Stunning property views of ocean from the bedroom and living room.
Spotless and elegant, really lovely place.
I thought the pictures on the booking.com are misleading as they are a combination of all the flats so our living room is not as spacious as the large one in the photos. You need to check which apartment you are in.

The appartement was very confortable and in a very good state. The whole place was very clean and well equiped. The privatye parking place in the residency was really helpful.

The view from the apartment is - IF YOU DELETE the ROUNDABOUT and the busy street - lovely. The apartment is modern and furnished in good quality.
Our Apartment (1A) was located in a VERY BUSY roundabout. Sometimes there were 10 - 15 cars in/next to the roundabout. The driving lane is only one small sidewalk away. The balcony is about 1.6 meters (!) above the level of the sidewalk. So you sit on the level of passing people and cars. Bus drivers and bus passengers look down on you . When you sit inside you get the feeling that buses and trucks are driving right at you through the balcony door. Even when you are inside the apartment you have to keep ALL windows closed , otherwise the stench/emissions/noise from the street are unbearable.
The terrace anounced in the description of the apartment does not exist. We have booked this apartment because there was announced free parking. The space assigned to us was so badly located that my husband had to reverse about 15 minutes with my instructions until we had parked the car. A daily entry and exit was out of the question. Otherwise we missed in the apartment many things that one expects in a holiday apartment. No salt or pepper, no vinegar or oil, no napkins, no place mats. Alltogehter it was not a pleasant stay at all.
Finally the behavior of the host was really strange.
More than 24 hours before our planned Check-out (4th of August) we received a message, reminding us that we had to leave the next day and giving us advise about what to do.
At that time we had already decided to leave one day earlier (3rd of August) because of the noise and the emissions from the trafic. I informed our host on 3rd of August that because of the noise we had allready left.
Although we just left (we did not claim any refund !!) she startet a discussion with me regarding the quality of the apartment and wrote us beside others the following sentence:
"Su comportamiento no es ni ha sido correcto, dejo la calefaccion puesta a 30 grados. ". She obviously complaint about our use (?) of aircondition and insists on having the heating (aircondition) on 30 degrees.

Very clean
Location on a busy roundabout makes the apartment so noisy we moved to another hotel after just one night. Buses, cars and motorbikes pass within a metre or two of the apartment so either you leave the windows closed or you get deafened.

Brilliant location and lovely comfortable apartment.
