2 très bonnes nuits à Sagres.

Super petit déjeuner, la propriétaire est très agréable, elle parle français, anglais, espagnol et apprend aussi l'Italien. Super ambiance, très convivial. parking gratuit à proximité, quartier calme et néanmoins proche de la rue commerçante. Maison décorée avec gout, c'est parfait.

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit netter Vermieterin.

Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und von guter Qualität. Die Gespräche mit anderen Gästen während des Frühstücks waren anregend und eine tolle Bereicherung. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, es gab jede Menge Tipps und Ratschläge.

The whole staying has been amazing, Carla is an amazing host providing us with everything needed. The room was cleaned daily and breakfast was included. Cannot recommend enough!!

Carla makes you feel like an honoured guest in this lovely casa in Sagres

From the clean room, to the warm welcome, Carla provided everything for a perfect stay in Sagres. A village not only rich in wonderful beaches and cliffs but also embedded in the local history of the region and the bigger history as well, ask Carla she would be glad to tell you about it!

very very beautiful House 😊 and the owner is also a super nice lady which we liked to talk to. She made us immediately feel welcomed and the atmosphere is amazing. Sadly we needed to leave earlier but I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone who wants to visit Sagres and feel ,at home‘ in a beautiful house with nice people and caring people around 🌞

Carla is an absolutely amazing hostess. She was available at all times and was always willing to provide suggestions, directions and whatever else you may need. Her breakfasts were excellent and more than sufficient. The house has everything at your disposal including a living room area, balcony, outside garden. Carla even did a load of laundry for me and hung it outside to dry. Our room with twin beds was spacious with a lot of cupboard space. I would definitely return to Casa Mare and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Thank you Carla for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home and for sharing your generosity and hospitality with us. 🥰

Casa Mare is extremely clean and very quiet. There is a nice common area and a refrigerator for food. It was walkable to most places in Sagres. Breakfast was delicious.

The room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was good as it’s easy to walk anywhere in the town. Carla (the host) was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Definitely would return when I have the chance to visit Sagres again.

It’s amazing!! Carla is just so kind and helped us a lot. The house is just perfect, so comfortable. Breakfast rocks!!! And the location is very good, you can walk to almost everything you need.

I don’t actually disliked something. Just book it.

If we will travel again in this area, we will stop there again it’s for sure.

All house was very clean, good taking care and you see and feel how much attention was given to every detail. we slept there sooo good! Area is very quiet, we didn’t hear neighbors. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Location is very good, you can take a walk to the harbour or to the city centre.

perfect!

everything was perfect. the rooms are big and comfy, there is breakfast which is very good, the host was the nicest person !!! my husband went surfing early in the morning and she prepared a bag with food to take away before breakfast time. there is a nice garden to hang your wet stuff. really perfect place to be in Sagres!

Carla was wonderful, very welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Situated in a quiet street just minutes walk from restaurants and cafes. Carla gave me directions and the times of buses to my next destination and places to visit, all within easy walking distance. My room was excellent and there was a lovely garden and TV lounge. Breakfasts were wonderful.

Casa Maré is the place to be during your stay in Sagres. We felt so welcome during our stay and it felt like home and even better. Carla (the host) is very friendly and made sure our stay would be as pleasant as it should be. Every morning we had a extensive breakfast with fresh bread and croissants from the bakery. Also some fruit, granola and coffee or thee. It was delicious, a good start of the day! Every afternoon when we came back, our room was cleaned, the bed was folded nicely and we got new towels every 2 days, it was perfect. Carla is very very kind. She gave tips on what to do around. On our request, she was already informing us where we could rent a car before we got there. She is willing to help you with everything you need. I also brought my longboards/surfboards, she made place for it, so I could store them safely. The place is nearby the center of Sagres, just 5 minutes walk, where we found a lot of good restaurants, and I mean a lot. Also the beach to surf, Tonel beach, is closeby. Perfect location. Surely a place to come back to on our next visit to the wonderful Sagres. Obrigado Carla!

Comfortable and relaxed stay

Location, friendly & helpful owner is definitely the positive for the property. What you keep in mind is that it is not a fulfledged resort or hotel. Parking possible in the streets without charge. Basic (infact more than basic) utensils available in common area for use along with a fridge.

Absolutely to recommend!

Carla is an incredibly friendly and helpful host! Our room was cosy and the bathroom and shower very nice. We also enjoyed the furnished garden and that we could use the fridge. Absolutely to recommend!

Sagres itself is not a really nice town but the beaches are worth to stay for a couple of days.
