About this house rental
This is a waterfront 3 bdrm 3 bath townhome located in Little Harbor Beach Community Resort in Tampa Bay. Our guests get access to all of our incredible amenities including Bahia Beach, Fitness Center, Sunset Bar & Grill, Hooks Bar & Grill, 250 foot pier, two pools, hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, playground, picnic area, shuffleboard, corn hole zone, dog friendly area, beach rentals (kayaks, paddle boards, chairs, umbrellas) and golf cart rentals. Fun community!

* There is a Big Lots, Winn Dixie and Publix within 10 mins or less from the home.
* This is a Three Story Townhome. First floor is the garage, second and third floor is the living area. This is why we have gorgeous water views from 4 balconies. No elevator.
* Regular Coffee Pot (bring filters/coffee/sugar/cream if needed)
* We provide two beach chairs. If you need more, South shore Watersports Rents Chairs and Umbrellas for $5 (all day use).
* There are two Marina's onsite for a boat slip and more information contact Little Harbor Marina in Ruskin and/or Antigua Cove in Little Harbor in Ruskin. search them up online.
* You can park your trailer and boat in carport, usually fits. If it does not fit you would need to park in the marina or right outside the community. Ask for details.
* You can rent Fishing Poles/Bucket and buy bait at the Marinas as well.
* How do I check in? I will contact you for your check in process and will give you the updated door code the day of your arrival.

Little Harbor is a nice complex, quiet (in Jan), well maintained, nice amenities. Unit - plenty of space. Patio table/chairs shown are in garage & all are rusting, living room furniture is worn & not real clean - no throw pillows as shown, dining room furniture is not what is shown, king bed creaky and not very firm, closets - no hangers in any bedrooms, no vacuum, mop or cleaning supplies, micro broken, small on on counter works - all in all this unit shows more wear than the pictures on VRBO.

The property manager was condensending when we called w/our concerns and admitted that she knew the furniture was extremely dirty, need replacing and that you sank down into the sofa. Floors were not cleaned. Fans had accumulated dirt that looked like worms when removed. Cookware needed replacing, which was, after we complained. Light bulbs were missing in the bathrooms. Sheets were threadbare. Toilet seat in master bath had to be replaced. Body imprint was left in the mattress...most uncomfortable ever.
Amenities left for us, the renters, were a joke...toilet tissue from Dollar Store and not even one pod for the dishwasher.
We had to purchase wine glasses.
This property and all that Carmen manages need to be removed from VRBO, until she gets her act together and she treats the renters w/ dignity.
This gives VRBO a bad name, especially
since this was my first VRBO experience.

It was perfect for our family. Now that our children are grown, they need their own space, so 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms are necessary. We liked the balconies & the view from the back of the townhouse. The fully stocked kitchen was nice even though we didn’t use it much. The location was great! It’s just a short drive to visit family in Sun City Center. Plus, it was just a short walk to the beach & restaurant. Our only complaint was that the beds were harder than we’re used to, so we didn’t sleep as well as we would have liked to sleep. Otherwise, the townhouse was comfortable and met all of our needs.

The property was well-maintained and is very much like the online photographs. It was very roomy to accommodate our small family with room to spare. The balconies were enjoyable and 3 bathrooms made it a snap for everyone to get ready to go out. The check in process was efficient however we had a bit of a mixup and did not get a welcome email the day of arrival with check in details. So we showed up as we said we would with no one there to greet us and didn’t know how to get in. However a quick text to the owner was responded to immediately and we were able to get in. Paper supplies were dropped off minutes later. The only negative for the home is that the towels supplied need to be updated and there was only one beach chair at the property and it was in poor shape. There are chairs available at the private beach for rent and we had no problems getting them. The private beach area was very convenient and only a short walk from the unit. If you’re looking for a great low-key getaway with family / friends this is it. If you’re looking for lots to do immediately surrounding the home be prepared to drive as most things are 20-30 minute drive away. And that’s exactly what we did and had an enjoyable and relaxing getaway.

