Welcome to 1145 Beach Walker Villa, a stunning oceanfront condo located on the south end of Amelia Island. Perfect for your next vacation, this second-floor villa offers more than just a beach stay; it provides a spacious and comfortable setting ideal for family gatherings or groups.

This popular rental features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to twelve guests. The master bedroom includes a king bed, while one guest bedroom also has a king-sized bed. The other two guest bedrooms each have two twin-sized beds.

Situated in the sought-after Beach Walker complex on the Omni Resort grounds, this villa boasts prime views and the closest beach access. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool, just a short walk away. The pool area includes a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area.

We provide all fresh linens and towels for our guests, as well as a starter pack of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also available for your use.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT OFFER AN OMNI AMENITY CARD. No golf packages are included. Guests do have access to the resort's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa.

OAK MARSH GOLF COURSE IS EXPERIENCING RENOVATION UPDATES, THE EXPECTED COMPLETION IS OCTOBER 2024 WEATHER PERMITTING

Pets under 50 lbs are welcome, with the stipulation that no aggressive breeds are allowed and pets must be crated when guests are away from the rental.

RVs, trailers, and boats are not allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

The listing was very misleading and deceitful about the amount of stairs both inside our condo and to get to the beach. I even contacted the manager about how difficult the walk would be because of my elderly father and was told it was about a 3 minute walk. There was not mention of the multiple flight of stairs to climb to get to the beach. Inside the condo, there were three flights of stairs that were purposely not photographed or mentioned in the listing. Only a single flight of stairs were photographed in the listing inside the condo and there was no mention of the multiple flights of stairs to the beach. We were disappointed and will never be back.

We were all there for tennis at Cliff Drysdale. The stay , the condo and the lessons were perfect. Highly recommend! Perfect, pool nearby as well as ocean!!

Property was very nice, pool and ocean very close. Trees blocked the view, I’m sure the trees have grown over the years. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of in record time and we had a wonderful stay.

Unit has significant upgrades over other units we have stayed in Beach Walker. King beds were comfortable and rooms with bunks/ ends provide a family a lot of choices. Kudos to the owner

We enjoyed our stay at Amelia Island with the following exceptions. The beach chairs were horrible and should be replaced and there was not a vacuum in the unit. With a week stay a vacuum would Ave been nice. Finally, note the pool is not heated.

The location is wonderful in the Omni plantation. Comfortable space for families and is nice with multiple floors. They provided enough trash bags and toilet paper to get through our stay which has been hit or miss lately with other companies/condos. My only complaint was the beds in both the masters hurt both me and my husbands back and my fathers. Highly suggest a mattress upgrade. Otherwise, they provided towels and toys and our stay was lovely.

It is short boardwalk walk to the pool, approximately 0.2 mile walk to the beach via a beautiful boardwalk. Which we were fine with but still a bit of a walk. Second floor view so you can kind of see the ocean from the balcony. But many trees obstruct the view. Beach is wonderful and not crowded. They offer beach chair but rusty and old so bring your own. The unit is 4 stories with lot of stairs which we were fine with but if I had babies or older family members with us it would have been difficult. The pool pass was laying on the bench and we could not locate it I called The property management company…. Still haven’t gotten a call back….. we eventually found it. Their was a smell coming from the toilets of sewer smell that filled the unit for two days. There was so much air in the water pipes so the toilets made noise constantly. The shower would have a lot of pressure then no pressure then air pushed through. The water was white when in a glass from all the air in the lines. Called the property management….. still haven’t received a call back….. I have rented many properties and this is the worst customer service from a property management company. All in all the unit was well stocked and comfortable. Had box fans in every room no ceiling fans.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Beach Walker condo. The location was great with the pool and ocean close by and easy to get to. I couldn't have asked for anything more at this condo. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, eat, play games and watch tv. I really liked the extra touches the owners put into decorating the condo. Amelia Island Vacations were great to deal with, very responsive to any questions . We would definitely stay here again

This unit was very comfortable for a family reunion. The two bedroom levels with baths allowed everyone to have a little privacy. The location on the beach was amazing. The pool was spectacular. Great time in an idyllic island setting.

I have stayed in MANY Amelia Island condos. This one was meh. Clean enough. Updated a bit. Biggest complaint is some of the beds and mattresses are very old and not supportive—although the bunk bed in the kids room is very new and very firm. The unit didn’t have a view of the ocean as you would expect at Beachwalker. Everything in the unit felt 20-25 years old except the aforementioned bunk bed. I would stay there again, but only if there were not other, better options.

Layout was perfect for our two families with teen kids. There's an elevator up to the level with the entry door, but be warned there's lots of stairs inside the unit, which made it harder on grandpa when he came by to visit. Love that the beach supplies included a few umbrellas in addition to tons of chairs and a handy cart to get it all down the long boardwalk to the beach. Quick responses from the management company on last minute pre-arrival questions (e.g. yes there are coffee filters and the machine also does keurig if you prefer that). All in all a wonderful stay.

This property was perfect for my family's Thanksgiving get a way. Everyone had a bed and we were able to relax comfortably. We managed to all sit and watch tv together in the family room. We did encounter an issue with the stove and refrigerator but managed.
