Just a few things didn’t work . The kettle is leaking and is a safety issue , had to use microwave.
The main bathroom shower head was held on by zippy ties
All in all a nice place to stay tho

The bathroom in the master bedroom was extremely poor,
The shower head held together with zip ties and absolutely no water pressure.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable in all bedrooms,
No way to block out the Sun in master bedroom and sun beats in all day and very early in the morning.

Wonderful property, cleanliness, great communication with owner the generous size of the apartment, which was well appointed and location location location is an understatement! Views are spectacular and the convenience & luxury of the resort facilities included. Perfect holiday destination. Only 2 drawbacks for us, the garage was too small to fit our 4wd but parking around building was available and unfortunately at the time of our stay...no lift in action - so hauling suitcases, food and beach stuff up 4 flights of stairs was a little tough but once you were up and in the apartment the views soothed any temporary suffering. Thanks for a fab stay! We will be back.

Great for a group of 10
Property is in a great location; we were able to watch the dolphin feeding from our balcony. Apartment is spacious but some bits were a bit tired. Would book again

Glad we chose Deep Blue
Beautiful stay in a lovely apartment. Would choose this over the resort every time. An information folder in the unit would be appreciated—we didn’t know how to organise our luggage and boarding passes when departing, for example. Otherwise happy with our stay. We appreciated the pool, which was a lot quieter than the resort pools. And great to be that close to the beach and view of the dolphin feeding sessions.

Great apartment in an excellent position
The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It is in one of the best locations, close to everything with an amazing view of the beach. I celebrated my birthday with a group of friends and we all enjoyed a fabulous week.

Great location with awesome view
Plenty of room for two families, carpets, mats and couch could do with a steam clean yo make it a perfect stay.

Comfort with the price tag.
We have stayed everywhere from bulwer to koringal. Camping, renting giant pole houses and everything tangalooma has to offer. The deep blue apartments are definitely the place to stay if you are looking for comfort and tangalooma convenience. We did a bit more 4 wheel driving this time and went to yellow patch on our first day trip and the next day headed the other way and checked out the gutter bar at koringal then came back along the western beach (must be low tide to do that track)straight back to our unit at deep blue. The beach in front of deep blue is perfect for relaxing on a sunny day or if the weather turns a bit sour you can do some more than handy body surfing. We stayed in apartment 20 which is 4 bedroom and privately owned . It does not include the dolphin feeding. Great unit, lots of room. Cons... balcony ceiling fan does not work, bedroom 2 shower fitting is faulty . 1 key only. Easily the best accommodation on the island and you definitely pay for it.

Beautiful Island retreat
7 of us went to Moreton Island to celebrate some of us turning the big 5.0 this year! The unit was in a prime position to watch the dolphin feeding or watch the world go by on the sea. We were very close to nearly all the activities the island offers. The cleanliness of the unit was a little disappointing, but we didn't let that get in the way of having a great time! Overall I would highly recommend staying at the Ocean Blue apartments. We have all said that we will be back and we will be 😀

We loved our stay in this unit- 2 families with kids, plenty of space for everyone and loads of crockery and utensils in the kitchen. Only complaints- the beds were a bit firm and the blinds were a bit aged and not really safe for kids (long dangling cords) but we loved our stay and would choose this apartment again.
