The pool was not working and clearly had NOT been for some time.. so a heads up would have been nice. The room smelled stale cigs and the hallway smelled like fresh cigs. The parking lot was wild at night. The floor in our room was wet & the toilet seat didn’t even fit correctly so unless you were careful your ass was touching the toilet. Never been happier to check out. The people at the service desk were nice.

The property was so bad that I would not go inside after visiting the lobby. An older couple told me from the parking lot that they didn't feel safe after 2 vagrants smelling heavily of marijana attempted to take the woman's purse. She also stated that the hallway and room was flithy. I could not get my money back from the app or property. Do not stay here. Horrible.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked the room with 4 Queen beds. The day my trip was to begin I receive a call from the hotel telling me the room I booked wasn’t available and that they were putting my group of 8 in 2 Queen suites with 2 Queen beds with the rooms right next to each other. I wasn’t happy but I accepted it. I checked in and was given the keys and upon entering the first room there was only 1 bed and not in a suite. The second room had 2 beds but the condition of the room was beyond disgusting. The bed had pee all over it. The other bed had several stains. Food caked inside the fridge. The couch was filthy and had stains all over it. I would never consider the room to be a suite. I attempted to call down to the front desk but the plug to the phone continuously kept falling out as I was talking. The smell in the halls and rooms was overwhelming with mildew, and rotting something. The premises had garbage everywhere and people camped out all over the sidewalks. The pool and hot tub were closed. 3 beds was not enough to accommodate our group of 8 and giving the condition of the rooms and property we didn’t feel comfortable staying there regardless. They refused to refund my money. Donald (front desk) said he would have the bedding changed and that the couch pulled out into a bed. I explained we didn’t come from all over the US to sleep on a pull out couch and just want my money back. Still refused. I’m out $500. Hotels.com tried to get a refund with no luck

Do not stay at this hotel, it was disgusting, I came in to the room, and there were cigarette burn holes in the bedspread and a huge hole in the lampshade, it was very sketchy. I went to the desk to ask for a refund and they said I had to get my refund From Expedia I have not heard back from Expedia yet, beware out there. It is a disgusting place to stay, I was only there for 10 minutes. Hopefully I’ll be able to get my $80 back.

This could not be a worse property. Lifted the bed sheet to check for bed bugs. My god, so disgusting. Food, nasty, dirty, they just put the sheet over it. The place smells. The carpets are gross. Do not stay here. I left in 1 night out of 5 and took a bath on the cost.

It was very dirty and the whole smelled like cigarettes and my room smelled like mildew. They didnt give me a new room or discount they just apologized.

This was the only hotel that I ever left once I saw the room. When I got to the front desk to tell them that I was leaving and wanted to refund, there were two other guests doing the same thing, with the police. Stains on the pillows, cockroaches, Unsafe environment. Avoid this place.

We left. This hotel is dirty. Has bugs. And holes everywhere. The building is surrounding by Abandoned buildings. The only Business is the liquor store next door. The cleaning person was smoking in the hall way. There were people outside my window staring in. I felt extremely unsafe, and when I went down to talk to the front desk clerk. He was in the middle of a screaming match with another customer. That customer was also asking for a refund, because there were cockroaches in his room. The clerk said "i dont care you are not getting your money back. I packed up my child and left. I contacted hotels.com and they requested a refund for me which he denied and said Everything I had to say about the hotel was faults and refused to do a refund. Hotel.com can not give refunds. I decided that i would sleep in my car instead of going back. However I did end up finding another place for us to stay, about 45 mins away... eating the cost of the hotel. This hotel gave me a huge discount because they knew which hotel I was talking about, and how late I was checking in. However we did end up coming home a day early because of this.

Food service was very poor, 3 options only: cereal, waffles no sugarfreesyrup, Whitehead. No eggs, danish, muffins, no yogurt, no fruit. The jacuzzi tub thejrts did not work, sheets were ripped.

It’s very old, smells like smoke and moldy. The shower curtain was so fowl smelling and the shower leaks. Water was literally coming out of the wall. Extreme water damage. It was honestly absolutely disgusting. I will say the sheets were clean but the bed was broken so it sloped down in the corner. If you need a roof over your head for the night then this would suffice but you don’t want to touch anything.

I was not impressed with the entry of the hotel the pool was closed for which i was looking forward to use, the breakfast was simply the hall carpet very dirty, the bedroom was large no coffee maker, i tried to change location but it was nonrefundable so i was stuck. The view from my room was a large truck/highway/parking lot. I will not stay again

Property is severely lacking in maintenance, the hallways have stains in the carpet literally every 5 feet, there was mold everywhere in the bathroom. Sheets have cigarette burns in them. Mattress protector was yellow, shower curtain was also yellow. The people above us had a party stomping around until 6am and we had a one year old infant who was frightened by the noise. The pool was closed entirely and the breakfast literally was toast, waffles and cereal. I can't believe I wasted my money on this dump.

Property looked run down, guys hanging out in front smoking, hallways and stairs never looked vacuumed and needed to be at least shampooed. Beds were comfy and linens appeared clean. If you are a working guy, this is probably the place for you.. if you are a gramma and 2 10 yr olds -- I would pass. Breakfast was nice and the guy running the breakfast was the high light.

