A stay at 605 Monroe is an exceptional experience in a luxury and idyllic location. Settled just across the street from beautiful South Beach and the Kid's Corner Park, this luxury vacation rental in Michigan boasts views over sandy stretches of shoreline and the iconic South Haven Lighthouse.
A covered front porch greets guests as they make their way through the front door into the welcoming entryway. New beautiful wood floors keep this home elegant and comfortable. The main living space of the first floor is designed as an open-concept floor plan allowing the living room to blend seamlessly into the kitchen. Guests will enjoy plush furnishings around a large fireplace. Indulge in an enhanced vantage point on the lake from the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows providing breathtaking views of the water.
The kitchen comes complete with top-of-the-line appliances making serving up something savory a treat. Surrounded by chairs, this island makes the perfect seating addition to the six-person dining room table located just on the other side of the kitchen wall. An array of modern lighting fixtures and strategic wall cutouts keep the main floor a social place to spend time with family and friends no matter where you choose to lounge, converse or cook.
The main floor will offer a large bedroom with a King mattress and en-suite full bathroom for those who prefer lower-level accommodations. Additionally, guests will enjoy the convenience of an in-home elevator allowing for easy access between floors (this will require advance notice of 7-10 days at minimum). The second level of the home is designed with four bedroom en-suites with four full bathrooms. The second-floor master bedroom invites guests to pamper themselves by making the most of an expansive tub and open shower.
The basement of this beautiful luxury vacation rental in Michigan includes a game room where the fun promises to be non-stop. Guests will take advantage of the pool table as well as a large, comfortable nearby seating area with a 75" TV. Those guests who are traveling as a large group will find the basement provides ample additional sleeping space with two sets of bunk beds. When you're ready to celebrate vacation in style, the basement also hosts a wet bar for sipping something savory.
