very comfortable and friendly staff but my specific apartment street noisy

the staff was really friendly and the apartment was comfortable

I feel I was only unlucky to be low on the 3rd floor at the street side and therefore it was very noisy. I could hear very loudly people talking on street on the bar until late, cars passing on the street, needing to sleep with earplugs. perhaps if my apartment was in the swimming pool side or higher would have been quieter.

The black out blinds. The kitchen. But it needs cleaning equipment for the kitchen. Shower was good.

Did not like the pillows at all. The microwave was very old and scary to operate.

Was ok...we needed a place close to the airport and this place was the closest we could find.

The hotel is a little run down and tired looking. But served our purpose for one night.

Great room for the price paid. Always clean and cooking facilities was great.

The set up of the flat was very nice and clean. The check in process was straightforward and it helped that a reception was always on site. The cleaning of the flat took place every day.

I would have appreciated if the single beds in the room had space in between them. If not a double bed would have been better.

didn’t spend much time as I was there for football game but staff were excellent, very helpful, rooms clean & tidy.

Ideal for a football/lads trip.

VERY comfortable beds!!! Used it for a football trip, so met the requirements of having a basic base for a few days.

No kettle or decent self catering facility - if that is what you need.

Comfortable and good location let down by the basics.

Beds were comfortable, powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Effective blinds to keep out the sun/heat and keep it dark at night. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Some good bars and eateries close by.

As an apartment with a kitchenette it was woefully under equipped on basic items. Two of most basic things but just one desert spoon, no teaspoons and no cups or mugs at all. No kettle, tea towels, dish cloths. We did ask for cups and spoons to no avail. The outside looks very unappealing, the stairwells a bit grubby. All a shame really because it could easily be much nicer.
