There wasn’t a full oven and there wasn’t any information regarding the microwave. There’s either mice or possums in the roof space

Location is fab, as is the sense of being in an 'old cottage'
We've stayed before and really liked it, but suggest a few improvements- a) the front door was fixed so it closes more easily, b) tv is upgraded to get all stations, c) bathroom floor is improved (perhaps lino?)

Location
Bed was too small and a little uncomfortable.

Lovely little beach cottage handy to everything.
It was tastefully renovated and furnished.
Had everything you needed for a self contained stay.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

Cozy Cottage feel.
Quiet area.
Location and close proximity to Beach and Jetty.
Large backyard and great parking.
Cost per night is very steep for a 2 bedroom small cottage. Single beds do not fit adults. Short childrens beds. Concrete bathroom floor.
10.0
Great cooking facilities, and great location.
Everything was terrific except for the last night, as there were very noisy neighbours that night, and since the house is uninsulated and with single glaze windows, it was hard to sleep.
9.0
location, proximity to beach and comfort of the house. very well equipped
absence of Wi-Fi…. critical for international travellers

The cottage is cute, clean and well appointed, although tiny is comfortable and makes good use of the lovely outdoor spaces. Great location opposite a lovely park and short walk to the ocean front. Short drive to town and all amenities.
No complaints about the cottage, although I think a bathroom heater would be an essential addition in winter. We really enjoyed our stay, but I do feel the daily rate is quite excessive for the property and would be the only thing preventing me from returning for a longer visit.
9.0
Ability to contact host if I needed help

Great location adjacent to a park, within 2 minutes walk from the beach & 15 minutes to town/jetty. All facilities available, including, cooking, washing & ironing. Excellent choice for couple or small family.
Automatic lawn sprinkler system seemed to operate for too long, in excess of 24 hours continuously. Not necessary in current climate.
8.0
Good facilities and 2 toilets
Good location
One website advertises spa bath, which property does not have
Small bar fridge in kitchen was open when arrived

The property was very well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay.
The sprinklers came on at 6am each morning which woke us up. Only downside to the property is that it didn't have a dishwasher or undercover parking.
10.0
the location was great because it was on a quiet street, opposite the oval and within easy walking distance to the beach. You can walk all along the beach into town.
Plus the house is set on a very large block where you can sit either on the front porch or out the back.
We liked everything. There was nothing to dislike.
7.0
Location. Cleanliness
Communications by the property manager were more "demanding" than welcoming. The list of rules and requirements repeatedly sent were annoying and bordering on rude. Rather than making us feel welcome, we were made to feel like our activities were being monitored and any issues would be severely dealt with. They may well have had bad experiences with other people in the past, but that doesn't mean they should treat all customers like they are going to do something wrong.

I think it needs more comfort mattress on the double bed.

A fresh modern update to a traditional home. Excellent if you want to be self contained.
The booking process was overly complicated.

the property was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed for our short stay. we really enjoyed our Saturday morning coffee on the front veranda watching the kids play footy. we used the reverse cycle to warm the house in the morning and in the evening it probably took about 30 mins before we needed to turn it off. It would be terrific for families over the summer it has a huge back garden and is a short walk across the oval to the beach. However it may be too far for the kids to walk into town it’s just over 1km. We walked into town a few times. It also has a washing machine and a large family sized fridge in the laundry
We hoped to extend our stay after booking so my husband called and was advised he would have to book via booking.com no problem except it was a $100 more expensive so we went elsewhere. A bit disappointing especially as the txt we received after leaving stated to book directly with them.

Loved the location and the living space was just enough for us and our babies. Nice big bedrooms and comfortable beds.
The online check in instructions a pretty unclear and thats coming from a generation bought up on technology. The site also didn't direct me properly to the code for the lock box.

The lounge chairs were both very uncomfortable and the two cushions were dirty on the backs - very offputting!
It wasn’t a space conducive to relaxation! Thankfully the bed was comfortable.
