A beautiful get-away home on a large 16,000 plus sq ft lot with beautiful mountain views and desert landscaping throughout. Located in central Palm Springs, this modern 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1666 sq ft ranch style house is a quiet retreat ideal for rest, relaxation or a group retreat with the idea of resting at the house during your stay. With one large living room inside the home you will find ample seating for everyone or go outside and relax by the pool in one of the numerous chaise lounges or deep seating collections under one of the three lanai's or relax in the attached spa while you gaze at the serenity of the property and sunsets at night. The backyard features a newly constructed outside entertainment area, featuring a beautiful fireplace, fire pit and a custom outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ, refrigerator and sink. Additionally the outdoor kitchen features a 55” flat screen TV under the lanai and then another 47' Flat screen TV under the attached patio cover near the kitchen for further outdoor entertainment/viewing of your favorite sport teams, or simply sitting and enjoying television while outside. Please do note all noise levels must adhere to the Good Neighbor Brochure following the noise levels set by the city of Palm Springs to not cross over the property line. We have set each TV to a decibel level of 20 and recommend that all guest adhere to that volume setting and that each television sound level is not raised above that setting at anytime. All TV’s are set-up with Spectrum cable TV, so you will have many viewing options to choose. The main patio cover with the BBQ and sink also features two outdoor heaters for the cooler months which will enable you to enjoy your time outside late into the evening.
This 4 bedroom home is beautifully furnished with a large living area with custom built in cabinets with a large flat screen 55' TV. The user-friendly kitchen includes all modern appliances and is well stocked with glass, dining, and cookware. Sliding glass doors lead to the large private backyard and pool area. The outdoor dining area is covered with a lanai with two ceiling fans and light along with a 40' gas Lyon professional BBQ. All covered as well under the lanai and includes one small refrigerator, and looks across the pool, nearest to the tanning shelf which makes the backyard perfect for game play or lounging for all guest at the house. Complete outdoor privacy provides the opportunity for swimming and sunning for those who choose. Inside the house, air-conditioning and ceiling fans allow for complete interior comfort, day or night. High Speed Wireless Internet is included. For our guest’s added convenience, there is a washer/dryer located in the garage for use during your stay. The home features a two-car garage as well for those wishing to park their cars inside.
The large master suite has a Cal King bed, along with its own bathroom with vanity bath and Dual head walk in shower. There is a French sliding door that leads out from the bedroom to a covered lanai with seating area to enjoy the pool and spa or to gaze at the mountains. The house features two bedrooms with a queen bed with comfortable furnishings. The last bedroom is slightly smaller and is adjacent to the master bedroom and features a full size bed with a dresser along with a closet for storage of any clothing. Although this room is small it is a very functional room with ample lighting, ceiling fan and IPOD/IPHONE docking station with an alarm clock. All four bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions with Direct TV satellite service. Total house can sleep eight people very comfortably and up to ten with the queen flotation mattress or the couch in the living room. Perfect house for friends, three-four couples or a large family.
Close to (within a mile) the downtown shopping strip, The Aerial Tramway, World Gym, The Riviera Club, three shopping malls, excellent restaurants, medical facilities, spa locations, worship centers, award-winning golf courses and several casinos. The residence is non-smoking, although smoking is permitted, outside. All linens are provided, along with bath towels and includes swim towels as well. Families with infants and or children of all ages are welcome, however, the pool area is not fenced, so we discourage unattended toddlers and younger children swimming or to be unattended at anytime while in the backyard near or around the pool. Well behaved dogs are also welcome.
We cherish our escapes to our own desert getaway, as we always have valuable rest and memorable fun. Please come experience this house as we’re sure you’ll enjoy it as much as we do.
Also note that the gas fee is not charged during the summer months of June/July/August and begins on September 15. The summer months however do incur a utility charge of $60/day up to a maximum weekly amount of $180 to offset Southern California Edison's electrical base increase during the summer months, so any inquires of dates during that time frame will show the gas fee/utility fee in the quote, but it may not be accurate when pricing or obtaining an online rental quote.. Should you elect or want to reserve/book online and do so during the summer months, the gas fee/utility fee will be charged. Further, also note that the gas/utility fee unfortunately can not be calculated as a daily rate during the winter/summer months and will only show as a $75 daily charge, so any vacation request during the winter and or summer months will have the gas/utilty fee charged accordingly up to the maximum weekly fee. Winter months are $450 for the gas fee and summer months are maximum $180. So please again note that when figuring out your rental rate as the rate will more than likely be a bit higher to account for the added gas usage charges up to the maximum amount on a weekly or daily basis. Should you elect or want to reserve/book online the correct gas fee will then be calculated by me based on days and or weeks the property is rented and charged accordingly. Again, I will edit your rental request as necessary for the gas fees and then send you an updated quote to rent the house for the correct amount.
Please also note that their is an administration fee for all credit card transactions and you can view those fees on my rental contract that is uploaded to this listing. To view the rental agreement you will need to download the rental agreement as you try to book the property online on the payment page. Our Thanksgiving in Palm Springs was wonderful, and it had much to do with the outdoor amenities and comfortable accommodations at the VRBO.
Any issues we encountered were addressed and resolved quickly by our host. The pool and spa area, along with a very nice outdoor kitchen and fireplace seating area, made it a great place to stay. We would recommend this home to anyone who wants to spend time in the pool and BBQ at home, while enjoying a quiet neighborhood, and a nice 2.5 mile walk to downtown Palm Springs.

