Breakfast was good

Breakfast was good and overall facilities were ok.

I had a handicap accessible room. Bed was too tall to get into without a lot of difficulty. Could have used some type of easy chair to sit in. Why are the handicapp accessible rooms so far from the elevators? I have mobility issues but try to manuvere on my own without walker, etc. It was a very long walk from elevator to room. Also, my 14 year old grandson was injured while in pool. The ladder was loose and his foot was injured by the bolt and his knee was twisted. He has been to doctor once and is returning today to check out his ACL injury. I told the front clerk who did nothing but give us a bandaid after I insisted some assistance.

Great dog walking area. The town loves dogs.

The parking isn't great if you have a uhaul trailer and come in late. I got there early, but after 7 I would have been screwed.

The breakfast was great, the room was very spacious and cleaner than other holiday inns

The hot tub looked like it could use a clean and the jets are insane.

Relocation trip

The beds and the continental breakfast are the best.

The night clerk was out side and when she came in she was still talking or playing with snap chat on her phone as she was checking us in. Not very professional in our opinion. She was nice, but when we needed to ask where we could get ice, we had to go outside to find her again, due to the ice machines were all not working except on the 4th floor.

Nice Stay

The room and everything was very clean and comfortable. Great hotel with lots of space.

Check in did take awhile and wish there were a few more options at breakfast. Not much I didn’t like.

Good Stay

beds were very comfortable

I think that housekeeping staff should wait to get their breakfast until guests are finished. we watched the housekeeping staff get their breakfast while guest were getting theirs one guest had to wait for coffee due to staff filled their coffee. I don’t mind if they eat but they should wait until paying guests are finished eating. just stayed at another Holiday Inn and did not have this issue.

A nice quiet place to stop over on a cross country move. Toddler, dog, and cat approved.

Loved that the location is both dog and cat friendly. No need to smuggle a cat in as a small dog with a weird cough. The room layout was very spacious and well lit. Toddler thought it was the perfect "dancing stage". Apologies to anyone below us. There were several levels of light adjustments that made moving around easier when everyone was still sleeping. Lots of spacious parking and a well lit parking lot.

The bathroom could use a bar designated for handsoap. There was lotion and a deodorant bar, but washing hands required getting some shower gel from the shower/tub. The curb didn't have many ramps, making luggage and trolly moving a bit of a hassle. Also a surprising lack of mats at the other exterior leading doors. The tiled floor looks modernly fancy, but become super slick when it's raining. The senior dog companion had difficulty keeping balance and traction until she hit carpet.

Good hotel for an overnight stay

Good breakfast Always love their mattresses and linens Wonderful showers with excellent hot water, water pressure and nice grohe faucets Like the roomy and well lit stand up shower rather than the usual tub/shower combos

Our reservation thru booking.com was not there. No one could find it and we had to call booking.com. While standing at the front desk. They had to cancel the reservation and refund my credit card (hopefully) and the hotel had to give us an entire new reservation. The hotel claimed this was a problem due to booking.com, but I have never had an issue with them before. Suspect it was actually a problem with the hotel software, but who knows? Ashley, at the desk, did a great job of helping us resolve the situation!

There were dog treats in a little jar at the front desk! My pug was very happy about that. Also, I love the Watkins shower gel & hair products in the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious
