Location was great for our MTB-trips and the house was perfect for our needs. The garden and its seating areas are fantastic and the basement for storing our bikes too. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was even a Miele washing machine and dryer, which we didn't use to be honest ;) Price/quality very good.
The dish washer didn't work. After 5 minutes it just stopped, maybe this should be a Miele too ;) The WiFi was quite limited, but with the 4G/5G it didn't matter that much to us.

We stayed in the house with a group of friend to enjoy the area by motorbike. The house is ideally located in the Eifel region and parking the motorbikes around back was very convenient.
We had some minor issues with the key on arrival (make sure to check if you got the keycode from the host before arrival), but the house exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with coffee/tea and many things you need for cooking. There are even some toys for kids, dvd movies, books, all in various languages.
The host kindly asks you to restock when you leave and it appears everybody does so. There is a small supermarket closeby (opens only in the mornings). For breakfast, dinner and the necessary drinks, we went to Hotel Zur Post, which is in walking distance.

The house is very cozy and functional! Lots of space!
The kitchen was fully equipped, more than we expected.
Very clean rooms and bathrooms.
We had an excellent experience and definitely we will go back.
Vast garden, all equipped, should be a great place for all seasons.
Ask for extra towels.
