Lodging not worth the overpricing.

Breakfast was decent. Location was very good; close to downtown, beach, shopping, restaurants.

Room carpet was dirty, curtains shabby, decor outdated and cooling/heat system was loud. Elevator floor was dirty.

Stay was OK but marred by lack of adequate breakfast foods and mildew smell of room.

Breakfast ran out of cheese omlettes and sausage patties. I was informed that the "breakfast lady" left early. Given that hotel was full the night before, staff should have anticipated need for enough food.

Close but no cigar!

Great location from the highway and downtown South Haven.

The breakfast was lacking. Rotting fruit. Powdered eggs.

Superb

The beds were very comfortable, the room spacious, and the breakfast was the best we've had in a hotel.

Hated the barn door on the bathroom. The bathroom and door needed some attention.

The staff was so friendly. The room was nice, clean and big. This room had the most comfortable bed of any hotel I have stayed in.

Superb

We loved everything about the room. The jacuzzi was lovely, the room was clean, we didn't eat breakfast or use the pool but I'm sure both would've been great as well.

The pillows were not very comfortable. More firm pillows would be of help.

our suit had lots of room and the bed was comfortable.

The upgrades done there were very nice!

The breakfast ok as far as hotel breakfasts go.

Well, one of the pillow had something gross on the pillow case.

Very nice breakfast, and I forgot my razor and front desk gave me one for free!

No working fan in bathroom, and a sliding barn door covers it. So, everyone can hear everything and it fogs the mirrors when you shower. Bed was firm, went to chiropractor the next day. Also, the room was connected with a door leading to my neighbors room, so it felt like at anytime someone would try to come in, there's stopper so it can only open 2" but I don't want anyone to have the ability to open my room, kinda weird.

Disappointing

The location was great very close to everything. And the breakfast was also very good.

The soda we bought from the vending machine was over a year expired and the front desk staff was extremely rude to us when we approached them with questions.

Everyone was friendly and it was a good location for going to and from Grand Haven.

The breakfast had a good assortment of food. It was available early which is good for me. The person preparing the breakfrast was friendly and welcoming.

I thought everything was fine. Just what I expected for breakfast.

Would definitely stay again

It was a great location. The room was nice and comfortable. The full size shower soaps were a cool idea. Breakfast was great!

Only 2 things, the shower itself was very small. The tub was angled awkward which made it difficult to stand in. And there was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom that was just a little sketchy. I mean it could of had a cover on it atleast.

Facilities need to be updated. Place is old and worn.

Furniture needs to be updated. Breakfast buffet average. Need more soundproofing between rooms. Clearly hear conversations in the next door rooms.

our air in our room didn’t work for the first night, ants in the room, elevator didn’t work, guest laundry dryer out of service, barely any of the channels worked on the tv, hair in breakfast food

Exceptional

The breakfast was delicious. There was plenty of food and lots of options. The hotel staff was wonderful and friendly. This hotel was close to everything, the beach, convenient stores and even Walmart. I highly recommend it.