The hallway leading to our room smelt of marijuana and mildew. Our room smelt of bleach terribly to the point that my husband got an instant headache walking in. Our bathroom sink dripped continuously, there were blood stains on our bedding, chucks of hair in the hair dryer, the fridge smelled terrible, the drawer on the dresser stayed opened and you could hear the neighbors toilet like it was in our room. It was a terrible all around experience. There were people working on vehicles in the parking lot and we are pretty sure we witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Rooms were decent however nothing was on upon check in (TV and refrigerator unplugged and AC off). The hallways smelled so bad we had to cover our faces to get ice. Hallways are never vacuumed (proof in the Cheetos that were ground in the whole weekend stay) and the hot tub was broken. Oh and the best part.. the staff was cleaning the room with my kid in there sleeping!!! Kid was told to go back to sleep they'd be done soon. I've never been more misled about a hotel, this is a NEVER AGAIN booking.

The worst hotel, I’ve ever step foot in the first row was so bad I couldn’t even take my shoes off the floor so or so dirty the windows had black mold around them in the bathroom. The light on the ceiling had mold around it, the curtains and the window had mold on them The smell was so bad about made you sick Went downstairs and complained and they put us in a room upstairs. They said no one ever really stays in the second floor. It was late so we went ahead and stayed but I have never felt so dirty feeling sleeping in a hotel. We got up the next morning early and told them we was checking out even though I had paid for two nights because their hotel was so nasty and the lady I was talking to happened to be a manager and she nodded her head yes, I told her it was worth losing my $70 just to not have to stay there again for a night

Lots of sketchy men hanging around outside property. Rooms and hallways were dark and not numbered well. Original room was already occupied by a squatter I presume. Not a safe feeling for a single woman…will never stay there again.

We didn't end up staying here even tho we already paid. Check in was at 3pm we arri ed at 2:40pm so had to wait that was fine. We went back in at 3pm and saidthey still did not have any rooms open. This Donald guy was something else. I asked about how long and he said another 20 minutes so we went back out and waoted. We went back in for the 2nd time still no rooms. Donald said they were sold out the previous night said 20 more minutes they will have a room. Again we went out and waited. At 4:05pm ineeded to use the bathroom i went in and asked Donald if they had a bathroom i could use he said they dont have a public bathroom. I then asked well is our room done so i could go in there he said no. We left to find a gas station. We arrived back at 4:35pm. I went in and asked Donald if they have a room yet he said no.i then asked if we could just get a refund because my husband and daughter had plans and now that may be waisted Donald said no they dont give refunds. I let him know that this was not our fault it was theirs and that they have to have 1 room by now it only takes tops 30 minutes for a room that i use to do housekeeping. We just left and called it a loss so my husband and kid could go to Michigan Adventure before they closed. I would have gladly sat in the vehicle but we had our 2 dogs and wasnt going to make them suffer from the heat.

Nothing like the pictures show on line. Floors were very dirty in our room. Bathroom floor didn't look like it has been cleaned in a very long time. Not a place we will be back to ever! We paid $237.00 for one night and I would have expected A LOT better for that price.

This is suitable for people to stay in. There were mice, bugs, blood on sheets, roach in freezer, i had to through alot of things away out of fear that I could infest my house. This place needs to be shut down. We had no where else to go. It was the worst experience of my life thank got we could leave during the day. The hot tub was broke, there was mold on the walls, I took many pictures and will be contavting the health department. NO ONE SHOULD EVER STAY THERE.

We were very disappointed with our visit and felt uncomfortable the entire time. The male receptionists were unfriendly but we did have a good experience with the black female receptionist when checking out. The floors in our room and hallways were uneven. We could hear the people in the room above us. The toilet seat was loose and did not fit the toilet basin. The bathroom mirror looked like it was wiped down with a dirty towel. One of the bed pillows was old and badly stained. We observed and killed an earwig. The breakfast was especially disappointing. Options included three kinds of dried cereal, two slices of bread in the bread case, 2% milk, tasteless coffee, and DIY waffles. The morning receptionist came into the dining area not wearing gloves to check things out. He wiped down each of the waffle makers with some sort of cloth. Sorry Clarion, but never again.

Arrived at location to find a lot of people milling about, the hotel must house migrants or long-term tenets. There was a bug on the bed when we got to the room, upon closer inspection with phone flashlight there were many bugs skittering around in and around the trim boards. We didn’t even set our bags on the floor, just packed up and left. Roach city! The photos don’t show the decaying building- i’m surprised hotels.com has it on its site. We were hunting for a new hotel in a packed tourist town at 11pm. Had to drive 40 miles to get a different room.

Old. Pool is terrible. Hot tub doesn't work. Breakfast was cold cereal and a waffle maker. That's it. No eggs. No coffee. Terrible

For the money, this was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. $150 tax for a dirty hotel and room. People smoking dope outside the door where my grandchildren and I had to walk through. It appeared to have people living in their cars in the parking lot. Handrail so visibly dirty covered with black flith. Terrible
