Morgan Estates welcomes you to our Joshua Tree Desert Retreat which is just minutes from the west entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. This house, with breath taking views of the desert and mountains, is located approximately 5 minutes from the park, 3 minutes to Joshua Tree Village, 10 minutes to Yucca Valley and 45 minutes to Palm Springs. Includes many amenities as you would have in your own home and just minutes from Walmart, and restaurants such as Country Kitchen, New York Pizza, etc.

This is the place you want to stay if you will be visiting Joshua Tree. The desert view from the backyard is the real star of this property. Loved going to sleep and waking up with the backyard view. The hot tub at night in the backyard (with the desert view) was really something special. The hammock gazebo in the backyard was also nice, along with the little child size teepee tent. This place is roomy, comfy, and relaxing. The kids also really loved the game room. The family loved the nice touches such as hot chocolate, coffee, and popcorn. The property was clean and well kept. To top this off, this property is literally minutes away from Johsua Tree National Park. You can jump in and out of the park as you please because it doesn't get too much closer. All in all a great stay.

We loved our stay. The home is beautiful and the backyard is stunning. I was up early and got to see lots of quail and jack rabbits. The nighttime stargazing was perfect.

If I had to list what was wrong with this place I think I’d fail the assignment. It was just fabulous. The pictures are exactly accurate so I don’t need to say how beautiful the property is. Everything was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Proximity to Joshua tree park was good - you don’t have to drive too far to the gate. We made quick breakfasts then headed to the park first thing in the mornings to beat the heat. Then we’d head “home” for lunch and lounging. There are plenty of places to grab a meal close by. Our favorite thing, hands down, was the backyard area. There are neighbors on either side but you have no sense of them. You feel like you’re alone in the desert. There are so many seating and lounging options. We spent a lot of time out there. It was just so peaceful. I read a whole book in two days in one of the hanging egg chairs. And the outdoor sofa under the shade is heaven. If it’s useful info for anyone - we popped down to Palm Springs once to ride up the aerial tramway. It was only a 45 minute drive and totally worth it. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Our only complaint is that we have to go home to our boring yard now. It’s also worth noting - we were there as a small family vacation but this home can accommodate a slightly larger group. And it if relaxing and reading isn’t your thing then you will still love it, especially the entertainment area. We had a blast playing ping pong. So,yes, we loved it. Really can’t say enough good things.

The Joshua Tree Desert Retreat house was fabulous and absolutely perfect for the group of us 4 adults and 4 kids. Exceptionally clean and well appointed - even with that many guests, we had plenty of hot water and the kitchen easily accommodated us cooking dinners (a couple larger pots were the only things we wished for). The house was cozy and welcoming with lovely touches - beautiful artwork, a super eclectic record collection, LED candles abound and extra toiletries in the bathrooms. The game room was a hit with all of us and we took full advantage of it. It even had an HVAC unit so we were able to warm it up since it was quite chilly when we stayed. Proximity to the park entrance was a selling point but we could have spent much of our time in the backyard since it has an unobstructed view to the east and lots of seating options. Although it was too windy for us to take advantage of the fire pit, sitting outside for morning coffee and listening to the birds was so peaceful. Jimmy was amazing to work with, super quick to answer the questions we had before and during our stay. We highly recommend this property and would easily stay here again!

We so enjoyed our stay in Joshua Tree. The property was very well appointed, in a beautiful area and close to the Joshua Tree National Park. The sunsets are fantastic and it was nice to see the stars with little light pollution. I would stay again!

Just a beautiful place in the world. The location is amazing! The house has everything and more that you need! Star gazing from the hot tub and sipping coffee watching the sunrise were highlights. The little hikes were surreal. Evening pool and ping pong was so fun. We saw lots of roadrunners and so many animals. The owner of the property is professional and kind and so helpful! We hope to come again. Just a wonderful experience! Thank you Jimmy

A group of 7 girls! We had a blast! The views from the hammock at night are amazing. The house had all the things we needed and more! Super cute home, it made everyone feel welcomed and cozy! Only downfall, we couldn’t get the fire pit to stay on, wish we could have enjoyed that aspect! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Amazing house, property and amenities. Very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home with the easy check in, bathroom soaps/shampoos, coffee and teas provided, comfortable beds, hot tub all ready to enjoy and ease of check out. Only wish we could have stayed longer!! Wonderful and relaxing family visit to Joshua Tree!

