Refurbished and clean.
Massive gap under the door to my room

Nice staff, close to walk to town and beach. A lovely heritage building, so it does show its age but it was comfortable and quiet for a place at capacity.
Needs some maintenance but any building that age does.

1 outa 4 showers work properly
The ground in the showers had brown slimy crap all along the grout
3 people staying ran out of milk within the first cup of coffee
No sink to wash hands or fill the kettle and no jug of water

I ended up with flu like symptoms once I stayed and I was 1000% fine before staying

Old fashioned, clean, excellent value for money. Not “flashy” but very clean and comfortable. Excellent value

Old in desperate need of some updates.
Felt uncomfortable being in the property. There seemed to be a lot of people who maybe lived there long term, rooms and bathrooms are very rundown, taps squealed when you turned them on and the doors to the toilets creaked, other people staying there didn’t seem to respect the fact it was early morning (4:42am) talking loudly and stamping up and down corridors to the noisy bathrooms.

It was situated near to foreshore
A few things, the entrance area was not welcoming, scruffy and in need of painting. Reception was fair and the lady who greeted us was helpful.
Our room 23, well where do I begin….strange set up, bathroom looked new and was clean , the other areas were dark so we had the lights on during the stay as opening the blinds would have meant we would be in full view of anyone and everyone walking past. The wooden bed frame was broken and the mattress was certainly not meant for the frame, it made such an awful noise that we decided to use the single bed which luckily we had!,
Resulting in two nights of disturbed sleep….. not an experience I would wish to repeat.
The sad part about it Ithaca manor could be something really special if money was spent on it.

The location was perfect. It was only 3 minutes away from the town and beach. When we visited, there was a carnival where my family and I enjoyed so much, and we loved seeing the new Busselton now as there's the new big playgrounds and other things to enjoy just to be in the town. We really enjoyed our stay in Busselton even if it's only for a night.
My family and I were also amazed by the accommodation. It was one of the best accommodations we've been for a cheaper price. The beds were comfy. My kids slept well through the night. 🙌
The staff, Simone, was very lovely and helpful as well. She gave us suggestions and other options if we wanted to stay longer in Busselton. Their place was really clean and organised. Whenever we open our room, it always smelt nice and cozy. 💕
I love everything in our accommodation, but it's just that our children can be really noisy. I felt that the walls were thin, I can hear them down the hallway if they're playing loud, but thankfully, other guests didn't mind the noise.

It’s was big and there was a cool games room!
Nothing really they should keep up with the toliet paper or have storage where you can get the paper from

Location
It’s clear the owner loves there with their teenage children who did not stop arguing.
The room needs more cleaning, dirty walls and cobwebs

Lovely apartment, beautiful quaint building. Very close to town centre.
Nothing much.

The age of it
Couldn’t go upstairs to the lookout

Beautiful gardens and building exterior. They are yet to fix the inside up....
Felt like Faulty Towers - no one at Reception, phones ringing, people arriving and waiting for service. Eventually someone turned up - it was her first day - didn't even know where rooms were.
Deodorisers on in rooms to mask smell. Bathrooms very basic so if you aren't in to communal basic share facilities... Kitchen area a bit dodgy.

Clean room, had everything we needed eg plenty of towels. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The complimentary milk wasn't topped up from one day to the next in the dining room so we went without a cuppa.

The comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in! And a great location, close to town and beach.
It’s outdated (carpets and tiles/bathroom), and has a very musty smell. You can hear absolutely everything in rooms etc because the walls are so thin and there are gaps in the doors. It’s a shame there was no sink anywhere as it made it difficult to fill up water, and it would’ve been nice to have a kettle in the room. There was little cutlery, I couldn’t find a knife in my room or common area for days. Showers had very little power and were hard to get to the right temperature. Although appeared very clean, there was a lot of dust on windowsills and behind bed.

messy foyer outside our room. grounds dirty.

Check-in staff requested I meet conditions which were not stated when booked. I declined to meet the additional, imposed conditions and I did not stay.
Trying to impose conditions outside of written Booking.com requirements. I rebooked elsewhere at a much higher tarrif.

Fantastic location, even better staff! And I can't even say how comfortable the beds are, unlike any other I've stayed in hotels before!!! Glamorous and calm to the place I would have to stay to understand. Will always go back 😊
