shut and dog with me

Traveling with only my dog, I didn't shut the bathroom door while I was in there. Around 8pm, I apparently shut the door when I went to the bathroom. The door handle did not work. No matter how I turned it, the latch did not move. There is a little button on the side of the handle that didn't work when I pushed it in. The vent cover from the ceiling was already down on the counter with 2 screws in it. I ended up using the screws to take apart the door handle to get out. I felt like I was getting nowhere and basically had a panic attack for about an hour before I got it to work and was able to get out of the bathroom. I didn't have my phone with me, contemplated banging and screaming to get help, but other people were already banging and screaming so I don't think that would have gotten noticed. I reported this to the front desk and he said he would send maintenance over, maintenance showed up close to 10pm when I would have rather been asleep. Maintenance took the broken door knob and never returned. They charged me for "damaging property." Used towel on shower curtain rod, vent cover sitting on bathroom sink rather then in the ceiling, shower curtain scrunched like something sticky is on it, floors were sticky throughout the room (including very sticky and dirty behind/under furniture), nothing was plugged into outlets when i arrived (TV, lamps, microwave), lamp didn't have a bulb, other lamp didn't have lampshade, smoke alarm was hanging by the wires on the wall, water got sufficiently warm after 20 mins but never got as hot as I would have liked

everything was not likable super rude they got bed bugs an there alarms constantly go off it stinks and they are rude!

I liked how I expressed my concerns and Lisa at the front desk listened and heard me and helped me. We were able to complete a grest room together, along with Kevin's help. I understood that construction was going on and rooms were under repar and Together the 3 of us were able to successfully complete a great stay.

Well with all the partying going on in the parking lot, there was a lot of trash thrown out onto the parking lot. Alot of broken glass. I only saw 3 workers, property workers, and 2 helpful receptionists. Its my understanding that Kevin and one other are repairing the rooms and doing a lot of other jobs, it seems like a tob of work for just those three. May be the other buildings have others I did not see? One other thing from the outside I did not see the lobby's front desk. I am not sure where the sign is for the lobby.

Hard to find, the pictures made it look alot nicer than it was in person, tub still had dirt, all towels and pillow cases had stains, door handle was very touchy

It was dirty the hallways looked like something you would see on a scary movie, the room next door had a big dog & it barked all night long. The place really should be condemned.