The only thing that was upsetting is waiting to enter the property to find that the pool was dirty. As I advice the owner of the problem and how we felt upset, cheated of one night in the pool. He responded, “if you are not happy, you can leave now.” The pool looked actually clean on our last day at this home. I wish the owner had been more sensitive to our feelings. We are probably not going there anymore.

Beds were clean and comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with spices and cooking supplies. The backyard was amazing! The pool and hot tub were awesome, as well as the bbq/bar area and fire table. Ample seating and lounge chairs in the backyard. We spent 90% of our time out there. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, street fair and airport. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Pool and hot tub were easy to operate, and well as the alarm and door entrance. Multiple fridges for drink storage, and big kitchen for food prep. It was nice having 2 bathrooms for 2 families.

The home has ample space for family and friends to visit. The back yard is amazing with the pool, hot tub, outdoor grill/bar, fire place, fire pit, putting green and plenty of seating. The home is close to the airport, which is exposed to airplane noise.

Met all our needs at every level. Convenient to airport, downtown and shopping. Backyard has so many great gathering places, plus all the greenery made for great photo backdrops.
Children had so much fun swimming and trying to learn to golf they never wanted to leave.

Exceptional home, centrally located near shops, 10 mins away from the Agua Caliente Casino, 5 mins away from grocery stores, restaurants 10 mins away. Stunning home with amazing backyard, pool was the best. BBQ area with everything you need for a weekend getaway. I sincerely hope new renters take care of this place, it is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, master en suite is pretty cool with backyard access. Guest bathroom is spacious as well. Highly recommend this spot for your next family getaway into Palm Springs, and please adhere to all local rules and laws, keep Palm Springs beautiful.

We go on an annual trip to Palm Springs and needed to find a new place. We couldn't have picked a better one. When we go we are looking towards being outside, and this backyard was awesome. Can't wait to go back next year.

The house met our expectations while we played in a National baseball tournament (lost in the Championship). Neighborhood was clean and peaceful. Gunner (Property Manager) was help and responsive.. The spa helped our aching old bodies during our stay.

The pool, hot tub and grilling area were perfect for our group. The property description was accurate. A few items could have been better. We had seven guests but only 6 towels. The ceiling fans had dust on them so we did not run them. Scuffs on the walls could use some touch up paint. The hood over the stove was tacky from grease. There were a few roaches in the main bathroom and dining room when we first arrived. We did not see any after the first day. A general, thorough cleaning would make a big difference.

Back yard/pool area were really nice. Area was large with a number of amenities though some work is needed. Instructions on pool/SPA were somewhat confusing.
Gazebo area covering needs replacement since it's all torn and the lights were not working.
The back sliding door is almost impossible to open, needs new rollers or something.
There were a few cockroaches running around the house.
Some of the window coverings do not work properly, they won't stay up.
The ice maker was broken but my son was able to fix it.
Bed, sheets and towels were very good.
Carpets in bedrooms need a serious cleaning, many stains and dirty.
Bathrooms and kitchen were clean.
House is close to airport with a number of commercial noisy flights taking off regularly starting at 6 am.
There are limits on toilet paper so you may want to bring some extra.

Beautiful backyard in a quiet neighborhood..but Upon arrival the house smelled terrible the countertops were dusty. We found 4 dead roaches inside the house and roaches appeared in the house during our entire stay. The outside bbq grill and island was extremely dirty. We had to clean the house ourselves which is horrible when a high cleaning fee is attached to your stay and a high deposit. We made the best of it since we were already there.

We had a wonderful time at this Palm Springs home for our family getaway. The house was great and the backyard was amazing. The photos don't do the backyard justice. Plenty of space and hang out/relax areas. We loved the pool the best! It was large enough for our group of 8. We loved the baja shelf and that it was also deep on the other end. The spa was also nice and spacious. The mountain views were beautiful. The owners were also responsive to our questions/concerns. I will advise any renter to really pay attention to the Palm Springs noise ordinance. Not being able to play music outdoors was our only bummer for the weekend. As another renter pointed out in their review, the "rules" were a bit imposing, but manageable. The sliding door that leads out to backyard could use some maintenance and the carpets could use a cleaning, but otherwise the house was in good condition and everything was clean and ready for us.

The house was great, exactly what I expected from the photos and description. Owner was very responsive. The outdoor area was fantastic and we had terrific weather all week long! The kids (and adults) really enjoyed the pool and hot tub!
