Our family stayed at this condo for our summer vacation. We loved the vacation vibe of ocean isle. The restaurants were good, summer treats did not disappoint and the mini golf was great to have in the town center.
The condo has great access to everything. Walking to the pointe was easy and beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. The bathrooms were nice and updated! The 2nd floor was so nice to have. It felt like a little escape with its own balcony! Pool was great!
Communication was easy and quick. No issues during our stay. We would come back!

We took my parents to OIB to thank them for helping us move to NC a little over a year ago, as they'd never been to an east coast beach.
As my step dad is older and not super mobile, we were specifically looking for a rental that had an ovean view, covered patio. He sat out there most of the week and loved it!
Martie's rental was clean, ready to go, and easy to access. Check in was easy and the keypad door lock is especially convenient so you don't have to worry about losing house keys in the sand.
My 3 year old, who is going through an anti bathing thing was so mesmerized by the removable shower head upstairs that he actually ASKED to take a shower every day!
The layout is great and provides a ton of privacy between bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked, and the separate AC controls upstairs and downstairs kept everyone very comfortable.
Martie was so warm and responsive and answered all our questions promptly. Plenty of parking too.
Would certainly stay here again!

We were very happy with the property. Bathrooms appear to be recently updated, very nice kitchen with granite countertops, everything in working order. Great communication with the owner. Owner got back to us immediately if we had a question. And of course, the location is perfect. Would definitely want to stay here again.

The condo was exceptionally clean. Very quiet end of the building, very well stocked with kitchen equipment, beds were very comfy and furnishing were clean and up to date. Everything worked as it should and the bathrooms were beautiful with brand new showers. Martie was very easy to reach and nice to chat with. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room. We had great stay with beautiful views! Hope to be back again next year.

Had trouble getting in condo, very dark area and extremely poor lighting, even at 3:00 P.M. The condo's furniture cushions were very dirty, as were the bed linens(comforters, mattress pads). The pillows had a terrible odor and bloody spots on it.
We called owner re: cockroches, advised to use spray under sink. There is definitely an infestation going on on the balcony. My husband killed at least 6 every night we were there. Many more got away. They were 1/2" to 2" long. Very disgusting. Only did find 2 in the condo. Plus side- huge pool, but NO umbrellas, furniture needs to be cleaned/replaced. Loved elevator. Loved being able to see and hear the waves.

This condo is ideally located oceanfront on the west end. The property was very clean and nicely appointed. We had great communication with the owner who was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Having an elevator and carts available for moving in and out was very helpful.

We love staying at Windjammer on Ocean Isle Beach, and this unit is a excellent one. Not right over the beach access, so was quiet and we enjoyed the balconies on both floors. Martie, the owner, was easy to reach beforehand. We also used the storage closet off the parking area and put our beach stuff there. Love the pool!

This place is perfect in every way! Martie is an excellent host!! The condo was perfect. My family has not been on a vacation together in 10 years or more. We had a wonderful time. We had no issues with the condo or with Martie. It was perfect! We will be coming back next year! Ocean Isle is a beautiful place.

Wonderful family trip full of all the beach fun as well as sightings of turtles hatchings and dolphins. Had a magical family trip. Condo was clean and had great easy to follow instructions. I only wish I could join the condo owner on their travels (great pics!). Would stay again.

First Timer
This was my first experience with a VRBO property and my first time visiting Ocean Isle. Both were wonderful! Martie’s property was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with photographs of her travels. Martie was a gracious and responsive host whenever we had a question. The location was perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the balconies when we weren’t on the beach. I would recommend this property to a family with older children and married couples who want to share a vacation while also enjoying some space of their own.

Wonderful Trip!
We had a wonderful and much needed trip to OIB, and I am so glad I decided on Martie’s place. She was wonderful to work with and was always very responsive and understanding given my concerns with CoVid 19. The property was just perfect for what we needed and in a great location at OIB. We plan to return and hope to stay again at Martie’s place.

We just came back from the stay in Martie's condo. Absolutely loved it. Very clean and beautiful place in an excellent location. Everything was very convenient and it was easy to keep the sand out of the condo (usually a problem being so close to the beach). Our only regret was not having booked a longer stay! We would love to come back. Martie was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. 5+ stars!!

Great property and location. Communication with Martie couldn't have been better. Easy check in and check out. Wildlife everywhere. We saw dolphins, tons of pelicans and there is a family of foxes that live in the dunes right outside the condo. I would not hesitate to return.

I have enjoyed this property so much that this is the second time I have stayed. The property owner is very kind and quick to respond to any questions/request. It offers privacy within the condo with a master suite upstairs. Plenty of room and awesome ocean views! Highly recommend this property

Very Nice
Very different from the busyness of Myrtle. Nice beach town. Very fun place. I highly recommend staying away from the Isles restaurant that is within walking distance. That was the only negative i could mention

Perfect getaway!
We had a wonderful time during our stay at “Seas the Day”! The location was just perfect! We loved being right on the beach and the pool was never crowded. The condo was much bigger than we originally thought, which was a lovely surprise. I also really loved how separate all the rooms were from the living area - we could easily put the kids down and still enjoy ourselves with laughs and games in the living room without worrying about waking them. Martie was a JOY to work with! She made sure we were informed during the entire process, especially with slight changes to rules because of COVID. We will DEFINITELY be staying again!

This condo was amazing. The view is simply breathtaking. The condo itself was very clean and spacious. The upstairs is very private. We slept with the balcony doors opened (no sound machine needed). I would highly recommend this condo to anyone but especially those couples with older children that want a family vacation but still have some private time together. The owner was wonderful to deal with. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Beautiful week at Ocean Isle
Our family vacationed at Ocean Isle this week and had the time of our lives. The condo was the perfect size for us and the oceanfront views were spectacular. Martie was very responsive to our needs throughout the week and was extremely helpful from reservation to checkout. We just loved it !
