Perfect ground floor apartment with private parking

Great location for cycling into Seville. ground floor. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. Well equipped for our needs. Private gated car park.

Nice. We enjoyed having the room to meet and relax. Comfortable

Nice rooms, clean, good space

It is not the owner's fault but very hard to find. We didn't have Spain sim cards yet and it is impossible to find since there are no street signs. We drove for a couple hours and finally stopped at a McDonalds to use their internet. It would be nice to have some instructions on starting the stove as it is very different from the one we use.

Terrible appartment, very dirty and with a bad smell.

One of the single bed rooms was full of mold everywhere in the walls and the smell was very strong. Also, I found a cockroach under the bed. The double bed room was full of ants. We informed about that to Myriam and she said they can not control it. the landlord is responsible to fumigate the appartment. We found millions of ants near the bed…. The floor of the whole apartment was full of dust, looks like they did not mop it. We found 2 broken cups in the cupboard (which is very dangerous). The sugar pot was full of ants. The street is very noisy and loud. There is some bars around and the house is very far away from the city centre. When we asked Myriam if we could move at 4 pm to other hotel, she answered us at 4:30 pm and it was too late for us to take the other reservation. Juanmi wrote us via booking in a very rude way, we preferred to not talked to him. The people from the management is not well behave and the appartment value is not what we paid for. Our holidays got ruined because of that. We are leaving very sad and disappointed.

The apartment is spacious, we were able to park our car safely and the host was kind enough to give us some time to pack our luggage after the checkout time (11.00 am).

The wall of one of the room was full of humidity and the smell was unbearable, we had to close the door of this room to block this bad smell. The beds are not comfortable.

Superb

A lovely apartment with everything you need for your stay, there's a small friendly bar over the road for breakfast and a drink before bed after your busy day sightseeing. It's only a short walk to the bus stop and one bus will take you to the centre of the City, it's a regular service (every 15 minutes) and only 1.40€ each way. A good budget apartment.

Large apartment with a large kitchen. Comfortable bed.

The kitchen wasn't that well equipped and not cleaned very well. There was only heating available in the living room and bathroom, and this wasn't easy to regulate.

Average flat away from the center

I chose this apartment because of the parking lot, because in the description of the apartment there was a guaranteed parking space. After arriving, it turned out that I had to find a parking space. The owner said over the phone that he had promised nothing 100%, only that there might be a place somewhere. I was cheated

Very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable Good Location very close to local bars and shops. Easy to get into Sevilla City Centre

There was no oven in the kitchen, Too much glass, we had a 21 month old toddler who was trying to get all the glass so we had to raise it up. Wasnt ideal for a young family.

Super modern place, very luxury for that price. Good contact with owner. Extra clean and comfortable. Nice view! Strongly recomend!

Ir was so clean and comfortable with Beautiful rooms and kitchen was also nice and clean with everything of basic use need bedrooms were all clean and comfortable we enjoyed very well I am fully satisfied with this apartment
