The bed and the Conservatory
The fact that there was nothing to clean floors with, no hoover no brush.
Garden needs attending to and front door gives a bad first impresson because of the dead plants and weeds growing.
4.1
The garden space was good as it was warm when we visited. The rooms were tastefully furnished. Good WiFi and plenty of information on the local takeaways. Lovely conservatory (but it did leak in the rain a little bit)
No drop kerbs to the driveway which made parking not great. You need a car to get anywhere due to the location. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned and was quite grubby. Due to the entrance step, I went over on my ankle and fell, so watch out !

big, well located!
slightly mouldy in the bathroom! could have had a dustpan and brush available to keep the place clean! can’t complain too much!
4.1
Convenient location for us, spacious and comfortable.
The radiator in the lounge didn’t work and the kitchen blind fell off the wall.

Easy to book and access the property. Property was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable.

Comfortable, spacious and quiet. Bed was super comfy and slept really well. Conservatory was lovely to sit in during the day.
TV was a little slow. On the face of it, was clean but very dusty and lots of cobwebs in corners, lounge room smelt very dusty, random hairs around the bathroom, on the sofa throws and stuck on the room decor in the bedroom, finger marks on all glasses in kitchen cupboard.

very nice and clean, would definitely come again! 10/10

Lovely clean and comfortable house. Great directions and instructions Two lovely bedrooms, kitchen, living room and conservatory. Nice small garden area with seating. Off street parking but needs dropped kerbs to finish it off.
Good WiFi and TV. Washing machine was useful and microwave and oven.
Recommend for visiting.
Good reasonable taxis.
Thanks
Bit far to walk to find pub. There are very few in area. Need a car for shopping.
Bit of a hill getting back home, but that's my health.

A spacious and stylish house with everything you would need for a home from experience. House was situated on a main road near an upholstery factory, but it was never too busy or noisy (quiet area). On street parking available (info mentions private driveway but the kerb in front isn't dropped for that - again, the street was quiet enough so never an issue). Supermarkets a few minutes drive away, corner shop down the road too. A great base to explore nearby Pendle Hill and the witch trail, within easy reach of Lancaster, Burnley, Skipton, etc, also (Nelson itself not that glamorous).
Bath mat could be handy as it was slippery taking a shower. Instructions to use the washer/dryer would also be useful.

great location, plush furnishings, everything we needed, quiet surroundings.

It was self catering. Good facilities in the kitchen. The conservatory is very comfortable. Host was gracious to offer complementary stay till 12 noon.

It was very clean and warm. There were some lovely pictures and tasteful decor.
The bed was super comfy. Everything was explained very well re the heating and Internet password.
It was all lovely. The garden and conservatory. Will go back in summer and enjoy those.

Cosy, plenty of hot water.
Lovely wine glasses.
Trying to access the key from the lockbox was very tricky, rang for help. No answer.
Decor in places looked tired and in need of cosmetic repair. The Conservatory had a horrible aroma and wasn't warm enough to use sadly. Missing bulbs in lamps. One toilet.
Used the oven but it really hadn't been cleaned efficiently as it smoked something awful. No kerb ramp for parking. Some damage to gorgeous leather settee.. See pics..

Awesome lodge located in Nelson. Easily accessible and very clean rooms. The stay was comfy
Nothing to dislike about this property.
4.1
Beds very comfy and bedding clean.
seating in the lounge was spacious and comfortable.
Floors in kitchen and conservatory needed cleaning and front bedroom door does not shut. Lack of glasses and pans
Dropped cub needed. Front garden untidy. Had to buy a bath mat as bath was very slippy. More towels for the kitchen would have been a help.

Nice cute little 2 bedroom property.
The pictures did not match the actual life sizing of the rooms (due to lenses used)

It was just like a home from home. Everything you need for an extended stay. Comfortable beds, stunning decor, lovely conservatory to relax in and a well kept garden equipped with two patio sets. Highly recommended!
There was a little rubbish on the kitchen floor, and used tooth picks left in the bin. Sink and shower weren't very clean. Also fingerprints on items such as glass table and mirror, which isn't usually a problem but shows it wasn't properly cleaned before my arrival, and with covid still around it was a bit of a worry that guidelines weren't followed

Good location for us visiting family. Easy access
The original photos showed twin beds in 1of the bedrooms but there was a king size bed. Couldn't get access to broom dust pan and brush to sweep up grandaughters mess on kitchen floor. Would have been very difficult if a glass had broken. Will stay again if cupboard is unlocked but only cleaner had a key

The beds were beautifully clean with fresh crisp laundered linen and towels.
Some aspects of the property were disappointing. Particularly the bathroom, it was old sad and shabby and hadn't been cleaned very well. There were tea stains on the floor, hairs on the floor. It was generally grubby as was the staircase, conservatory and some aspects of the kitchen. Pans needed to be cleaned before being able to use them.

Perfect for what I needed
