Exactly what we needed!

The instructions were detailed and very helpful, we knew exactly where to go and what to do. The communication was prompt and if we needed anything extra it would've been easy to request The kitchen has all you need to have you meals in. The apartment is located on 2nd floor. We attended an event in Telford (www.jw.org) so it was perfect distance to the International Centre in town (8min drive) no traffic so very happy about the location. Close to supermarkets/petrol stations and a cute town called Ironbridge. Every window in the flat looks out on greenery and the little balcony is super sweet (would love a little chair/table there for morning coffee, but it did rain + we were out most of the days). The apartment was clean and cozy and we would definitely come back if we were coming to Telford again. The neighbours seem nice and it's a very quiet block of flats. Thanks!

There could've been more loo roll/cleaning products left in the cupboard just in case but not a big deal

Fantastic for a 2 week stay

We were provided with another accommodation, due to maintenance. The new apartment was in the perfect location. Had supermarket directly below the apartment The apartment was roomy and so glad we chose this as we were there for 2 weeks Had our own parking spot in a busy shopping car park Highly recommended this apartment…apart from the flights of stairs

I wish I hadn't booked and wasn't given the opportunity of a refund when my booking was moved

My booking was moved to Sapphire House. The car park was good. The facilities were good.

The flat was dirty. There was spots of grease on the tiles behind the induction hob, the floor made my feet dirty when I walked on it. There was a terrible smell in the flat of strong cooking. The bed was so bouncy it was like sleeping on a trampoline. The cutlery was not clean. There was a buzzing noise in the bedroom coming from somewhere in the ceiling which kept me awake at night.

The instructions from the agent were brilliant. Was as described and what we needed and wanted that was really well priced.

I would have to be super critical if I had to find something I didnt like.

Nice place but needs some small improvements.

lovely location in a quiet leafy and safe location. apartment clean and modern with light and airy rooms.

The bed in the smaller room is a cheap and nasty metal framed bed with a cheap mattress. It freaked when we moved and was uncomfortable. We aren’t a fat couple! the saucepans were scratched and the lids didn’t match. need replacing. wooden spatulas split. awkward bath to get into. needs handrail. nasty cheap iron and poor tabletop ironing board.

Needs replacement beds and attention to kitchen ware cleanliness - then would be great!

The apartment was well laid out for our party of two couples to socialise. Location was very quiet.

Beds were very uncomfortable particularly the 2nd bedroom, the bed creaked badly and sloped into the middle. We noticed since this has been reported in other feedback. We wouldn't want to stay again if the bed is not changed. We also were very disappointed that the oven trays were very dirty and also some of the breakfast bowls had been washed badly such that there was food residue left on some bowls. We had to wash any crockery and the one oven tray that we used...

Sleepless nights - TIRED!

Swift response from property/management team with regards delivering toilet rolls/bleach/washing up liquid/tea towel/ additional towels & bedding to allow for changeover mid-stay.

This property is advertised as a two bedroom - due to the condition/quality of the bed bases & mattresses in both bedrooms, a mattress had to be removed from 2nd bedroom to double up mattress in main bedroom to allow an only just bearable nights sleep (mattress 3" thick). Bed frame in 2nd bedroom damaged & creaked and groaned with every turn - requires replacing. Messaged with regards not one sharp knife in property - no response, had to go and buy a knife for food preparation at own cost. Front door to property rattled at all times of day/night whenever apartment the block main door was opened.

Mixed feelings!

My mum really loved the inspiration messages scattered around the place, and i love the colours and the decor. It also smelled very clean the whole time we were there.

Difficult to find at first, satnav was confused and the directions from the owners didn’t include any maps which they should have. The key box was very stiff, i felt like i was gonna break it just to get to the code. The keys were unmarked so it took us a good 2 minutes to get into the building. The guidelines said no smoking anywhere inside or near the building, but we arrived to a cigarette butt on the balcony floor. Some lights were flickering, some not working. You cannot sleep in the bed of the master bedroom as it creaks at the slightest move, plus extremely uncomfortable, so i wouldn’t recommend more than two people staying here, as i had to sleep in my mum’s bed. The balcony was dirty, i have no idea why we had to pay cleaning fee if they couldn’t even clean it before we arrived. The toilet roll holder was falling off, the toilet window sill was mouldy, the bathroom cupboard was rusty, and 2 of the cheapest toilet rolls provided for 2 people staying there for 4 days, we ended up using the paper towels in the end. And the hosts, not sure… we felt pressured about the fact that they stated they were in the building, and the apartment next to ours had a camera that was always on… as if someone was watching us, seeing our every step, and could go to our apartment whenever we were out. A bit uncomfortable.

Nice stay in modern apartment in secluded area.

The apartment had a spacious lounge area, with well equipped kitchen. Sizeable bedrooms. Nice balcony. I liked the secluded quiet location and the ease of parking.

The covers on the sofas could do with being unzipped, taken off and laundered once in a while. Some very heavy staining on them.

Super!

Very spacious and comfortable, with parking, on a housing development in a very nice area. Apartment was spotlessly clean. I also liked having the veranda. Lovely quiet apartment that I have no hesitation in recommending. There is also a Tesco a short drive away. Many thanks to the host for a wonderful stay!
