Clean, quiet and friendly!

We really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was. We asked about a place to eat and the clerk who checked us in not only shared some suggestions, but gave us a page with those suggestions highlighted and others to choose from. And the restaurant she most recommended, Mixteca Grill, was excellent! Thank you!

Relaxing Stay

Spacious room, making it easier for mom to get around with her limited mobility. Tub with handlebars and pull down shower head. Rooms were clean and smelled clean. Towels and amenities were fully stocked. AC worked great, and the beds were comfy.

The pillows were either too soft or too hard/flat for my liking, and stacking didn't work/help.

Disappointing

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very clean and staff was nice.

The bed was like sleeping on a rock! I woke up all throughout the night aching. It was overpriced for being somewhere we weren't comfortable.

Beds were too firm for our liking. Did not care for the taste of the scrambled eggs.

The Beds at The Hampton Inn are so great! When I book a Hampton stay, I know I will get quality rest

The location was 45 minutes from my job site. The commute was worth it, to sleep in the comfort of a Hampton Bed. The Hampton Inn is very consistent with their facilities. They are the best! That's why, when I travel. I look for a Hampton Inn. I have stayed in Arkansas, Alabama and now Kansas. They are all consistent in catering to their guests. I'll be back.

Elevator lobbies need a big trash can. Because I do not mind taking out my trash.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a list of local dining with addresses, phone numbers and if they delivered to hotel. Was extremely helpful after being on road for 10 hours.

We lol for Hampton Inns wherever we travel!

Had a room with 2 queen beds, microwave and mini frig. Really handy and comfortable after a long day traveling. Very clean and comfortable!

Nice choices for breakfast. Would have been nice if the tables could have been sanitized between guests.

Our tv wasn’t working so the sweet attendant gave us another room that was very nice… had to watch the football game!

There was substantial noise in the floor, there were people *running around* and being loud, was awaken twice. Next morning I felt tired