The information states that there are bath towels, beach towels, some coffee and some toilet paper. There were not enough beach or bath towels for our party of six . No washcloths or hand towels. No coffee. No toilet paper. One bed did not have a pillow. (Carmen did not respond when I alerted her to this.) This required an additional trip to purchase these things. There was dog hair on the bed spreads. The living room television did not work. The condo was not ready at 4pm.
We did not let it ruin our stay, but it could have been better.

No coffee. No toilet paper. One bed did not have a pillow. (Carmen did not respond when I alerted her to this.) This required an additional trip to purchase these things. There was dog hair on the bed spreads. The living room television did not work. The condo was not ready at 4pm.
We did not let it ruin our stay, but it could have been better.

We had no issues what so ever, took advantage of the beach chairs and cooler in the garage (provided by the owners) before making our way to the private beach area, so very thought full! Kitchen was fully loaded plenty of dishes and utensils to cook for our family of 8, beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great! Owners were very helpful with any questions we had, provided AWESOME service and quick to respond! I would highly recommend this condo!!! Overall it was super clean, tasteful and very accommodating! Will definitely be where I stay anytime I come to Tampa area!

Memorial Day Family Get Away
Check in was easy. The condo was so welcoming. We immediately felt at home. We had a problem with the cable box but Carmen came right over and fixed it while we were out for dinner. The condo was clean and accommodating. We had ample space for our family of 7. It is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The only thing I would mention is that are several stairs to enter into the property which was a challenge for my 82 year old mother. However she was happy the entire visit. Thanks again Carmen for sharing your property.

Family getaway
Overall the property was nice just a few issues. The cable in the family room never worked. When I reported the issue to the property manager she provided some troubleshooting tips but the issue was never resolved or addressed any further even after requesting someone come correct the problem. There were a few issues with water bugs also. The neighborhood was quiet which was a plus.

Perfect vacation rental!
Just returned from a week at this beautiful retreat. Little Harbour has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Restaurants, the beach, and nightly entertainment are a quick walk down the street. The condo itself was beautiful, comfortable and just perfect! Can't wait to return!

Great place to vacation!Nice townhouse very clean and beautiful views from the each of the 4 decks!Saw manatees from our deck and dolphins in the bay !Lots of activities for my grandkids who came to visit and a very safe place for them to walk around.Short walk to the nice private beach and two restaurants with delicious seafood and entertainment every night ,wonderful place to watch the sunset!We really enjoyed our month there !

Cute cozy home
I am very satisfied and pleased because in true honesty it was a great weekend. The owners of the property are very welcoming and attentive. The home is in good shape and very cozy. The only thing I recommend the next guest is to take your own towels and pillows, the home has some but it wasn’t enough for my family. Besides that I had a wonderful weekend with my family!

Wonderful getaway!
Wonderful place to stay at. Everything is exactly as pictured. Very roomy, all the rooms are beautiful. The master bedroom is huge!! Beds super comfy. Great area. Will be staying here again in the near future.

Great Condo!
Very nice condo in a very nice resort community. Private beach is just down the road, along with a beach bar and restaurant. Surrounding area is quite lacking, really nothing to do or see once you leave the property. Unit itself - rooms were quite a bit larger than expected, with the Master Suite being GORGEOUS. Large room, large bed, large balcony nice for viewing the sunset over the bay. Comfortable living space, large enough for our party of 6 to eat together and hang out in the living room together. Table on main level balcony doesn't quite fit the space - hard to get 4 people around it, but other than that, really great space!

Loved the place. Convenient, quiet, clean, well stocked, beautiful interior. Loved the patios. Hope to visit and rent again next year as we will be back.
PS beautiful sunsets to be had at the beach every night and we rented the boat at the marina next door and went fishing.

The condo itself is newer and well maintained, and the immediate location is a nice property on the water. The downside is that the surrounding community is not great and lacks dinning options unless you drive 10+ minutes.