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The views were amazing and the hot tub was a hit after hours of hiking and climbing in nearby Joshua Tree. Kids had a blast in the garage game room and there were plenty of hammocks and comfy chairs for everyone to cozy up with a book. Highly recommend!

So many extras that weren't advertised.
They have an outdoor grille, although we didn't have time to use it. You'd need to stay 3 days here to try everything, we will next time!

Xlnt location, just minutes from Joshua Tree National Park. Close to town. It was if it was brand new, from the outside, inside, furniture, appliances, dishes, bedding, towels…. Amazingly clean !

Our family had a wonderful time here. Joshua Tree Desert Retreat was exactly as billed. All the comforts of home with all the well-appointed in-room amenities of a hotel. The view from the back was spectacular—so quiet and peaceful. While there are houses on either side, it still felt very private and comfortable. And the in-room phone chargers were a nice and needed surprise. Would definitely return.

The views, the house, it was all stunning. The house was well stocked and plenty of room for all seven of us. We stargazed, we hot tubbed, we played ping pong, pool, and cornhole. The park is just down the street and we enjoyed a full day of sights and hiking too. It was a fun-filled family trip and we’d all definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the “Joshua Tree Desert Retreat”. The property has everything you need to enjoy a good time. The outdoor space is wonderful and we really enjoyed seeing the beautiful landscape of Joshua Tree. Jimmy is pleasant and attentive. Overall great stay with the family and I would definitely rebook this property when coming back in the future.

The home was very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the backyard with the view of the desert. We saw coyotes, rabbit and quail. There were so many places to relax and enjoy the evening. The hot tub was great and the sky was clear for star gazing. The house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. There were towels and toiletries. This home was one of the highlights of our trip. Wish we had time to stay longer!

Great location within minutes of Joshua Tree National Park, this place was fully stocked for our group with fun amenities in the garage, cookware in the kitchen, and a beautiful view of the roaming wildlife in the backyard.

I’ve always been wary of vacation rentals, but honestly my experience with this vacation home was superb. Location, cleanliness, and the backyard view were excellent. I love that the house had great entertainment as well. Jimmy was also very responsive. We truly had a relaxing time at this place and definitely recommend it for your stay at Joshua Tree.

This was a very cute and comfy home for me and three friends to stay in. We loved the view, hearing they coyotes at night and not having a fence to block our view, the hammocks / hammock chairs and hot tub! Beds were comfy and the host was easy to communicate with. Thank you! :-)

We absolutely loved Jimmy's place just outside JTree!! Clean and well-appointed too. The backyard space is truly wonderful with a wonderful sense of being out in the wilderness, yet with all the comforts of home a few feet away! We will be back :)

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and had an amazing time -- the interior is meticulous with fun desert accents and modern touches (and dont miss the game room!!), and the outside area is complete with a hot tub, swings, and gorgeous views of the sunrise. Incredible place which I highly recommend!

The house has a well stocked kitchen, baths and games. There were plenty of towels for both bath and hot tub which we appreciated. Jimmy was extremely responsive when we had questions. We really enjoyed all of the lovely spaces to gather inside and out.

Lovely location. Close enough to Joshua tree and yucca valley to make excursions easy. Yet quiet enough and with a view that gave the feeling of isolation. Beds were a dream and pillows were magnificent. Loved the ample outdoor seating, the hot tub was relaxing and star gazing was magical. We greatly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. Am definitely keeping this place on my favorites list.

Checked in for a couple of nights of stargazing. The home is comfortable and well equipped. Jimmy was extremely responsive when we had an issue and resolved it within a very short amount of time. Views out of the back of the house are spectacular.

Such a cozy, comfy and extremely clean home. Very well appointed. Jimmy was excellent and prompt with communication. Really nice spot both inside and out. We would definitely recommend this home. We were there for our sons wedding at Sacred Sands and the location was perfect. 10 out of 10

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this home. The view off the back is amazing. The property is very clean and well decorated. Awesome game room, nice bathrooms and plenty of space. Many outdoor spaces and the hot tub was a big hit.
