The combination of location, convenience and luxury is hard to Match. We're located IN Carlsbad Village. The location is true perfection with so many awesome restaurants and shops. 1 block from the beach posted in the pictures, which is where both the upper and lower beach boardwalks begin and there's a nice access ramp, beach bathrooms and also a manned lifeguard tower in the summer months.

Newly constructed and furnished, this is one of the nicest condos in Carlsbad and consistent with a 5 star luxury hotel with 3000 square feet, a gourmet kitchen, 4 large bedrooms, a secure private 2 car garage and an ocean view master with an incredible roof deck that looks to the beautiful pacific ocean and Carlsbad Village. No need to drive...walk everywhere as it's close enough to come and go from the beach and Village all day when you want to do your own thing or in a group.

The Master suite is close to 800 square feet with a large walk in closet, faces west to the ocean with a wonderful breeze and a little peek view of the ocean. Plush master bath with bathtub/whirlpool and separate tile/glass shower, His & her sinks, separate makeup counter and a private toilet with door. The master deck has a spiral staircase to the private 12 x 12 roof/sun deck with a peek ocean and Village views.

We built these condos ourselves with special attention to detail, luxury and total comfort! With 3,000 square feet to stretch out and completely relax ~ We can't wait for you to stay with us...it's an amazing place that our guests keep coming back to year after year!

We were very comfortable and so happy with condo. It is well maintained and very clean. The location is fantastic and the area was very quiet especially for being in the heart of the village. We had everything we needed and Kimmy was so great to work with. Can’t wait to stay again!

This condo had everything our family of eight needed. Lots of beach toys, beach towels, wagon, umbrellas. The kitchen was well stocked, and the host did not skimp on paper towels, toilet paper, etc. It was very roomy and the king size beds were very comfortable. It was quiet, but very close to the beach and also downtown. We walked everywhere, which we loved. We’ve already made a reservation for next year!

The property was so perfect for our gathering! There was plenty of room in the spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Everything was so clean and comfy. The hostess was welcoming in her communication with me before and during our stay. She was easy to contact and wanted everything to be perfect for us. Laundry detergent, bathroom soap and paper products were supplied as well as many misc dishes, pots and pans and kitchen utensils. It was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops.

Wonderful condo - roomy and well maintained. Host was easy to communicate with. Loved all the amenities, and easy walking to State Street with so many restaurants (and Handel's ice cream!). Would absolutely stay there again.

The perfect place for a girls trip. Walking distance to all of the shops/restaurants in the village & the beach. Parking garage is a huge plus. The place was very spacious & clean. Kimmy was a great host! 10/10 recommend.

This property was absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was well stocked, immaculate, and well situated. Close to beach and Carlsbad Village with its cute shops. Large living room where family could gather. Owner was very prompt to answer any questions. Can’t wait to return.

We loved this property. It is very spacious in the main dining room/kitchen and accommodating. The garage fits two SUVs very easy and they offered a bunch of useful beach gear like chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards. Checking in with Kimmy was super easy and she was helpful, even when I had a simple question at 10p. She responded very quickly and was accommodating. A true 5star rating IMO. Thanks Kimmy!!

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. The kitchen/living area could not have been better. Big table for meals and playing cards, etc. Should give a warning for those who need to know, there are stairs, steps. The bedroom on first floor worked grat for my brother who cannot do steps. Beautiful lodging. Everyone loved it!

We really enjoyed staying here! Great location to walk to restaurants and the beach just 3 blocks away. Easy to get in and out of the garage. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, beach toys for the kids. Perfect set up for entertaining and cooking in the main level of the house. It really is a beautiful, well-laid out place. All rooms had king-sized beds which was really a treat for all! We're from Seattle so my only recommendation would be a new coffee maker or Keurig machine but this was a minor thing as Starbucks is only a few blocks away.

Plenty of room for large group (we had 6, but room for 8 or more depending on ages). Nice touches like beach equipment in garage and gates across stairs if needed for young children. Walk to beach, stores, restaurants. The family wants to come back and stay in rhe same place.

We stayed here with our young two girls. There was lots of room to play, and they have baby gates, a few toys, games and puzzles so don’t pack any toys. Location was perfect, AC was nice and cool. Place was clean. Very large house. We definitely felt safe here. We will be back!

In all of “Carlsbad” Park your car and walk to town. Very upscale “condo” my girl friend kept saying “I like this house!” Haha cause it feel like a big house! Very well maintained and stocked with all thee essentials!! Clean, very clean! Beautiful place will be back in June and until I find my own place here in Carlsbad !!

We had a fun family get-together for my brother’s birthday. The house is set-up well - it even has baby gates built in if you needed them. The kitchen has cooking utensils and pots and pans. There are areas to play games and to sit and visit. It is close enough to walk to town (with lots of eating places close by) or to walk to the beach. There was a bedroom with en-suite on main floor that was excellent for our mom. (The only drawback was no grab bars near the tub.) Overall, the house was an excellent location for our family get-together.

Great room allowed us to host multiple family members who were also in town for a wedding. You don’t need a car ince you arrive as everything you need is within walking distance. We had 4 couples so 4 bedroom arrangement worked. Pull out sofa would work for 2 more time if needed. Loved that paper and cleaning products and basic pantry spices all available. There are plenty to beach towels and chairs. We have used vrbo and airbnb multiple times both in US and international and rate this property in top 3!

This has to be the best location for a vacation rental in Carlsbad. Easy access to the beach and also to many great restaurants in the Carlsbad Village. The condo is luxurious, comfortable, spacious and on a quiet street. The roomy 2-car garage was an added bonus. Can’t wait to return!
